Fantastic place for any style of pictures, beautiful, modern, lots of natural light, spacious, so many different sets and of course the best wet room ever !

Peter is a fantastic host/place's owner ! So welcoming, always helpful with equipment, always perfect arrangements, great communication and looks after models at the highest standards !

I highly recommend Factory place to everyone and hope to come back for some more shoots soon !

Had a wonderful time at the factory. Close to the dlr and easy to find a parking space. Has good lighting within it, specially in the living/ dining room. Peter is easy to communicate with and will get back to you quite quickly.

Would certainly shoot here again.

I have been using the Factory for about 4 years now and it is really good. Good access by the DLR and for parking. Excellent for natural light and a good range of lighting equipment available. Highly recommended.

The Factory really is as good as it looks! I shot here today after a suggestion by another photographer, it's incredibly spacious, clean and geared for interesting photos every step of the way. The open plan shower room really is stunning.

It has fantastic availability of natural light as well as a good selection of lighting equipment. It's easy for your models to get to via public transport too!

Peter is great, giving suggestions on best shooting spots while being completely unobtrusive :)

Will definitely shoot here again.

I shot at The Factory last year and have to say it is stunning, you won't be disappointed. It is finished to a very high standard with a lot of space in each room to move numerous people around without being in each others personal space. AND it was VERY clean which seems to be something some studios don't seem to think is important! I thought it was a very good price for what you get, especially in London - I certainly hope to shoot there again :)

Another great shoot at the wonderful The Factory. Fantastic lifestyle loft apartment style, large and roomy. Excellent small patio with a great backdrop behind it. Modern style large lounge, fully fitted kitchen, a 'Wow'-looking walk-in marble shower that must be like 20 foot across and an excellent bedroom as well. Extremely reasonable rates. Plus Peter the owner is a great guy, if he wasn't, then I wouldn't have already used his place about 5 or 6 times, so far. Great facilities.....book it now!

Shot here yesterday. The pictures posted give a very accurate impression of what the place is like, but actually being there triggered a whole bunch of ideas - far more than I had time for on one shoot.

There's a good range of lighting, and it looks like plenty of effort is made to keep the place looking smart. Peter is friendly,& helpful but got out of the way once I was ready to start ;-)

I plan to go back and would recommend it to anyone wanting to get away from typical studio background rolls and use more something more like a film set.

Used the Factory today for days shoot of boudoir and fashion and had a fab time, the place is fantastic a selection of lighting equip at hand and great backdrop areas bedroom walk in shower front room bathroom kitchen fantastic shooting time, Peter is a great chap to deal with and would deffo recommend the factory to other people for shoots, i am certainly looking forward to shooting there again.

Used the Factory for a two shoot and was very impressed. Loads of space and possibilities, lighting was fine and everything was very relaxed and simple. Had a great shoot and will definitely be using it again in the future.

I have used The Factory about 4 times now, over the last 2 years. If it's good enough for the BBC to hire and use, then it's good enough for me. A superb loft-style apartment in Poplar, with a very modern look, and with a fantastic walk-in shower. Peter is a decent bloke, very friendly and helpful, with extremely reasonable hire rates.

Absolutely brilliant place to shoot. I loved it here and would have loved to live there. I shot with a couple of photographers here and both were also very happy with the results. Lots of light and plenty of space. The owner is a really amazing guy, friendly and was happy to see me return. I would recommend this place 110% and I hope to shoot here again in the near future.
