I was looking forwards to working with Gem as she has a great body of work. Pre-comms were great and she arrived with a bag full of wonderfully clothes that fitted the theme. Gem was brilliant at getting into awkward shapes and we certainly tested her leg muscles! The outfits blended well with both the background and the draped materials on the boxes. We mixed shots sitting, laying and standing through the different stages of the shoot including ballet shoes with the hula-hoop. Gem has true drama in her expressions, is a wonderful person to work with and I have no hesitation in recommending her. Looking forwards to shoot her again, so Gem hold that blue evening dress.

The amazing Gem did mine (and another model's) hair/ makeup on a Toulouki & Simone shoot in London. Not only is she a wonderfully kind person, Gem is absolutely incredible at what she does, so so talented (multi-talented I should say). Both her hair and makeup were flawless, and she ensured that it remained that way in every shot. That kind of attention-to-detail is absolutely essential when shooting high-quality images! Highly recommend hiring Gem as HMUA to raise the value of your work. One needs only to look at her many images to see this to be the case!

Would absolutely love to work with Gem again, perhaps in a model capacity as well next time!

Ghost Light Photography

I was absolutely delighted at having the opportunity of working with Gem at a "Secret Garden" event. Whether working solo or in a duo, Gem was always seeking to offer superb poses and was keen to keep producing something different for each of the photographers attending. Working within the time limits imposed by the fading light, Gem was also very responsive to the ideas and concepts put to her, quickly taking on board these and making the images something uniquely hers.

Perhaps the best way to describe Gem is that she seems to exude an exquisite quality that comes across so beautifully in the images captured.

In addition to being an excellent model, Gem was also great company at a celebratory meal after the shoot.

Gem is certainly highly recommended by me and I hope we get to work together again soon.

This was my first time working with Gem and it was an absolute pleasure. A unique and versatile model, Gem posed exquisitely without direction and her creative responses to her environment gave us all the opportunity to get some exquisite shots. I was lucky enough to book onto Artemis Fauna's last "Secret Garden" shoot for the year and the first time I'd worked with Gem but I hope it won't be the last. Gem was superb - her shapes blending with and complementing the scenes. We tried to take in as many sets as possible within these gardens where there is a beautiful view whichever way you turn but, of course, perfectly enhanced by such an excellent model. Her pairing with Artemis for the many duo sets we shot was wonderful.

Obviously highly recommended by me.

Although I had bumped into Gem at a few events over the years we had never worked together- until last night!

I asked Gem to join me on the last "Secret Garden" event of 2018 and lucky for me she said yes!

The traffic was against us, the clock was ticking, the bugs were out in force and so many things went wrong- but as soon as the event began- it was all perfect!

Gem worked so well with the garden, her poses looked fab and her banter was on point. I really enjoyed working with Gem- BUT the time flew by way too fast!!

I'm looking forward to our duo event in November at my place.

I can't think of a better way to spend a Sunday than having a 4 hour shoot with the lovely Gem! This was a group shoot and we split up into 2 small groups and alternated the hours. We managed a mixture of set ups and poses and Gem came prepared with good choice of outfits. She takes direction well and has a lot of variation of poses for less experienced photographers.

She loves the natural light of the studio (Natural Light Spaces) and we all good some very good portraits as well as full length art nude. The light was lovely and soft on an overcast day and her gentle looks and red hair suited this.

Very highly recommended!

Gem is just that. Extraordinarily refreshing in personality, looks and attitude; with a wardrobe of quality that exceeds expectation. Our first shoot. Half a day at TNLS. I was answering Gem’s casting of 2 days ago having expected to be beaten in the rush, but I was fortunate. Magically varied, enjoyable and rewarding. You simply cannot fault a shoot with Gem. These comments are like Gem heartfelt and not bound in her mastery alone, she is genuinely brilliant. I grew up in a family adorned with the joys of hair of red. Cupboard doors, Sunday trains and an unusual day with rain added dimensions away from the sets. I did the usual ritual dance around the lights wanting a mix of infinity and natural. I believe we found looks that show that TNLS is not just a studio but a place of inspiration. Gem is patient, politely assured and as you work together the synergies prove rewarding. Plans are required for our next shoot. To get out and find fashion in farms, fields and the inner city just seem appropriate. Or perhaps a rematch at TNLS.

Got to work with Gem for the first time at a workshop at pozers studio.first I got mention Gems looks this is by far natural beauty at its finest absolutely breathtaking. Gem was very friendly very professional and so laidback I just enjoyed the day so much her posing was just beautiful one after another. She worked so hard for everyone to get the shots they wanted.

OMG !!! Where do I start ??? (Red alert... dissertation reference coming up :):):):) ) this is Gem’s second studio event weekend, at PoZers, in 4 months, and as was the last event, this one was a mind blowing sell out !!!! Gem arrived the night before the event, ensuring she was well rested, and at her best on the start of the Fridays event, which was a normal studio day, but I was offering free photography tuition too. Gem brought absolutely tons of clothes, her suitcase was like Narnia, and the contents was just stunning !!!!! I was literally drooling over her vintage dresses, her stunning sheer dresses, her pre-raphaelite styled dresses and robes, and she had this nude/ baby pink outfit, all separates, stunning pink vintage corset, beautiful pink layered sheer dress, and a stunning skirt that matches, but all looked phenomenal together, and what a photograph it took ? Wow !!! Our first photographer of the day, was very new to the industry, and Gem was ever her helpful self, explaining what poses a d lighting worked best for herself, and assisting with direction etc. She was very patient and always kind. The second photographer, booked the rest of the day, and arrived with tons of ideas, props, materials etc, and we had a fabulous time, capturing some amazing images, and Mike had travelled 147 miles to the studio, taking nearly 4 hours, and his journey home was a gruelling 5 hours plus,because of bad traffic. Driving 9 hours, and then shooting for half a day, that’s called dedication and commitment, all that to shoot this amazing young lady, that’s how amazing she is.

On the Saturday we had a mix up of locations and studio shooting, going to the stunning Coate water park in the morning, and back to the studio in the afternoon. Gem through everything into both shoots, she’s phenomenal on location, and mind blowing in the studio, and it was so much fun, everyone was so happy with their images. Gem helped the photographers get the best of her, and knew what the natural light, would do to her features, and really helped the photographers loads whilst on location. In the afternoon, back at the studio, we created loads of sets, ploughing through Gems amazing “Narnia on wheels” (her suitcase) and that takes some shooting. In the evening Gem helped me get the studio ready for out 3rd event, and my favourite, our “Pre-Raphaelite” inspired workshop, the thing I’ve been the most excited about for months, since we started planning it, during Gem’s last stay with me, 4 months ago. We had lots of preparation to do, I had to steam all the backdrops I’d purchased, to make this event spectacular, which took ages, meanwhile Gem was preparing the clothing, accessories and props, and she helped with the cleaning and tidying, in preparation with the workshop. It didn’t stop there, then Gem helped me with the food shop, and did other bits and bobs whilst I created the buffet fir our clients on the Sunday.

Finally Sunday arrived, our “Pre-Raphaelite” workshop was here, and we were both so excited, as it was a great success and sold out, which meant we had a lovely small group of photographers, all very passionate about this period in fine art, and all excited about the day ahead. Gem worked her socks off all day, the new backdrops photographed beautifully and she styled all her clothing, accessories etc. To suit each and every pre-raph piece of art. The day flowed like a dream, Gem worked so hard, and I was so proud of how amazing she looked back of camera, and the only bad thing that happened all day, was me not shooting !!!! I love my job, I love teaching on the workshops, I love seeing all the back of camera images, but I have to say, I was truly gutted that the images weren’t mine !! Lol :):):) Gem looked phenomenal, and the images released so far, have been kind blowing. Thanks to Gem, I had the best day ever, it’s been my favourite workshop this summer, if not this year, and the entire 3 day event, was a total sell out. If you want a beautiful, hard working, consciences, model, with the most phenomenal wardrobe, who’s great fun to be around, have a total laugh with, create timeless, beautiful, mind blowing images, don’t look any further, you have found your girl. Oh and I nearly forgot, Gems a makeup artist too, and her makeup was “en-pointe” all weekend, and I know these things, because I’m a Mua too. Gem really is the “WHOLE PACKAGE” !!! I mean literally. She’s beautiful, funny, hard working, caring and one of my favourite models ever, ever, ever, and if she lived closer, I’d absolutely die to have her as PoZers in-house model, because I can’t get enough of this young lady, she’s amazing, and she’s 1000000000000% worth her weight in diamonds. We are already planning our next lot of workshops at PoZers, we are going to do a body paint together, and next year, PoZers is going into event planning, in castles and manor houses, all across the country, and I want Gem to come to them all, as my main model, and also makeup artist during the events. You will be reading lots more references, like this from me, with equally amazing things to say about Gem, as we have lots of plans to work together, as much as possible for the foreseeable future, I just can’t get enough of Gem, I’d kidnap her and keep her at PoZers, but I reckon her family might have something to say about that !!! Lol :):):):) Love you Gem, thank you fir a truly memorable and amazing weekend and I can’t wait for all our ideas, to become a reality, for years to come. Don’t hesitate booking this young lady !!!! I have had the best day at PoZers studio with Gem on a pre Raphaelite themed shoot. The images I have come home with are stunning. Gem is exquisitely beautiful and so perfect for the genre. Thank you, Gem - I hope I get to shoot with you again.

I had my first shoot with Gem at a PoZers studio event. Gem was completely professional and a joy to work with. Despite this being my first one-to-one shoot at some of the genres chosen she made me feel perfectly at ease right from the start.

I brought some images with me that I wanted to base the shoot around and Gem immediately understood what was wanted. She impeccably matched the outfits she had brought with her to the poses. Gem is very skilled at modelling and posed to perfection.

Thank you Gem for a fabulous shoot and I can thoroughly recommend working with Gem.

Did my second shoot with Gem. She happily dealt with changing locations from studio, to garden, to posing in a shallow pool. She interpreted my themes excellently, often performing a pose before I could suggest it. She made several suggestions as we worked which enhanced the shots we got. All in all a great shoot. I look forward to Gem visiting Bournemouth again. Highly recommended.

Great working with Gemma again and also at the Hacienda during the Trio of Red event there in the morning session. Gemma was wearing multiple hats as she was also doing the models make up for the event, but as ever, she excelled at both the makeup and the role of being a model. Very easy to work with Gemma to create great images during the event.

This reference is for stunning three days with Gemma from May 18th to May 20th. Gemma is a true gem and we went from classical art nude on location to lingerie in the studio/on location and industrial nude. Getting up early or staying up long - not a single miss in poses and motivation. I highly would recommend Gemma if you need a great looking, great posing and truly inspiring model you can't be wrong. I hope to have you back in Germany next year.

I booked a couple of hours with Gamma during her studio day at Pavilion studio in Scotland. The 2 hours flew buy and Gem proved not only to be professional but also flexible and friendly to work with. I would not hesitate to work with her again.

Impromptu shoot with Gemma, wasn't sure what to expect as I wasn't expecting to shoot but a time slot at a model day at Pavilion Photographic Studio opened up last minute.

Gemma is really easy to work with, we shot a range of styles and all the poses / expressions were great. Will look out for her again when she returns to Scotland. Highly recommended.

I have a great duo shoot with Gem and Elle Beth yesterday at the Natural Light Spaces.

It was obvious that both girls were great friends and worked really well together as a duo. Between them they produced some wonderful ideas and suggestions.

I had a thoroughly enjoyable two hours and would definitely recommend them to anyone who wishes to shoot a duo.
