Portrait shoot using Natural Light in Summer

This is a Casting Call for a Photoshoot which will be primarily focused on Portraiture.

In summary

• This is ideally a paid shoot for me (but do read on), and I cannot pay even travel expenses for the model.
• It will be outdoors most likely in Bristol and subject to the weather.
• It will be me, my camera, model and ideas whether from myself or you.
• I don’t post-process and I note it was not a problem on my previous shoots.
• Do check out my port and especially references as all my previous shoots have gone well and I would like that continue.

This will be a Portrait/Fashion shoot outdoors in available light most likely in Bristol.

I have recently updated my port notes. I will take it that anyone replying will have read them as important, so please do.

My rate is £30 an hour and I am looking for 2 hours booking.

Locations I am familiar with include Clifton, Ashton, Southville, The Centre, Broadmead, Brandon Hill Park, City Docks and others.

Sticking to the KISS principle. Just me, my camera and model.

I do have the Royal Photographic Society Certificate of Photography studied at The Open University from 1st August 2017.

I am more than happy to consider beginners even though I have photographed experienced and established models so far.

There are many examples of portraits often outdoors with natural light taken by me on my port.

The weather is likely to be very good from today onwards for some time so I would like to make the most of it.

This is what I am offering. I am happy to shoot in a Studio and there are some I recommend but of course chargeable. I have limited familiarity with Studio’s but have used them before as per my port.

If unable to go ahead due to weather or other emergency I shall reschedule for another available date in May. My camera is not weatherproof so I can’t shoot in the rain.

Now while I intend for this to be outdoors in Bristol and ideally paid for me. I am happy to book a studio if you wish. Equally I am happy to travel. I note again I cannot pay Travel expenses myself. Per my port I may be agreeable to travel to you to shoot if my travel expenses are paid and just that.

City of Bath, Gloucester, Taunton, Cardiff for example are all in easy reach by British Rail at reasonable prices.

I always prefer reality in my photography and always like to capture the person.

My references say far more about me than I could put here so by all means do check them out. I note the fact I don’t post-process wasn’t a problem.

I have most unexpectedly due to Serendipity have been able to do another shoot on the 27th May 2019. As a result, I think my references are the best word on what it will be like to be photographed by me.
