I have said this before, but it is worth repeating, Kira makes an ace collaborator…

An experienced and professional model with a massive wardrobe that she can dip into, she works hard to help you realise what it is that you are trying to capture… She is easy to work with, can work really great to direction, or, if you prefer, she is equally adept at throwing shapes as she knows work…

Anybody who has followed either her or my work will have spotted that we have worked together before, with some rather fabulous results… So, we got our heads together, as we saw that lockdown was easing, to plan to shoot again when we could do so in order that we could both blow off the shooting cobwebs and, well, that we most certainly did… as you will be able to see when the results start to get published…

Powdered and Waisted Corsetry

Kira modelled a couple of my corset designs as part of Newo's huge recent shoot and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Kira adapted perfectly to 2 very different styles, one very romantic and one more edgy. Although a wig was used in one, her own stunning, long hair was braided at one side in the other, and she bought the perfect young, edgy, strong, yet feminine look to both my designs and Newo's visions. We've since had lovely post shoot communication and one of the images created is now my favourite of that piece. I'd be happy to work with Kira again and to recommend her.

NEWO

Kira was one of the models in a huge shoot on Sunday - I've worked with her before in other capacities, but first time photographing her. Kira is fantastic at pre-shoot communication, always helpful with suggestions and styling and keen to work on the most fantastic ideas we can!

Turned up on time with bags of enthusiasm, and we shot 3 different sets over the day, all of which turned out equally amazingly!

Hopefully much more to work on together in the future :)

It was my first shoot with Kira and she was very lovely to work with. Kira is such a patient person and able to get direction easily. I really liked she came well prepared for the shoot as it was Frida Kahlo style, she even brought a book about her. She is very easy to work with, stepped in to character immediately. Kira came to work with us all the way from Manchester and we cannot be happier about it. We went with her idea for this shoot (with our twist because we are stubborn like this) and it work brilliantly, and then we added some extra looks for a variety and now we simply cannot wait to process the images. Kira was patient, motivated, took all directions very well (not that she needed many) and it was a great pleasure to work with her. And her hair, oh my, her hair, we have to plan another shoot for her to show her hair in all its glory! We truly hope to work together again and cannot recommend her enough!

What can I say about this lady, that's probably not been said before?

Kira is just fantastic to work with. Great communications, wonderful styles and ideas, and after my cock ups the other day, super forgiving ha ha

The first 4 locations I had in mind, were a bust, too crowded, and just not suitable for our needs. But Kira didn't complain, we never gave up. I kept searching for ideas of where to shoot, and we spotted somewhere. When we checked it out, it was absolutely perfect, so off we went.

I cannot offer a single complaint about Kira, nor would I dare, she's amazing to shoot with, full of ideas and optimism, and I loved every second of the time we spent together.

I'm not even annoyed that I dropped a flash in the sea, with the trigger attached. I'm not annoyed that I got sunburn.

I am annoyed that I left it sooo long since my last shoot with her, which I'll rectify for the next time.

Thank you Kira, you did me proud, and I can do no more than sing your praises and hope it does some good.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Kira on a studio 'Princess Jasmine' shoot. We had been planning on working together for a while, so as soon as I got back to the UK we got it arranged. We pulled a fabulous team together including Byanca on makeup and Roxy on hair, and the team's upfront communication was great.

On the day Kira turned up with some amazing outfits, and we quickly went from one look to the next, with Kira modelling expertly to the mood.
