I've lots of lens's for my Sony Camera my favorite being the 85mm 1.8 so I tend to use this most combined with a 45,50,55 focal length for full length shots. One if the lens's I absolutely don't like was the 24-105 F4 lens from Sony. Its Heavy and I've found it not to be too reliable for locking focus, I just dont like it. One this occasion though I was about to forgive it and I think we may have become friends again......being able to use it at 24mm and get really close to Katy's foot and still have her face in focus was a new experience! getting the exaggerated large look to the legs when shooting at ground level looking upwards was something I had wanted to try. Had wanted to do some standing up but the backdrop and ceiling lights started to get in the way so must try this style again maybe outdoors.
