References for Vintage Photography

Madame Tease

This was my first shoot with Vintage Photography, but it won't be my last.

I was quickly put at ease and having fun. Given I am still very new to this I was grateful for the clear guidance and instructions on what images John was hoping to achieve. I think I managed it.

I highly recommend Vintage Photography and cannot wait for our next shoot.

I had a the great pleasure of modelling for John yesterday and I am extremely pleased with how it went. He was very perfesonal, full of ideas and fun to work with.

I had a sneek peak at some of the photos and they are amazing. I am one happy girl.

John is a talented photographer and I would love to shoot with him again very soon :)

Just had my first shoot with John today, after a horrible journey on the M25 we managed to make it there in time.

John gives great direction and has loads of ideas, his pre shoot communication is spot on just sorry we didn't get to do any of the location shots but will definitely sort that out for the next time.

fantastic studio (spitfire studio) loads of props and back drops, couldn't fault it at all.

Overall a great shoot with a great photographer, would definitely recommend John to anyone, a true gentleman.

I can't fault john. A pleasure to work with.

Organised. Friendly. Great at giving direction. Was at the location early and had scouted it out prior to our shoot so knew what sort of shots he wanted.

I'd highly recommend him to any model and would like to work together again in the future.

I had my second shoot with John yesterday and it went very well pre shoot communications were good and John was very amenable to shooting my ideas.....wihich I chose with his preference for vintage style in mind.

He is so easy to work with and just let me move around into poses and gave direction when needed . He also came up with his own ideas . Seeing the images on back of camera I know we have some fab. shots.

I would have no absolutely hesitation in recommending John...

This was my first meeting with john, we planned in advance but weather could not be planned.

The heavens opened muchly.

John and I managed to get some great shots, which I believe went brilliantly with my wear.

John is a softly spoken man with good direction and ideas.

I look forward to working with John again.

Had a fantastic shoot with John today. Really enjoyable.

He is an absolute pleasure to work with, extremely friendly and respectful. We did a range of shots ranging from fashion to lingerie to art nude.

From what I saw on the back of the camera John had taken some amazing shots and I cannot wait to see the finished results.

It was a really great day, we are already planning our next shoot.

Highly recommended to all :)

Had a quick shoot with John yesterday at the Brooklands Museum for the 40's relived event. John was great and really easy to work with - considering we didn't have much time to plan what we were going to do, we just went for it and I am looking forward to seeing the results.

Had an opportunity to work with John today and what a fantastic shoot it was!

Great communication pre shoot made the session flow smoothly. very professional. Respectful of my limits when it came to capturing the images and worked so easily from my salon where he had no prior knowledge of spaces/ lighting etc. We have already begun discussions on working together again in the future

Had my second official shoot with John, a friendly and relaxed one, got all the photos back to me via dropbox in good time. Reliable and good at instructing (I'm fairly new to modelling), would definitely shoot with him again. :)

Had a full day shoot at the studio with John, and it was great to have somewhere to lay everything out and change. John is warm and friendly and great at direction (pretty handy for me, as I'm still gaining experience). Always very respectful, and loads of ideas and enthusiasm, patient and a great sense of humour. We ran out of time to do a location shoot .... but then that leaves something for next time. He put me at ease straight away and the shoot was relaxing and we had some laughs too. Thanks for a great shoot John ! ;-)

My second shoot with john was just as much fun as the first. We discussed lots of ideas that I wanted to try before the shoot and john came fully prepared with print outs of what I had showed him. With his excellent knowledge of lighting he was able to recreate stunning shots. John is a perfect gentleman and I highly recommend. Look forward to our next shoot

John attended the Manor House Shoot organised by Pauls-Studio last Friday in Reading, and John was one of 4 in my group I shot with. Although I didn't have one to one time with him, in the time we had I found John to be friendly, respectful, had some good ideas and I would certainly be happy to work with him again. So he comes recommended from me.

I had the pleasure of working with john in the studio yesterday. John has a very calming way about him and put me at ease immediately. The shoot was a lot of fun and flowed easily from one outfit to the next. communication before, during and after was brilliant and John very quickly sent through photos for me. I would highly recommend and would definitely like to work with John some more

I had the pleasure of working with Vintage Photography on a vintage shoot at Severn Valley Station. It was one of the best shoots I have done. John is easy going and though I was nervous I relaxed into it with his pleasant nature. One thing that stood out for me was his constant feed back throughout the shoot, on my poses, expressions etc always saying "great expression" or "yes that's lovely". It really boosted my confidence to hear that the photographer was happy with the poses and pictures he was taking. Would Certainly work with him again and hope to soon.
