Hi, I'm Kitt [link removed]. I like to take photos. 

I've been taking photos for a while, but recently I've felt like I was stagnating. 

So, refresh the portfolio, that's the plan! 

Ideally, for just now, I'm looking at TF gigs, get myself back into the swing of model photography, rather than the more candid stuff I've been shooting for the bulk of the past few years.

• Headshots
• Urbex

For me, photography is my hobby. I have a "real" job that prevents me from arranging shots in the middle of the weekday, and at the weekend, I get to hang out with my best friend, my daughter ( 6 years old, at the time of writing this ). She's developing (ha!) an interest in photography too, so maybe in a few years she'll have her own Purpleport.

The point is, I never have free time. I can schedule time, but I can't just "drop of a hat" last minute, suddenly be ready to shoot. I need advance warning. Which makes flakes all the more disheartening. If you wanna shoot, let's shoot. If not, don't try to arrange something with me.

I prefer location shoots with minimal ( often Strobist inspired ) equipment, but sometimes it's good to get the big honking studio lights all set up and just flood the room with light and get some nice f/8 or f/11 shots, instead of relying on daylight and f/2. 

I have no problem with models wanting to bring an escort/friend. If that's what it takes to make you feel at ease and relax in front of the camera, so be it. In fact, it's more people to help carry all the gear I usually tote along to shoots and invariably only use half of! Who knew a ring-light would be such a poor investment!!
