I had another brilliant shoot with Helen Stephens on the Isle of Wight. We spent 5 hours taking photos in a holiday apartment on the Island. We shot in the bedrooms, bathroom, shower room and lounge. I had a fantastic time.

She is extremely professional all the time. She poses very well and is very enthusiastic. She was pleased to pose as requested and she works hard to get the photograph that you want.

She had traffic problems on the way to the shoot, but she kept me fully informed of her progress. When we met she was flexible with the arrangements and extended the time at the end of the day.

Helen is a very professional and excellent model, I thoroughly recommend her.

I first met Helen several years ago and we recently got together again at Fareham Studio for our 5th shoot together. As previously Helen proved yet again to be an excellent model as we talked (well Helen did!) throughout the shoot. As always Helen is friendly, professional and great company. Highly Recommended.

Had a wonderful shoot with Helen Stephens last week on the Isle of Wight. We spent 6 hours taking photos on beaches, around beach huts, an old quarry, fields, in woods and by old buildings. We had lots of laughs and had a brilliant time.

She was extremely professional at all times and a happy person. She posed very well and very enthusiastic. She was pleased to pose as requested and suggested other poses that would make good photographs.

We had very good communications during the pre-shoot arrangements and she arrived spot on time.

She posed very well considering the interruptions we had from some stray public.

She had brought a good selection of clothes and was happy to change from one outfit to another.

Helen is a really professional and excellent model. We took some brilliant images and had a great time.

I thoroughly recommend her.

Helen is one of the loveliest people you could ever meet. That’s a fact, but that’s not the thing. The thing is Helen as a model. I’ve now had 7 shoots with Helen. I want to have many, many more. I will never tire of working with Helen. In front of the camera she can be anyone and everyone. Yes, she’s 100% professional, on time, organised, reliable, but so are others. Helen is very, very special. Book her and find out for yourself.

Helen put out a casting call and in no time we had sorted the details, this was to be a shoot at her home.

Upon arrival I was greated with a great big smile, her warmth and enthusiasm continued throughout the shoot. To say that she is professional in her ability is an understatement, easily flowing from pose to pose whilst being attentive to any request made by me.

This was the first time working with Helen and I hope that it wont be the last.

A 100% recommendation from me doesn't seem enough. Thanks Helen.

What a fabulous model Helen is. Communications were quick and easy; she arrived exactly when she said she would (after arranging a complex journey) and worked tirelessly throughout the shoot to get amazing results. Bringing high levels of experience and unmatched professionalism to the shoot, she is at the same time great company, bringing endless energy and insightful ideas to even the most demanding shoot. This is tricky. What to say about Helen that hasn't been said loads of times before by loads of people (including me)?

Effectively this was two shoots in one. The first being with Helen alone and the for the second we were joined by KatyB (Katex).

For the duo set I was after a moody "film noir" vibe and they completely nailed it. To be honest I knew before we started it was going to be a cracker as the girls are good friends and we've all shot together before. The shoot was great fun with a lot of laughter and the results were far better than I was expecting.

The first set with Helen alone was also very special. With Helen you get at least two people. The first is the one that walks through the door - a lovely girl next door type, who can be geeky but is always gorgeous. The second is a stunningly beautiful sexy siren. I've got a feeling there are several more in Helen I've yet to discover, but I bet all of them are perfect in every way.

OK, so I'm a committed Helen fan. She's completely professional in every way, organised, always on time, always well prepared and always gives 100% to the shoot. You will never hear anyone say a bad word about Helen because she really is that lovely. Book her. Take vegan snacks as well.

It's been a while since I last shot with Helen - in the Wintery Scottish Highlands. This time it was a pleasure to do so in the relative comfort of a home shoot, as opposed to a windswept rocky outcrop or ice encrusted swamp.

This was a duo shoot with Keira Lavelle. Conceived by Keira with myself and Helen along for the ride.

We covered a good few ideas from a gentle natural light set, through some with crazy colour, expression and pose. Working at Helens flat she knew the angles and where the better opportunities lie and we took full advantage or the space.

Keira and Helen although totally different in looks and method - complement each other superbly, bouncing ideas and poses off each other.

It was wonderful to catch up and shoot again.

I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend Helen to any photographer.

Just had a terrific shoot with Helen today. She was able to host the shoot for me and was very accommodating. It was my first shoot for about ten months but Helen's calm manner made the shoot go like a breeze and ended up with some wonderful shots. Would happily recommend her to any photographer.

I did Helens makeup for a creepy doll shoot on Saturday. She’s absolutely lovely and she sat incredibly well and allowed me to spend almost an hour putting makeup on her. What an amazing model aswell, she instantly became the doll as soon as she saw her makeup in the mirror. Highly recommend. Thankyou again Helen, hopefully we get to work together again soon!

Had a wonderful shoot with Helen Stephens a couple of last weeks ago on the Isle of Wight. We spent 8 hours taking photos by old buildings, fields, an old harbour and at several beaches; we had lots of laughs and had a brilliant time.

She was so good that a couple of days later we had a second shoot with her around Portsmouth, taking street scenes.

Helen kept us informed about her journey coming to meet us, and was on time and ready to start. She had brought a good selection of clothes and was happy to change from one outfit to another.

She was very happy and professional all the time. She posed really well and was extremely enthusiastic and pleased to poses as requested and suggested other poses that would make good photographs. We asked her to paddle in the sea, but she was so enthusiastic that she went into the cold sea up to her neck.

Helen is a really excellent and professional model. We took some stunning images and had a wonderful time, I thoroughly recommend her.

I met Helen for the first time today at a group shoot at South House retreat. And, well, I'm glad that I didn't look her up before shoot day as I didn't realise I was in the presence of such modelling royalty!!! :P

Where do I start … Helen had me laughing from the word go!! - She's absolutely gorgeous and has the personality to match. Being a newer model myself it was so nice to have an experienced model to talk to and share experience with.

I hope to see Helen again soon and would highly recommend her!! :D

An Eye for Beauty

It has been 18 months since my last shoot with Helen, but it seemed only yesterday as we met up again yesterday for our 10th shoot. Only an hour this time in the context of a multiple shoot but that was enough to produce some different images, and she enjoyed the use of natural light which is my preferred genre. Helen was as lovely as ever and I am sure we will be meeting up again and perhaps not so long next time!

Far too long since I shot this queen of quirk! A big venue, and several hours of shoot time ahead of us, this was always going to be fun!

Helen has an infectious enthusiasm, and she was soon buzzing around the house finding innovative places and ways to pose. Her experience in depth and her eye for the unusual (outfits, poses, colours) ensure that so many things simply work first time, making this photographer grin! There is never a dull moment when you're shooting Helen, and it is always a creative partnership. But above all, she is simply lovely to spend time with. Awesomely good at what she does, but never a diva.

A perfect shoot, and I look forward to doing it again. Highly recommended to all.

Wow Wow Wow, Helen is unbelievable. Helen was supposed to be a model on the first session and photographer on the second session of PhotoClassic's Art Nude in the Landscape, but when we got the light we have been waiting for on the second session, after Helen got some amazing images, she just had to join in and model. Her talent for getting the best images in every landscape, whether as a photographer or a model are just amazing. This girl has got to be one of the best all round photography creators I have ever met, I am looking forward to seeing the final images from her photography as I am sure they will have a different look that will knock us all for six. As a model Helen is determined to give her all and can read any situation to ensure her poses are adapted to the environment and look you are looking for. Highly recommended both as a model or photographer.

Helen is just awesome, from her modelling to her wicked sense of humour. Helen was one of four models booked to work on the first session of my Art Nude In The Landscape Experience - three days in the far north of Scotland, working in some spectacular scenery but she was also booked onto the second session as a photographer, looking to refresh her skills after some time out from photography.

Not only was Helen a superb addition to the modelling team on the first session, she created some fantastic images as a photographer on the second session too. Then to top everything off, she asked to model on the second session, as the light she had missed on her favourite location in five attempts modelling on this workshop finally showed itself and she did not want to miss out.

Some of the highlights of an amazing week of creativity with a fantastic bunch of people centred around Helen's kindness to everyone and her sense of humour. I will never forget her face as she walked into the hotel lounge for one of the "show and tell" sessions, greeting everyone with a loud "Hello bawbags!" before realising there was also an elderly lady sitting at the bar. :-D

I am so glad to have had the good fortune to work with Helen so many times and cannot recommend her highly enough to do her justice.

So I was just a bit ummm lucky and got to model alongside this totally amazing model during the spring studland model led Weekender. Helen is so easy to work with, proper chilled out, and poses like a boss. I had so much fun working with her and making lots of pretty pictures together. Totally recommended!
