Sketches

Up until my early teens, I used to draw quite a bit, something that I picked up from my Dad. I used to concentrate on animals and views. Three pieces I remember were a frustrating drawing of our family dog, that I was never happy with, a night-time view from our front room window, both in pencil and a chalk drawing of a kingfisher, that I drew at school and was particularly proud of, but being chalk wouldn't have survived. The other drawings may still be around somewher in a garage, but I've long since lost track of them.

I haven't drawn now for almost 40 years, but a couple of years ago, I wanted to strat drawing again, but never got around to it. Now that I've finally started again, here is what will hopefully be the start of a new creative venture.
