I get anxiety and I do love to have music on, usually go for old rock and roll, 90s hip hop or if I am a little anxious, frequencies :) 528/432hz

Then if I am going upbeat and a bit strong fashion / fun ... Probably something like Gwen Steffani... Britney Spears... Maneater by Nelly Furtado.... Murder on the Dancefloor by Sophie Ellis-Bextor... Born this way by Lady Gaga... Haha can't believe I am admitting this...!

Don't be embarrassed, these are all great tracks for a high-energy shoot :-).

I have a very wide taste in music so I'm happy to follow the model's preference or go with silence!.  If they really don't have a preference then a fairly cheesy 80s playlist usually seems to do the trick!

I just leave it to the model. I'm quite happy just with talk between the model and photographer.  :-)

I have a long old playlist. I generally ask a new (to me) model if they have any preferences . If there’s nothing specific I typically launch mine. Which is a combo of stuff I’ve liked from films, TV, stuff I’ve stumbled across and stuff I’ve liked a while.

I’m an old codger, a dinosaur rock and folk fan, enjoy a lot of (old timer) pop (old timer being, it seems, 10 years back). Most models tell me it’s great. However Ive decided the music is more for me, so I’m feeling in the zone.

This may be sub optimal if a model expresses a preference for something I struggle to like, but hey, it’s only for a couple of hours eh??

If models want music, I'm happy for them put some on. (One picked Ramstein which didn't strike me as music to work to, but hey...)
If not I'm happy to work with just chat and the sounds of the studio.
I've been told for 45 years I've got terrible taste in music, so I'm not subjecting them to my selection.
