I attended a group event organised by Rob at God's Own Junkyard. I had wanted to work with Rob for so long so it was lovely to finally get to meet him and briefly work together. The comms leading up to the event were amazing given Rob had not really led a group shoot previously. I think he did a fantastic job and kept it really well organised and we were all updated leading up to the event as to how the day was going to plan out. The only thing I was gutted about is not getting to work together longer! Loving the images so far too! Highly recommend and look forward to working together again soon! Thanks for such an awesome day :D

Rob is an extremely talented photographer and has photos to show for it! He is unlike any photographer I know. He uses lighting which adds dimension and lines to the photos. The photos are unique. Rob came along to my shoot with Simon. When shooting with Rob, at first I felt nervous as I knew we mostly do different styles. Rob came up with a good idea of what I should wear and put me at ease. Rob had ideas of how he wanted me to pose and the facial expressions he was looking for, he was patient with me and helpful. The photos are amazing. I would definitely shoot with him again

Had a lovely shoot with Rob! His personality is absolutely infections and is soo easy to talk to & get along with! He has a great eye for detail, knows what he wants, and despite the slightly miserable weather for a “summer fashion” themed shoot…the pictures that I have seen so far look fab! I would definitely recommend working with Rob, and hopefully it won’t be the last time :)

Second time shooting with Rob, this time at a group shoot on the beach.

I had convinced him to come along and I was so pleased he did! Yet again we got some fabulous images, I am absolutely ecstatic about how they all turned out, and we had a great shoot.

Can’t wait to work with him a million times more.

First time shooting with Rob and I can definitely say not the last!

Firstly what a lovely guy, we had a great chat and a really chilled out shoot as we got to know each other and played around with some different ideas. Not only did he make me feel instantly confident in my abilities which meant we could create some really cool pictures, but also he was just all around a genuine person which made the shoot a ton of fun. Secondly, I am speechless with how the photos turned out! So much colour and life in all of the pictures he takes. I can’t wait to work with him more.

While down in Kent I had a free afternoon and messaged Rob to see if he would like to shoot for a few hours on the beach...so I headed to Brighton and had a lovely afternoon shoot. So glad I got to work with Rob a second time, the first was in Birmingham in HappyJack Studios so this time shooting on location gave it a different vibe and Rob really came into his own. I love our pictures we created in the studio but on location you can really get creative and things just flow to get something unique.

The weather was great and it was really enjoyable shoot, Rob is so underrated in his field he has so much talent and the potential to be very well known if he puts himself out there so I want to give him the confidence to believe in himself because he is not just a man with a cam, he has vision and will capture the beauty and really do you justice.

I am glad to have had the pleasure to work with Rob he is a delight and I enjoy our conversations, he is real and genuine which isn't easy to come by these days but Rob has no hidden agenda and it is refreshing and he always makes it a fun memorable shoot, he is fun but professional he would go out of his way to make sure the model is comfortable at all times.

I look forward to working with Rob many times in the future 🙌

I’ve been meaning to write this reference for a while. When Rob arrived, he was prepared and organised ready to shoot. His great personality automatically put me at ease and he was talkative and friendly. Pre communications were excellent and the shoot was organised effectively. The shoot was a great one and we achieved so much in only 2 hours. Images are fab which shows through Rob’s work on here. Definitely recommend working with him.

I had the BEST venture in Rob while I was last in Brighton and wow was it a pleasure - you really can’t put words to meeting other like mind creatives sometimes and to feel so at ease with someone so easily always makes for a fantastic shoot and I’m sure many more to come!

Rob is down to earth, easy going and yet professional, prepared and very talented!

I LOVE getting out into public and catching those head turning shots while knowing what is coming through the camera is also expectional and we most certainly did achieve this out in Brighton together.

What an EPIC shoot I had on my tour in east London -

Rob arrived on time with a whole range of equipment! He already had many creative ideas in mind that he wanted to get through.

We used every part of the apartment, changing up lights, gels, styles, using props etc to get that variety which he did exceptionally. You can tell he has that eye for detail and is very professional in what he does!

Rob Is such an easy going, friendly guy.. full of energy and I felt comfortable from the get go.

I absolutely love his style of work & seeing the edits he has created already I am so pleased with.

Overall a very successful and enjoyable shoot and highly recommended to anyone! :) x

I cannot wait to work with Rob again!!

He is wonderful, full of ideas and such a character, he is very energetic and brings the fun! Pre comms was very detailed and excellent, despite a stressful journey for Rob on the day as Rob travelled all the way from Brighton to Birmingham to shoot with me for a few hours..we both can agree it was worth it! We worked together to create absolute epic work! Started the year off with a bang , if you get the chance to work with Rob you are in for a treat! He is a fresh of fresh air , you won’t be disappointed with the result he’s one of the good ones that makes it all worthwhile - I am beyond happy with the images and the shoot overall was awesome , if that is what we can achieve in just a few hours I can’t wait to make a masterpiece next time!

I had the pleasure of shooting with rob and I have to say wow what a shoot!

Pre coms were good and he chose the most fantastic locations, we did lingerie and fashion on the busy streets of london and he made me feel at complete ease,went at my pace and kept checking that I was ok.

He has such great energy,we got on so well! There was no awkwardness or level pushing And I can’t wait to work with him again(we are already talking about a second shoot in a studio)

Highly recommended,the shots we got were awesome and I can’t praise his editing enough! :)

First shoot with Rob at the Neon Dreams Studio went great. He is very creative and enthusiastic photographer, we created cool images with his lights and used as much of the studio as we could in 4 hours experimenting.

Pre-comms was great, talking about ideas beforehand and I would recommend checking his work out and working with him :)

Second shoot with rob today and had such a good shoot!

We done a winter style shoot with an alternative vibe to it, which is something I haven't really done so was great to do to add to my portfolio!

As it was cold he made sure i felt comfortable throughout, brought me a tea and took breaks to warm up! He always has so many great ideas and is super creative which is helpful since I haven't shot for a while!

From what I've seen so far the pictures are awesome and I can't wait to see the finished result as robs edits are awesome!!

Shooting with Rob was an absolute pleasure he really is such a kind and caring soul. When rob got off the train and i heard that regional accent just like mine i felt at ease straight away and knew we would get along! He clearly has a keen eye for aesthetics and the specific look he is going for which from someone who studied art i really appriciated. Rob evidently puts alot of time and care into his craft and is very talented at what he does not only does he see a great image on the back of the camera but he sees that images potential which is a skill not many people have. After seeing sosme of the final images they really do speak for themselves, incredible!!! I felt 100% safe at all times with rob, communication before the shoot was great as well as on the day its self. I felt very comfortable and very at ease, what more could you want from a shoot? I will gladly shoot with him again weather that being him back in the north or me in the south. I absolutely recommend

What a lovely guy!! Bought me a cheeky chai latte on arrival and we got to know one another which made me feel at ease. We agreed what we both wanted to gain from the shoot. Rob was very happy with my selection of outfits. We shot down hove beach which was quiet considering it was a lingerie, part nude shoot. We then went to his flat to focus on headshots using his ring light. I can't recommend this photographer anymore. Was such a friendly, welcoming person. All the best for your future Rob!

Had my first shoot with Rob today and it was absolutely brilliant!! I haven’t come across Rob’s page before but as soon as he started popping on my feed, I approached him straight away to ask to shoot with me.

We changed our plans a few times due to weather and location issues but we’ve managed to take so many good shots in under 2h. What I was mostly impressed with was how Rob didn’t take a single bad shot of me and even if we were going with the flow, some of these shots are definitely one of my all time favourites.

I’m so happy with how this shoot went and I cannot wait to work with Rob again.

I had my first shoot with Rob today and I had genuinely the best experience!

As soon as I met Rob he was super polite, chatty and made me feel very comfortable! We both discussed a plan of our shoot at the start so we both got what we wanted out from the day and I am over the moon with my images! Rob came up with amazing ideas during the shoot and went above and beyond to make me feel and look beautiful! We created so many amazing, unique, stunning images and his communication from when we first discussed the shoot and even him sending edits through has been brilliant!
