Taking inspiration from the medina of Marrakesh and wider Morocco, come join us as we wander 'Into the Souks'...
We are incredibly excited to present our first collaboration with the sensational model Fern. A seasoned and versatile agency model with incredible talent, allow Fern to play the intrepid traveller that explores our Moroccan inspired world at Studio Luminescence. Take a stroll amongst a world of drapery, rattans and rugs - with a touch of boho-esque and a play on Middle Eastern inspired styles - let us transport you to the heart of the Moroccan street markets known as the souks!

Expect an intricately detailed Studio Luminescence custom set, authentic colours and vibes alongside some specifically selected props and outfits to complete the studio souk experience. Think weaves and baskets, drapery like a Cappadocia rug merchant and cushions galore. Its time to get creative and take some stand out shots for your portfolio.



  
Tuition* and guidance will be offered allowing for attendees to get the very best out of the day with us. The workshop is suitable for all levels of experience - with the combined experience of Fern and the team at Studio Luminescence, whether you're wanting to learn a little about the effective use of lighting or different shooting techniques, or whether you're just after shooting some super creative imagery within this theme - we've got all bases covered here. *Tuition offered as a part of the event - will be in the use of natural and studio lighting where applicable specifically selected for the theme, as well as different shooting techniques designed to allow you to get the best from the shoot within the parameters of the set and studio space. We will work through a number of stunning portrait opportunities, gorgeous 3/4 length shots as well as the option for full length imagery to capture all of the custom set and Moroccan inspired beauty.

What can you expect from a Studio Luminescence workshop?

- Individual 1 to 1 shooting time with the model; with ample opportunity to capture a number of frames before swapping out with a fellow group member
- Respectful shooting agreement with only 1 photographer shooting at any one time
- Only 3 photographers in the shooting space at any one time following introductions – with the groups alternating between main shooting space and relaxation space
- Time to review images, discuss with fellow photographers and tutor(s) and then time to re-shoot following feedback / group change
- Help, advice and feedback on hand from the Luminescence team; individually tailored to your level of experience
