This was my second shoot with Erica and both have been highly productive, she is so much fun to work with. Today she was ready to go as soon as I arrived and, amongst a great range of outfits, she had brought a perfect dress for a shot I had suggested in advance. As you would expect Erica has a full range of graceful poses but also responds quickly and accurately to any suggestions that you make. I'm already looking forward to our next shoot!

I was lucky enough to have a second opportunity to work with Erica at Allerton Castle at an event organised by Creative Photography Events.

Erica is a joy to work with. Her poise and grace as she performs her ballet moves are amazing. Despite the floor surface being super slippery she was still able to perform jumps and twirls which came across so well on camera. Add to that she is very friendly and cheerful and I have no hesitation in recommending her.

The Dance Shoot at Silkwood Studio a few days ago was the 4th time that Erica and I have shot together and it was by far the longest. It was clear that Erica had put a lot of work into preparing for the shoot and the same could be said for the others in her team - studio faerie Karen and co-dancer/model Daniel. I attended both am and pm sessions and thankfully there were no self-centred photographers like I have occasionally encountered on group shoots which meant that the atmosphere was good.

Pre shoot comms as always were good between us and we had discussed some ideas for the ballet segments of the day. There was a good mixture of vibes between the 3 shoot segments on each of the sessions which had been well thought out.

If you want a female dance model then you would have to go a long way to find somebody who brings more to the party than Erica. We have also worked previously on fashion portraits and again I would recommend Erica in that genre and that is in fact what we are discussing on a 1-2-1 basis for the second half of the year.

Simply blown away by the efficient organisation and creative structure of the March Dance Event. Erica is a first class professional in every sense, not just in front of the camera but behind the scenes also. The event ran like clockwork and I know the general feeling between all the photographers in the room was impressive - It was my first long awaited chance to shoot with Erica and I am still proper buzzing about the images that we have created together. Dance images are quite new to me, but now I am hooked at what can be achieved - thanks once again Erica you and Daniel are complete stars and I am going to look out for your future events... I am also hoping before long we can also work together on another shoot - would I recommend Erica? I think you know the answer to that!

In Search of That Perfect Shot..............

I attended Erica's studio day on Sunday. It was lovely to shoot with her and Daniel on their dance themed event at Silkwood Studios. We got some amazing results! The poses were awesome by both Erica and Daniel and they worked well together on the duo dance sets. What can I say! Just book on if you see an event being advertised - you won't be disappointed! It was my first visit to Silkwood as it is a tad far for me to travel but now that I have seen the studio I will be back if I see anything else advertised that will suit me. I have lost track of how many times I have now worked with Erica, and every shoot gets better, Erica is a consummate professional, organised, well prepared and committed to getting the best possible images. Add to this she is a great dancer, model and all round nice person.

Todays shoot was a dance duo group shoot at Silkwood Studio, as expected the day was well planned, the sets and costumes well thought out and the resulting images as good as ever.

Outstanding shoot with the remarkable Erica and an excellent male dancer- Daniel Longhurst yesterday at the wonderful Silkwood Studio yesterday. This was a group shoot and was superbly coordinated with six themes and photographers well organised so that we all got the shots we wanted. Erica's boundless energy and superb dance and modelling skills ensured that the images were great and I have loads to choose from for my editing. Thanks for a great day :-)

Had the absolute pleasure of meeting Erica for the first time last week! We worked on an editorial shoot at my studio in Sheffield with HMUA Alona and stylist Chloe. :)

Erica is very lovely and friendly. Her warm energy fills the room and she's just stunning!

From photographer's point of view, she's got incredible skin which is just so easy to edit. Her posing in very flowy, she was able to follow my direction as I wanted to show her from another perspective. I am so glad I managed to bring something different to her portfolio because we all know that she's a talented dancer but I am so surprised I've never seen a proper editorial fashion look on her!

As she's proven on our shoot, this lady can do it all.

Book Erica for any ideas - the ballerina's resilience won't disappoint you as she always strives for perfection and delivers it.

Another big thank you to Erica for such a fabulous shoot. This was my 6th shoot with Erica and as always surprises with such lovely outfits.

The hardest job after a shoot is deciding which image to edit 1st. As I have a portrait competition coming up I will be definitely using a couple of these images.

Nothing is too much trouble for Erica. She is very professional and the poses are perfect, and she is very experienced at what she does.

What more can I say as I can only highly recommend Erica.

Erica was First Class again and this time she was modelling character costumes and portraits together with some dance and movement.

An absolute honour and privilege to have a photoshoot with the talented and charismatic artist and ballerina Erica🙌.

We started interacting on purpleport and Erica is so friendly to communicate with. Her pre comms were absolutely crystal clear, an absolute professional indeed.

She loves her art very much which was really great as she was able to get into poses and expressions with grace and charismatic ease. The confidence and glitter in her eyes were so perfect and impeccable which made every frame look so exquisite. We had a hard time shortlisting images. Each of them looked so beautiful.

The costumes and outfits she shared before the photoshoot helped me get all the concepts and ideas in my mind what kind of images we can shoot.

The photoshoot was absolute fun and easy going. We talked about lots of things including travel and fun stuff ☺️

Overall it was a great fun loving experience with Erica and I can’t wait to edit the images and share with everyone.

Working with Erica for this event at the Lincoln Photography Studio was a pleasure. Erica was ready to start shooting as soon as I arrived, and we had a highly productive and enjoyable photoshoot. Despite only shooting for a couple of hours, we packed in multiple setups including classical ballet poses, and portraiture and even experimented with some jewellery shots.

A fantastic two-day December visit to The Lincoln Photography Studio by Erica and I was so glad to grab a couple of yours shooting with her during her 'residency'!

She is a professional ballerina and shooting with her is a great experience. Photographers came from across the country to shoot with her and they all went away with some unique images.

I look foward to Erica returning to the studio in the New Year!

Regrettably I was delayed in arriving at the studio due to a serious road traffic collision enroute, that resulted in the road being closed and my having to divert.

Erica was very understanding and gracious about the late start. Bruce the studio owner kindly set up the lighting and backdrop to facilitate an immediate start upon arrival.

We had a very productive shoot and acheived some lovely images, whilst having a good natter and a laugh. Erica is a very professional model who poses extremely well without needing direction, but is equally happy to take direction as required.

All in all it was a very good shoot and thoroughly enjoyable, and I am very enthusiastic about working with Erica again; we have already discussed looking for a couple of locations for some industrial-themed shoots !

I would recommend Erica without reservation to any photographer.
