Annie Oakley trick-shot !

So, I popped into Neon Dreams Studio in Fleet, and by way of a warm-up before hitting the Neon, I wanted to reprise a famous Annie Oakley (Buffalo Bill’s Wild West Show Star-Turn) photograph from 1890 with Annie shooting an apple off the top of “Dave” her English Setter’s head.

Regrettably the stunt dog was a No-Show, so the poor photographer had to stand in and save the day.

There’s a lot of static about the trust between a photographer and his model – and believe me “Trust” was front-of-mind on this occasion.
