Kaylee is charming, intelligent and articulate - great fun to have on a shoot. As a model she is exceptional; Kaylee poses with or without direction and those poses flow from one into another with flair and creativity and she has a good understanding in regards to placing herself to best advantage in varying light set-ups.I would highly recommend Kaylee and you will get a great deal of enjoyment, and great results

Kaylee and I worked together on a location shoot in central London that was sadly curtailed by heavy rain. However before that came we got some really good images of which quite a number have appeaared in two magazines so far - Luxia and L'Attirance (France). Kaylee is an absolute delight and was so good to work with. We will definitely work together again. I would highly recommend her to other serious photographers

Did my second shoot with Kaylee, and it was even better! Real classic beauty, with lovely long hair and as friendly as ever. She definitely had more confidence and I really enjoyed the results from this shoot.

Kaylee recently came to shoot for the weekend and what a blast we had. Kaylee is an absolute delight to work with and always gives her best for every set and every outfit. I love the way she poses so effortlessly and she is a magnet for getting that look just right.

Well, a 6-hour return trip to add on to a 4-hour shoot and it was worth every second. An absolute delight to work with, Kaylee has poise and style that I haven't seen for a while. We made the shoot up as we went along and I am most impressed with what I saw on the back of the camera, now to the uploading! It's not often I travel that far for a shoot, but it was well worth it and I am sure I will be doing it again! Unreservedly recommended. Kaylee is a star and should be on your WTWW list.

Take in the Alps

“Hi Kaylee, I said ... it’s me: Take in the Alps. I can’t open the gates with this code”.

“I’ll get back in my car and trigger them from this side”, she said.

And with that quick thinking remark she returned to her tiny smart car only to find that the gates had mysteriously opened as she reversed out of her space to come to me and my mua’s (Alley) rescue.

We drove in and parked near to Kaylee but when I stepped out of my car I couldn’t see her’s anywhere. When I saw her walking towards me, I asked her if she’d disappeared her car. I know it’s small she said, but it’s right here. From my vantage point I still couldn’t see that tiny car and started to laugh. I thought she was tricking me. The look of perplexed confusion on my face must have been funny because she started to laugh too.

And that’s how we met - ‘our little team’ as the warm, welcoming studio host named us in his reference.

Donning masks and dragging cases as we entered the building, negotiating door codes and lifts that closed on us and took us back down to ground level just as we were trying to exit on the second floor, we looked as though we were in a comedy heist.

Eventually, after we’d trundled down several other dead ends, Alley had a hunch about the one corridor that took us to the studio door. Inside the studio, Peter - our host - greeted us masked. He could already tell that we were a team; that we laughed a lot and that many events on this day would amuse us and hasten our friendships.

As Alley did Kaylee’s hair and make up, I unpacked and hung up the clothes, sometimes showing Kaylee a set that we’d be working with. We’d chat and her reactions were always so vivid, her imagination so obviously engaged, her excitement and laughter so wonderfully infectious.

The theme of the shoot was the classic Hollywood film Gilda starring Rita Hayworth and Glenn Ford. Kaylee was our Rita Hayworth. All the rest was in our heads! :-)

Thirty minutes later, Kaylee walked onto the illuminated set in a turquoise, sequinned evening gown and she was Rita. Only it was better than that. She took to the set like it was her stage - for a performance like no other; a performance in which she would find an incredible range of expression, a rich vein of emotional material, actions that spoke of beautifully honed lines from a celebrated script, exquisite gestures that pulled Alley and I into her story, making us laugh or cry, or look at each other in amazement.

I have to pinch myself that all this really happened as I write this remembering the day’s unfolding. Editing the shots helps! Because the sense of a story, unspooling in front of my eyes, beguiling me with its beauty and almost shocking variations in mood and emotion, is there for all the world to see, or will be when I get to posting the finished images.

I had booked Kaylee because from the images I’d seen of her there was something in the way she expressed herself that made me think of Gilda ... of that incandescent beauty ... that eruption of wonder in an audience when a major film star walks onto the set for the first time and you then know that with this film you are in for an enormous treat!

What shocked me was that my hunches were completely accurate. Could I really have been this right!?

Kaylee didn’t need much direction but I’m guessing that, like a great actor, the clothes, the set, the lighting, the ideas, the direction of the camera, her appearance etc ... were all elements that guided her towards this glorious, consummate performance ... this wonderful achievement. Because you will all see that it is her achievement and that’s what I am celebrating here.

I’ve always been looking for a model that could act as well as Kaylee. What’s so surprising and also so heartwarmingly endearing to me is that - correct me if I’m wrong Kaylee - I don’t think that before this shoot you knew you were capable of not only constructing a character in each and every moment, but sustaining it over six hours of shooting.

Look what just happened I kept hearing my inner amazed voice say.

What I most love about the experience is how it felt as though we were really crafting something special from the ether; that all three of us were involved in this hugely rewarding process; that our resolve to create art and artistry was unstinting ... that our appetites for the shoot were insatiable. Kaylee was at the centre of that feeling. Her performance galvanised me into being a better photographer ... into looking more closely and with a greater eye for the details of the shot ... into putting myself into positions in which her performance could be made accessible from every point of view or from the point at which it would be at its most telling.

As we reached a denouement, I realised that Kaylee was now fully inhabiting her character. It was three dimensional ... and it had legs! By that I mean that there’s much more to come ... many more possibilities ... more shoots to come. If this shoot was a thriller, it was doubly so. The thrill was in the unexpected ways in which she shaped the turns in her character and how that created a myriad of different moods. The other thrill was in discovering Kaylee as both a woman and a model - in finding out that she is delightful as much as she delights; that she is always professional and hardworking; that there’s an encouraging streak of loyalty - for want of a better word - within her; that her commitment to the ideas of a shoot are absolute.

I feel both lucky and wise ... for once! :-)

As The Smiths notably sang: ‘oh please let me get what I want this time, lord knows it would be the first time’. Well I did get exactly what I wanted. So much so that I want to do it all over again. I said that straight after the shoot and I’ve been saying it ever since. If this isn’t a recommendation of Kaylee to you lovely photographers out there in purpleport land l don’t know what is?!

Give yourself the pleasures you deserve for this I am sure is a model who will never let you down. If you look at her work you will see that of course she has all the attributes of a classic beauty. So all you need to do is create a platform ... a stage on which she can shine .. an idea that will motivate her into being the best she can be ... because that best is a very, very big explosion of talent.

The longer version. We had a fantastic first shoot this week and Kaylee is outrageously beautiful, talented and a joy to work with. The 3 hours flew by and, aside from her unfortunate affection for all things Margate, she was wonderful to work with

As a model her precomms was fantastic, knows her poses and angles and happy to contribute fantastic ideas. Great wardrobe as well.

Kaylee is amazing, one of the best models I have worked with and highly recommended.

Every once in a while you work with a model that suddenly moves your photography to another level, well that happened when I shot with Kaylee Marie. Great pre shoot communications and on time despite the usual problems with the rail service, What can I say about Kaylee, well she has class an ability to turn from 'posh' to 'sassy' and poses without direction but can take direction when required. Kaylee is professional, a natural beauty and above all is great fun to be with. I've been blown away by a stunning girl who I believe will become one of purpleports favourites so I suggest you book her now as she will be in demand. Wow this girl is epic, I had a amazing shoot with Kaylee at my apartment in London, she is a lovely young woman to be around and very natural in front of the camera. The time flew by but I managed to get some really beautiful shots. if anyone is looking for a diverse beauty to work with, she is right here ;) She arrived on time and had her items all prepared and came all the way from London so I really appreciate that. I am already planning a future shoot really soon with Kaylee as I really enjoyed it. She has a lot to offer and is a diverse model from fashion to portraiture and tasteful lingerie. Kaylee is a real natural beauty! She came to the shoot with a very high standard of hair and make up done. She poses well and manage to provide a lot of amazing images. She's also open to ideas and to use the various clothes I have bought, and manage to work them well.

Above all, she's an absolutely lovely person and would definitely recommend her. Really productive shoot and looking forward to work with her again!

I had a great shoot with Kaylee this weekend.

We discussed the shoot and arranged the details quickly and efficiently, and set a date and time. Kaylee arrived on time, with a large selection on outfits, all matching perfectly the style we had discussed in pre-comms.

She's a super cheery person, very easy to get along with, and a truly pleasant personality to spend a few hours with. She posed really well, and took direction really well.

I would fully recommend Kaylee to other photographers, and look forward to hopefully working with her again in the future.

Had a great shoot with Kaylee on a Sunday morning in Central London. I had been looking for a model to reprise two of my favourite concepts from last year - Spartan Warrior Queen and Angel - and when I saw her portfolio I just knew she would rock both of those looks.

And she did - Kaylee was great and totally got the concepts! She poses naturally and was willing to give everything a go. She also provided her input which really helped us nail the images - the sign of an experienced model.

I would recommend Kaylee without hesitation and am looking forward to doing more shoots with her in the future!
