I had a fantastic shoot with Jay during one of my my studio days at inspire studios!

Precomms were perfect and sent me a nice moodboards before the shoot.

He arrived and finished on time, and we shot 4 sets with different lightning and set ups, from fashion to sensual.

Really loved what we created!

Absolutely Awesome!

Having worked with Jay before at Inspire and seen his passion for all that is Vintage I knew this second shoot once again would deliver and it truly did.

When I saw Jay's mood board it was like I had landed a part in my dream Hollywood movie each character giving me that chance to use my storytelling skills to the max!

Jay bought some superb props and coupled with the ideas we created some stunning images that I cant wait to add to my portfolio.

Needless to say we are already discusing a future meet to create more Vintage memories.

If you have not yet worked with this amazing photographer you are missing a trick!

Thank you so much Jay for not only an amazing shoot but for great company and fun creating that Hollywood magic!

I worked with Jay recently on my studio day at Inspire Studios. Precomms were excellent, he showed me ideas for inspiration and the sort of images that we were looking to create, which really helped. The shoot went super smoothly, shooting portraits and implied nudes. I really enjoyed working with Jay, his photography is excellent, and he was very enthusiastic and gave positive feedback throughout.

Highly recommend to any model, and would love to work with him again!

What an absolute pleasure it was to not only meet Jay but to of had the oppourtunity to work with him today at Inspire Studios on one of my favourite themes yes you guessed it vintage!

Jays communication was on point we discussed ideas for the day and Jay created what I can only describe as cinematic quality images which blew me away he knows exactly what makes an image perfect from composition to lighting and did all himself.

I can't wait to add them to my portfolio .

If you haven't already worked with this extremely talented photographer make sure you book him.

I truly hope to work with Jay again and create some more magic .

I just had my second shoot with Jay,I am very happy with the way it went.Jay had a lot of ideas,and he shot proper fashion,so he came up with some interesting light settings which suited fashion style very well. Jay shoots without any rush and he always is a pleasure to shoot with.Jay took a lot of great photos,and I did like that shoot with wind machine and blowing material, the photos came out so cool,that was a lot of fun.

I had an amazing shoot with Jay at Inspire studios today. I can say I really enjoyed it, apparently Jay knows many stuff about lighting techniques and he came up with really interesting ideas, he can set up the light on the first try. Jay is a pleasure to shoot with, he is polite and easy-going photographer. He does praise the model, so it is really encouraging and I like it. Jay likes to shoot Fashion and portrait , so I think we had the same vision of the pictures we wanted to achieve, and we did really great. Before the shoot we discussed outfitwise and Jay told he our plan for the shoot. So Jay was good prepared, because of it our photos are really great. Looking forward to shoot with Jay again, highly recommended to shoot with, 100%

Jay has been a few times to the studio and it's always a pleasure to see him. He is always friendly and relaxed when he visits and works well with the models along with being super respectful of both the model and the studio. Look forward to seeing the latest images he created and seeing him back again.

I shot with Jay in the Algarve during a photography trip. He was very professional, friendly, easy to get along with and fun to be around.

He had lots of ideas for poses, framing and locations etc and got some great images which I am really happy with.

He always made sure I was okay during the shoots and he isn't the type of photographer that works you to death with no breaks.

I would 100% recommend him and would work with him again in the future :)

Bad Dolly

Today I had my first shoot with Jay who was super fun to work with and bought along a beautiful sequin/chain outfit that I adored. He made a wonderful shoot plan so I knew exactly what to bring and we worked through the ideas with ease. Jay was really considerate and kept me topped up with tea, we had a good chat and flowed through the sets.

The 2 hours flew by and from what I saw on the back of the camera the shots looked great! Highly recommended from me and can't wait to see the results of today!

I have to confess to "Queue jumping" my other client's references, to give Jay his second reference, because I really appreciate the catch 22 issue situation, of not having any references, because we all have to start somewhere, but I appreciate, and fully understand and respect a models apprehension when working with a brand new photographer, with so few references, so I want to help Jay on his way, to securing more shoots, as he really is above all standards of a "rookie - no reference photographer", hey, he already has 2 FPI's under his belt, that's great work for someone so new, this speaks volumes about his abilities.

Jay's pre-shoot communication was great, I could tell from the off that he was really eager to work with the stunning Elle Beth, during our Portraiture, Ballet, Fashion and Artistic nude 1-1 teaching workshop.Jay paid our 50% booking deposit immediately, as required by all clients. We discussed the genres he wanted to cover, so I could create a mood board of poses and lighting effects to cover, during his time with Elle.

Jay displayed total dedication coming to PoZer's, as he caught the bus to Cricklade, then walked 3 1/2 miles to shoot with Elle Beth, what a trooper. He arrived nice and early for his slot, giving us time to run through the various genres we were covering and browse through Elle's wardrobe, choosing a selection of clothing that fitted the genre's perfectly.

It's clear from Jay's rapport with Elle, despite being new to PurplePort, he is experienced in photographing people, and was really at ease in the studio, you certainly wouldn't think he's new to this genre, he was really relaxed, confident, eventuate and his BOC images were captivating, beautifully framed, and great composition.

Jay was great company, he covered a wide genre of styles during his 2 hours, he moved confidently around the studio, and knew his way around his kit. Elle and I both enjoyed his company, he is so easy to get on with, and his images were fabulous, I am really excited to see the final executions, I know they are going to be amazing. Please don't presume that the lack of references, reflects anything other than being new to PurplePort. Jay is kind, he is great company, he was concerned about Elle's well-being and was very considerate, and he's certainly experienced behind a camera, and he has a great eye for stunning crops, and his BOC images looked amazing.

It was such a pleasure working with Jay, would I recommend him ? Definitely, 100% to any model, studio owner, tutor, photography group, designer, stylist, makeup artist etc. He's really a lovely guy, and you will 100% enjoy your shoot with him, don't hesitate to work with Jay, you won't regret it. Thank's Jay for a lovely afternoon and being such a pleasure to work with, can't wait to see your finished edits.

Jay joined myself Chris Conway and Beth on a beauty event with Mua Beauty within in January and what an absolute pleasure it was to have him there! He was a fantastic asset to the group full of personality and very chatty with me and others within the group. He remained professional at all times and was a joy to model for. I have just seen some of the images he produced from the day and they have blown me away! Fantastic result.
