I had been looking at the lovely Aretha for quite a considerable time and obviously wanted to work with her! So I was overjoyed when she applied for one of my castings...

She travelled up and stayed over at mine for an early start-what great company-such a charming and intelligent girl. She arrived with a head full of beautiful thigh length braids that she had beaded with semi-precious stones; jade, tiger's eye, rose quartz and amethyst-really stunning.

In the morning we drove to the Lakes, the waterfall (in my book) with the best weather forecast and shot for 5 hours. Aretha was amazing; so full of energy and so good at presenting her physique to the camera. She loved the water and the sun, and was blown away by the beauty of nature. It was an amazing day-because of the weather and Aretha.

The following day we drove to another upland river and trekked 2.5 miles to a long drop waterfall. Rarely is the weather good so close to the high mountains, but we were blessed with sun. The water was torrential, but Aretha braved the stream to get some astonishing images for me. We shot at two other falls on the way downstream and Aretha's energy and enthusiasm never wavered. On the way home we shot at a Roman Fort as golden hour approached.

She is a wonderful model and an amazing, kind and appreciative person. I sincerely hope we will shoot again! Please Aretha, get that Schengen Visa for me ;)

We connected pretty much last minute and worked together on a short video project. Our resources and location were little limited, but Aretha absolutely rocked the shoot. Excellent and professional from pre-communication to conclusion, she is an experienced and skilled model, with a stunning look and modelling presence.

Aretha is definitely someone to work with because she gives everything. Her willingness to accommodate whatever you want to shoot and discuss it thoroughly with you made everything so much easier.

The girl just doesn't take a break; she was always ready and eager to try something else and if it diverts into another idea she's there trying to achieve it with you. I was exhausted at the end.

The images were exactly what I wanted to achieve.

I have to shoot with her again because, with a bit of luck, there is so much I want to try.
