I had the great privilege to shoot with this lovely young Lady at the Mill studio in Preston when the talented photographer Howgre asked me to take the part of an Elizabethan executioner.

Wearing a stunning outfit handmade for her by a friend this natural beauty was taking the part of Ann Boleyn.

Cat was perfect for the part and I found her a delight to work with, very friendly and full of fun but totally professional in her attitude. Her facial expressions are beyond compare, facing the executioner's axe like the queen she is =D

Combined with the excellent Mill studio and the inventive and very skilled photographer Howgree Cat and I now have some stunning images to be proud of.

I'd met, and shot Cat at Woolton Hall. But always in a "kooky" kind of way. As more images appeared on PurplePort (and FaceBook), I began to realise that I'd not really seen her true potential. She's capable of some very interesting looks, including gorgeous.

Having booked Preston's Big Mill studio for the day, I promptly set about booking more models than I could do justice to. But Cat was pretty high on my list, along with Tony aka "Silkscarfmodel" elsewhere on this site. My interest in Cat was based on her portrayal of Anne Boleyn, so wonderfully captured by the extremely talented Tabitha Boydell. Just about everyone knows how that one turned out, but could I capture it? And since the costume would probably have been similar for Catherine Howard, why not execute two queens on the same day?

Cat was wonderful. I expected no less :)

Also wanting to finally get a "real" picture of Cat, she changed into a beautiful dress, where she posed sweetly, (her head still attached....), for a final round of pictures, before my 8 hours in this studio were over.

I'd still love to shoot Cat in more regular clothing, and studies and exams not getting in the way, intend to do so.

Charming, polite and just generally a pleasure to be in the same room as, I'd heartily recommend Cat.

I’ve been wanting to shoot with Cat for a while now. Finally I had my opportunity at Woolton Hall. Although we had limited time she amazed me with her natural beauty BOTH inside and out. But she’s so much more than her image conveys a rather fine model indeed. Looking forward to our next shoot. Most recommended!

My second time shooting with Cat at Woolton Hall. She is a wonderfully expressive model who seems to suit everything she models from Tudor dresses to wearing a pumpkin on her head for Halloween:). Lovely to work with, poses with ease and doesn’t need direction. Another productive shoot with Cat which has produced some great images. Looking forward to working with her again. I had the pleasure of working with Cat at a photographers home studio recently. As a make up artist I am always on the look out for amazing faces to work with and Cat is just that! She has the most amazing doll like face with huge expressive eyes that make her perfect for modelling. Her skin is a dream and needs little make up applied. We managed to cover quite a few looks and her lovely personality made the time fly by. I really love the shots we got and it was a pleasure to meet her. Hopefully we will work together in the future.
