I've been a serious photographer since my late twenties / early thirties. I now work on a freelance basis.

I've explored many types of photography. I have an open mind about my photography. I am looking to explore and create great images. I'm not perfect, but who is. Perfection is something to be aimed at but never achieved. I am inspired by some modern day photographers and a few classic ones.

I have done quite a few studio shoots with several local models. I have also recently been working with some internationally published models based in Birmingham and London. I am looking to do more model shoots as it is something that I really enjoy doing and it enables both the photographer and model to explore their creativity together. I am always on the lookout for prospective models who would like to build up and develop a portfolio and although I normally work for pay only I would consider TFP under the right circumstances where it would benefit both parties.

During 2024 I am planning to travel to expand my photography skills both in the UK and I have just returned from a two week cruise in the Arctic circle which turned out to be an epic adventure.
