I was looking for someone with some character on their face for my camera club and Chris had it in spades. He arrived early with more changes of outfits than we had time to shoot. Two members of the group were new to studio work and they were totally blown away with the evening. Totally recommended.

Was great to work with Chris as one the older models at my Wortley Group tfp shoot. Gentleman, Airman, Lumberjack and a Mad Monk just the few sets we did before he had to leave. We had a laugh indeed how about Inspector Clouseau for next year? Ever get to work with this guy he fun indeed, and do bring your wife again lovely meeting you both. Thanks Chris for attending its a great great venue as you know.

Chris engaged in detailed pre-shoot comms and so we were pretty focused on what we would try to fit into the shoot. On the day he arrived early, ready to shoot, with all we needed to hand. The first set was the River, a location becoming familar to some, but totally new to Chris and he used every inch of it and more, under the bridge beyond the bridge, upstream, and in the vegitation. We created some great new images which is cool as it keeps it fresh and interesting for me too. Oh and did I say he went totally nude. Brave Man!

Back to the studio and another first; a male on the cross, he was very patient as we fitted chains and checked safety. He bought fake blood which we used sparingly to a reasonable effect, since it was new for us both. Being a life model meant he held poses well but eventually even he asked to be let down from the cross. The set continued with him blindfold with a black hood and slumped on a chair, then on his knees and finally on the floor, he did all that I asked with out complaint and added his own suggestions.

Finally we did some UV work with the luminous paints he bought, the painting was an unequal joint effort, Chris doing bold patches of colour me tending to do lines and patterns.

He was a great subject, he posed well and was conscious of the light direction and kept his painted parts towards the lens as we only painted his front.

I fully recommend Chris, he is friendly easy going yet committed to get the results and he had lots of good ideas of his own especially in the river.

We had many ideas left over so have re-booked next week, watch this space as he has asked me to do the kidnap story with him dragged from his car, assulted, abused and imprisoned in the pit. If the ransom is not paid will he emerge again?

...

thanks Chris, a great shoot and looking forward to the next one.

Chris is such a pleasure to work with. We immediately built a rapport and I wouldn't mind just chatting all the way through the session! Chris is a very laid back person and very easy to work with, and it's refreshing to meet someone who's both nice to work with and to have a good conversation with. I'm looking forward to working with Chris again in the future for more adventurous and interesting concepts, and I would definitely recommend Chris to anyone else looking for a lovely model to work with photographically or for life modelling.

Chris was great to work with! We had a last minute shoot which he was bang ontime for, picked me up and drove to location. He knows what he's doing in front of the camera and his wife and greyhound were brilliant additives to the day! Would recommend 10/10 times!

Thanks again Chris, Denise and Rosie!
