Robert shot with me over a couple of days while I stayed at his apartment in Marseilles. He was friendly, polite and made sure to check in with me regularly to make sure I was okay. The food was amazing - we ate fresh bread, cheeses, fruits and veggies - and he took me out to a lovely Japanese restaurant on the second day. I got to wear some amazing fashion pieces including some really cool jewellery. Shooting was fun and relaxed and I’ve come away with some fabulous edited shots from every photo set. I initially reached out to Robert because of his unique photography style and I’m very happy to be able to add something different to my portfolio. Would recommend, and would work with again :)

Robert greeted me with a warm welcome at Marseille Airport! He was extremely accommodating once we arrived at his apartment. He put me up for 2 nights where I had my own bedroom and private bathroom. We spoke about clothing options prior to the shoot which Robert had a vast collection of his own! I have never seen so many quirky accessories and outfits so this was a bonus for me to wear them! He showed me around provence and provided meals during my time! I honestly can't recommend this photographer anymore! He really was a delight to work with! I feel very honoured that he reached out to me especially and I'm so pleased with the final images we have created together! Thanks again Robert! You are a master of photography!

I had three days of shoots with Robert at his lovely home studio shooting a mixture of video and stills in the sunny south of France. Robert and I spoke oringinally a couple of years ago, but lockdowns hit us so it was a delight to finally be able to travel over and work together!

Robert was an excellent host, providing a private bedroom and bathroom area in his home, along with arranging all flights over and showing me some beautiful sights and restraunts after our days of shooting.

Robert is professional and great to work with. He has a massive array of props, outfits and jewelery to use for shoots, which is always great fun to use as a model rather than our own wardrobe all the time! Robert is a master of the weird and wonderful, I have adored his work for years so having the chance to use all his wild props and outfits from numerous wonderful designers was brilliant.

Each set shot usually started with a short video, followed by a photoset and onto the next change. Robert is very efficient in his approach to shooting and has an excellent talent for lighting - everthing was so flattering on my skin without any skin editing. Robert has numerous inserts for one of his lights to change the shapes and shadows in an image - his creativity is endless. A master of lighting, gels, and shadows. On our final shoot, we used a projector with a variety of different colours and shapes for video footage - and the results for this were just brilliant.

I highly recommend models, those who like alternative and different themes in particular, to work with this incredible creative. From the experience itself to the results - 10/10.

I had the pleasure of shooting with Robert in his home studio in Provence. He was very welcoming, professional and easy going. We had discussed everything prior to the shoot so we both knew what was expected.

I stayed in my own studio suite with my own bathroom and toilet. He made my stay very welcome and comfortable and I really did enjoy it.

As for the shoot, I had lots of fun trying different props to create different looks which I believe went great. We captured some amazing images and I am really happy with the outcome.

I would highly recommend Robert.

I have had the pleasure of shooting with Robert at his home studio in Provence this weekend. Since the start of my modelling career I’ve wanted to work with him and I’m delighted to say it was my most memorable and productive shoot.

Pre shoot comms were excellent and Robert had arranged all the logistics of my trip to France. Robert is very pleasant and friendly and a true professional, always showing upmost respect to the model. During the shoot I had a selection of my own clothes and Robert provided a plethora of unusual and striking designer pieces.

The shoot was really fun and relaxed and a very collaborative experience, with Robert and I experimenting with projections of my own art work combined with photography.

Robert is great company, a true artist and technically the top of his craft.

During my stay Robert was the perfect host, providing private accommodation and wonderful local food. We visited Aix between shooting and I had the chance to see the sights and experience some local cuisine.

I can wholeheartedly recommend working with Robert to any model, new or experienced. The quality of the work produced is sensational and I feel honoured to have had the chance to meet and work with such a talented and experienced artist.

I have just come back from a delightful stay in Provence with Mr Chouraqui. What a gentleman and talented photographer - it has been a privilege to work with him.

The precoms were clear and helpful and he picked me up from the airport and I stayed at his apartment. I had my own suite with bedroom and bathroom to myself. Delicious food and drink provided throughout the stay including fresh croissants in the morning - it was a wonderful mini holiday.

And working with Robert? wowee - he's just amazing to work with. He works quickly, always showing you the images on the back of the camera so you know what you're doing. The pictures we took I think are sensational and it all felt really easy (sign of a really good photographer I think). He had lots of really cool accessories and we combined them with some of my outfits to produce some brilliant brilliant sets.

Throughout the costume changes Robert was always a complete gentleman. Helping when asked to tie things and always totally respectful and kind. I recommend him without hesitation.

If you are looking for something different to expand your portfolio you should absolutely work with Chouraqui - he's absolutely brilliant!

I spent the last two days shooting with Chouraqui at his home studio in sunny Provence. I had a lovely time and came away with a lot of great images for my own portfolio. Robert was kind enough to edit several and have all of our favourites on a disk ready for me to take away when I left! (Such a rare treat to get images back so soon!)

The shoot itself was very relaxed with Robert producing a seemingly endless supply of quirky outfits and accessories for me to play with, whilst giving me a lot of freedom with my hair and makeup choices. His experience shows as we got a lot of polished looking images in short order, and he has a real flair for unusual lighting.

Throughout my stay Robert took very good care of me, picking me up from the airport, giving me my own little private suite in his home, and making sure I always had a constant supply of tea! The fresh croissants in the mornings were a nice touch.

I hope to work with Chouraqui again when he next visits London and I can happily recommend him to other models, especially if you are looking for something a bit different for your port!

Nutmeg

I just came back from shooting with Robert at his studio in Provence. After we got in touch on pp, he invited me for a shooting day and I was really happy for the opportunity since I find his work so unique!

So everything was settled, I got there on Friday afternoon, he picked me up at the bus door, took me for a quick tour of Aix and we had a delicious dinner!

I stayed at Robert's,house where I had my own bedroom and bathroom and the next day I woke up to fresh croissants! This gentleman couldn't spoil me more during my stay!

During the shooting day we worked for 4 hours with breaks for changing costumes, eating, styling, etc. It went very fast and we got many good photos with different looks to choose from, it was great to see him work the lights, just brilliant!

He was at all moments very kind and relaxed, really easy to work with and had the nice detail of giving me a copy of his Manga Girls book, signed :)

To put the cherry on the pie, he let me choose some photos after the shoot and even edited some of them for me right away!

All in all a great experience, where can I put the 5 stars?

I have spent the most wonderful and creative couple of days staying in Provence with Chouraqui. It was literally my perfect trip, both as a model, and as someone who enjoys lovely food, beautiful architecture and nice company. As a person, Robert was friendly, relaxed, very artistic, and very considerate when it came to my comfort. He ensured I had private space at all times, a super comfortable bed, my own bathroom and changing areas - these as any model knows, can make or break a trip. His house was perfect for shoots, clean, tidy and warm and was full of inspiration. Robert also was great company - I really got along with him, felt very comfortable in his company, and he also has amazing taste in music and food :) :) He made sure the trip was not just work for me, but a real pleasure also - we went sightseeing, ate at lovely restaurants, and he told me all about his town which is absolutely stunning. As a photographer, Robert's work speaks for itself - he is completely out of the box, unafraid to experiment, and has a great eye for composition, styling, and lighting, making some absolutely stunning and unique images from the very first set. It is clear he is both very experienced, and also inspired - thinking up looks, and modelling in his amazing array of strange outfits was so much fun. Working with him was an absolute pleasure, I've got some of my favourite images of all time, and I could easily have stayed and shot for days and days more, given the chance! Thanks Robert!

Robert invited me to come work with him at his home studio in Provence for a weekend. The shoot was sorted with no trouble, his preshoot comms were spot on :) he met me at the airport (and returned me there) and put me up in his place for a couple of nights. He is a really lovely guy, we shot for two half days doing photo and video work up to nude, and everything went very smoothly. The results are great too! I highly recommend him to other models and will gladly work with him again myself :)

He is a professional and relaxed individual who has a real passion for photography, with so much thought and vision that goes into setting up the scenes and lighting & he directs wonderfully, capturing the sets beautifully, using the most fabulous of angles!
