Had my first shoot with John at the Kempston Studio and I very much enjoyed it. John was very friendly, respectful and professional. He gave me directions well during the shoot and it was easy to follow them. We managed to do quite a few outfit changes and I know we created some beautiful pictures.

I would definitely shoot again with John.

Yesterday John and I finally got to meet and shoot after many months of comms and of course Covid restrictions causing postponements. We met halfway at The Studio at the Stables and spent a very pleasant and productive morning there.

I found John to be very easy to get along with and we bounced ideas off each other throughout. He had a good look round initially and decided which areas he felt would work and made great use of the natural light. We shot several sets being a good mix of low key, boudoir and natural light portraits. I highly recommend John, his enthusiasm for his photography is evident and am pleased to say we will be returning for another shoot. Thank you for shooting with me.

John returned to the studio with a very beautiful model (not on PP) and her friend with some very creative ideas that he had discussed with them beforehand. It was a pleasure to help John with the lighting and from what I could see BOC it looked like he had some great images.

Very respectful to model and her friend and myself and the studio with some good banter to boot.

Recommend John he is a great guy.

John responded to my casting call for images to edit, and sent through a few portraits for me to give him an alternate perspective on. His communications were good throughout and he sent high quality images. Thanks John, hope you like the edits.

🎞 Kempston Studio [Studio Hire, Bedford] 🎞

A pleasure to welcome John to the studio tonight for his shoot with Lauret. John was courteous to myself and his model and showed her the images he had taken as he went along.

With simple lighting changes John was able to fill a 2 hour shoot with only one background and make the images all look incredibly different.

Highly recommend John to any model or studio.

Worked with John on a western style shoot recently organised by Gino Cinganelli which was great fun there were a few of us (all socially distancing of course) and John just took it all in his stride and worked well amongst the other photographers as well.

I hope we get another chance to work together, and would highly recommend him.

The pre-shoot communication was excellent. He always responded to my messages promptly and we managed to arrange all the details of our shoot. I had some troubles finding the location and John was helpful giving me directions to get there. John was very easygoing and relaxed during the shoot. He had a very good idea of what he wanted to achieve and was directing me at times. We had a good and enjoyable shoot, despite weather turning cold that day.

I would highly recommend John and hope to work with him again soon.

My second shoot with John and a location shoot this time he picked me up and we went to a ruin, it was very windy but such a great backdrop. John was on time pre comms were great as usual so I picked out an outfit that adapted in to 2. John is always polite, respectful, fun and great to work with, he has a good eye for lighting even outdoors. The images looked great on the back of the camera and I can't wait to see them properly. Really looking forward to working with John again, I would highly recommend John to any model regardless of experience. Thanks John x

Had a fabulous shoot with John today our pre comms were great. John is very relaxed and friendly he has a great sense of humour and a lot of patience. He made the session very relaxed which helps so much and the images reflect that. It felt more like having a chat with an old friend, the images on the camera and a couple John has sent me look fabulous the lighting is brilliant, a very competent photographer. What can i say! This is my 3rd shoot with john, starting on fully clothed and then went from there. We attempted a new level for both of us, which was really great and relaxed. our new level was implied nude for a body sculpture using oil and a water spray {which was cold even though he added warm water} following our pre comm before this shoot, he even made me some lunch before we carried on for the implied art nude part.we are regularly working together on different projects.

i would definately recommend john to other models 100%
