Attended my first Studio day today with the lovely Kate Stardoll at Kempston Studios.

Immediately Kate was friendly and inviting. After a bit of chit chat, we got going and started working. Kate posed effortlessly, moving and holding positions when asked and she offered advice to me on how I should add lighting, change angle etc.

Kate was on board with all of my ideas and helped me achieve images which I am very happy with. I'm looking forward to editing them to show their true potential.

Kate has a kind and friendly personality and is a joy to spend time with. I highly recommend booking one of her studio days, if you can get a slot before they sell out!

Shooting with Kate was a great experience. It was a short-notice shoot, with little time to plan or discuss in advance over the coronation weekend.

The shoot went smoothly from the initial directions, through discussing in more detail what we'd shoot, where and how. Kate adapted to the unedited images she was seeing during the shoot, suggesting variations to improve posing for a better image, all while keeping a conversation going.

I had a great first shoot with Kate this evening. We started off at her flat, doing a mix of clothed and implied, and then moved on to some outdoor sets close by along the river. She'd stumbled across a secluded part on her doggy-walks which allowed for some quick outdoor nudes too, and the early evening light was perfect with a low sun giving a nice warm glow to everything.

I've only skimmed through the thumbnails so far but it looks like we've got some great shots.

Kate is really friendly, and happy to pose freely but also follow guidance where given. Definitely recommended!

Kate certainly is aptly named in respect of the "Star" though has far more personality and fluidity if posing than a doll.

It was our first shoot and although we'd only been talking briefly before, we git on really well. Kate just "gets it". She needs no direction but responds well to any ideas and and direction offered. She is thoroughly professional, enthusiastic and accommodating and is definitely a rising star.

I can't wait to work with Kate again and I thoroughly recommend her.

I had a first shoot with Kate indoors shooting natural light.


Kate prepared lots of suitable outfits to the moodboard that were great. 
Kate poses and takes directions well, is happy to try things out and shares feedback during the shoot.

Kate is a lovely bubbly person who is easy to get along with during a shoot!

A three hour shoot flew by, and I came away with lots more ideas for future shoots, as well as a collection of fantastic images..! I am keen to work with Kate again in future!

Had a great shoot with Kate yesterday at her place. Kate is a wonderful polity model with a great sense of humour. We chatted throughout the shoot and managed to get some fantastic images. I would highly recommend Kate to all photographers.

I hadn't known her before on PP but saw a casting from Kate for May and cheekily asked if we could shoot in April. An almost immediate reply, a couple of messages on shoot details, and we were set. When I arrived she was completely made up and ready, with a coffee for me too:)

Kate is beautiful. Like drop dead gorgeous beautiful. And it shows on the camera - she poses well, will try things out, is enthusiastic and fun to work with. I have so many wonderful images from our afternoon together that I don't know what to do with them all!

The time flew by, not only photographing but chatting. Kate is a bright, interesting, fun person to spend time with: great company as well as a wonderful model.

I would 100% shoot with Kate again, and you should too.

First time shoot with Kate after finding her initially on Instagram. Communication before the shoot was very good.

Kate is a very good model with an exceptional personality. Whilst able to take direction, she is also confident enough to give helpful advice to ensure that the photographer gets the best images they can.

Today I had the pleasure of shooting with the very cool, down to earth model. Kate and I were in contact for paste few weeks organising the shoot and I could tell from communication that she was going to be very easy to shoot with.

For the shoot itself she was very enthusiastic despite travelling for a while to my area but she was very energetic, daring and willing to try new things as we were creating a more cinematic visual. Once we started she came across as an experienced professional as I gave little to no direction throughout. She was able to exude a confidence and expression beyond what I imagined and gave it her all to the camera never complaining of how crazy my ideas were. Her natural beauty came across on camera with her amazing stunning expressive eyes and I am very happy with the material we captured and cannot wait to finish the final product. Overall what we shot was mainly thanks to her and her nautural skills.

Outside of modelling she is just an amazing, awesome, super cool person to chill with and is also very funny and we had some great chats throughout. I know will grow fast in this industry and will be in high demand and go far in this crazy industry.

Highly recommended to all creatives will not be disappointed 🙂

I had another phenomenal shoot with Kate on Easter Monday! We shot some lingerie to get us started, then we shot some implied nude. I have never shot implied nude before, but Kate made me feel extremely comfortable and we managed to get some shots which I am very happy and proud of.

Highly recommend Kate! She's has a warm personality and gets along with everyone.

She's such a good model, I've booked a slot on her Kempston Studio day, and I know we'll get some more fantastic images!!

Had my first shoot with Kate having finally managed to arrange to set one up. Wow, she is fantastic. Pre shoot comms were excellent. She bought along plenty of outfits, which worked very well. Don't be fooled by her relative lack of modelling experience, she is a natural. Kate takes directions very well, and is always on the look out for opportunitiues. We actually managed to catch some dry weather (and a little sun!!) so shot outside as well as indoors. Kate was always seeking locations for fabulous images. She was relaxed and a real pleasure to work with. I'm very happy with the images we took.

I can definately highly recommend Kate, and look forward to arranging another shoot soon.

Pre comms were super; I had sent Kate examples of what I'd like to shoot and she had laid out several outfits for me to choose from.

Kate is a delight to work with, she's funny with a super sense of humour, very chatty, poses with ease (needing little or no direction), has a fab personality, loves modelling, is very professional and is just stunning!!

We achieved some fabulous images all shot with natural light, which I'm very happy with.

I managed to book a last minute shoot with Kate on Friday. We shot some fashion in her local area, then some lingerie at her home after it began raining.

Kate moved effortlessly through a variety of poses and allowed me time between poses to fine tune my camera settings.

We go a lot of shots in the short time we had.

She has a fantastic personality and you can tell she is passionate towards modelling and getting great shots for both of us.

I would highly recommend Kate to any photographer of any level!

Most of the time I shoot with Kate it tends to be arranged at fairly short notice but in saying that they are always the most enjoyable shoots I do.

Kate and I now have a great connection and her sense of humour is just like mine so chats are enjoyable as we shoot.

Modelling Kate is just brilliant already and can only get better and this has been the case since our very first shoot all those months ago.

I don't think I could ever get bored of shooting with Kate and her range of looks is endless.

Long may our shoots continue.

Amazing first shoot with Kate very last minute but definitely one of favourite shoots this year. Kate managed to find a BnB near me due to the railway strikes and what an amazing find

Kate arrived on time with ideas flowing as we got into the space we would be using ready to shoot.

We managed to get a lot of amazing images with Kate throwing ideas back to improve images with more props or difference in pose to make a good image an amazing image

We started with portraits and Amelia was interested in what I was explaining to her about lighting and posing.

I’m excited to see what images we can create in the future with both our inputs.

If you are thinking of booking Amelia then do it and you won’t be disappointed.

My first shoot with the fabulous Kate was a shoot that managed to include both outdoor on location fashion portrait and indoor photos up to lingerie level. Pre-shoot communications was effective and to the point so we both had a clear idea of the shoot plan.

Kate was enthusiastic and keen to try some of my ideas, plus add a few of her own to make the shoot progress. She has a good approach to posing, exploring each change of setup and outfit with a good selection of different looks and positions. As a result we created a great variety of super images that make it a challenge to cull them to just a few.

On the shoot conversation flowed well making the shoot enjoyable as well as productive. I'd certainly look forward to working with Kate again in the future.

It was great to work with Kate and I'd 100% recommend her.

Brilliant shoot with Kate. Although relatively new to modelling, you wouldnt know it as she effortlessly shifts from pose to pose.

You can tell she loves what she does and she puts everything in to getting the best results possible.

Wow! what an amazing photoshoot with the lovely and gorgeous Kate :-)

We started interacting on purpleport messenger and Kate is absolutely easy to communicate with. She is a professional and amazingly friendly to get along. It was great fun during the photoshoot as well this being my first photoshoot with her.

Kate had brought all the relevant and beautiful costumes that we discussed during the precomms and sharing of moodboards. The objective was to get great glamorous style, fashion and editorial type of images.

Kate is amazingly spontaneous in posing and expressions. Beautiful eye contact and glamorous expressions in the images just made my day. We shot different attitudes and themes e.g. cowgirl, lingerie, party gown and casual wear. She looked absolutely stunning in those images.

I highly recommend Kate to any photographers and studios and will be looking forward to have many more photoshoots with her in the future with different themes and concepts.
