Had my 1st shoot with Marie today on a workshop day.

Marie is a lovely lady, easy to get on with and a great laugh.

When it comes to posing Marie pulls out striking poses with very little to no direction needed, however when given direction to get the pose I had in mind, again she pulled it off instantly.

Marie has a great look and a fabulous figure and I am really happy with the images we managed to get.

Would defiantly recommend Marie and will be looking to work with her again in the future.

It was my very good fortune to shoot with Marie today at Morgan James Studio, Marie is of course an accomplished model who excels in fashion style modelling, she is very easy to get along with and has a great sense of humour, I obtained some fantastic images from the shoot and I would recommend Marie to any other photographers as you also would be guaranteed to come away from your shoot with her with great images. I hope to be working with Marie again soon.

This was the first shoot solo with Marie Jean. Having been mutual Instagram stalkers for a number of years it was about time we put our creativity together.

I'd found a couple of concepts that I thought would work great with Marie Jeans impeccable sharp style and 'crazy' yet amazing posing.

Needless to say, I really enjoyed the shoot and I think the results speak for themselves - edgy fashion and some really amazing playing with lighting concepts.

Again the wait to work with Marie J again will seem like forever - thank you for the amazing images we were able to fabricate together.

I booked a 2 hour 121 session with Marie Jean during her Snow Queen day at York Studio. Third time shooting now so you can tell already that its a big fat "high five" and "highly recommended" from me :-) The great things I have learned from this beautiful lady is she can pose (understatement), she can style (very classy outfits) she will make sure you get the images you describe (nailed it :-) )....Then let her freestyle too, you won't be disappointed, total class act. I arranged a fully styled body make-up studio day with Marie and MUA Dorota. Marie (as always) is full of enthusiasm right from the first conversation about the style. We choose to style as the Ice Queen, which was going to make it a long day - 4+ hours make-up followed by 8 hours shooting.

Marie was an absolute superstar, she brought lots of themed outfits and head-dresses to add to the spectacular make-up. Marie worked so hard all day to ensure all the photographers got the images they craved, and I have seen many amazing images being produced in different styles.

Marie will be here again very soon, and if you haven't shot with her already - then you should :)

Had a wonderful group shoot with Marie Jean organised by Kevin Prime at York Photo Studio. Fantastic 'Snow Queen' theme created by Dorota MUA. Despite having to put up with 6 photographers she was patient and posed with great aplomb giving me some fantastic images.

Been talking about shooting together for sometime and today we finally did it! On a VERY cold Saturday we shoot four great looks in two locations around Leeds.

Marie is fantastic to work with, so professional from the off and a great stylist! She doesn’t need any guidance once you’ve relayed the theme your after! I had a fantastic shoot with her and can’t wait for the next one! Her look was so perfect minimal editing was required!

Would 100% reccommend booking Marie up ASAP!!

Marie and I planned a portrait session at the studio and communication was first class. After arriving in Hull I picked Marie up from the station but unfortunately Marie was not at her best in the car and was unwell traveling to Hornsea. To Maries credit this did not reflect in her modelling and we were soon up to speed with the shoot. What a fantastic model this young lady is and can work with the brief and to the camera with ease. We have some cracking images from our first shoot and i look forward to work together again soon. I have no hesitation is recommending Marie as a model and working with her will definitely add great images to your portfolio.

What a cracking shoot with Marie! Working with iwfoto at York Photostudio, we shot a range of genre , portraits, editorila and art nude. Marie smashed each one with her natural poise, facial expressions and hard work.

Marie produced some cracking images, was a pleasure to work.

I had my second 4 hour shoot with Marie working alongside Richsimages at York Photo studio yesterday (Just had to work with her again after a shorter shoot in December :-) )

Marie is so easy to work with and great fun. We had excellent communications prior to shooting and she arrived early with a bag packed full of beautiful outfits :-)

Initially we shot some portraits; I was looking for some fine art styling and Marie just nailed it. Looking forward to producing some cracking black and white images in this section. We then worked through some editorial looks and finishing with some art nude work.

Masses of images to work through now, Marie hardly missed a beat, its going to be so hard to pick and delete some lol :-)

Of course I very happily recommend and next shoot already booked in. Thanks very much Marie, it was a blast :-) Ian

Well what can I say about Marie, what a fabulous and lovely person. Ultimate professional model, fun, fabulous, and fantastic to work with. She has a great look and can pose without any direction and just looks good at all times. A real pleasure to work with and I would say if you have not worked with her you really need to. Lovely 😊

Marie is easily one of the most professional models with whom I've worked over the last ten years. Great communication beforehand meant that even though we had to reschedule a couple of times we never lost track of when we were meant to be shooting.

Marie's great company to have on set, and a fantastic model to boot. She knows exactly how to pose and takes direction really well, so that I never felt that I was having to work to get the shots that I wanted.

I'm definitely going to work with Marie again. If you've got the chance, you should work with her, too.

I had the pleasure of shooting with Marie-Jean at the weekend on a lighting workshop. She has a great look, right down to her Betty Page tattoo which is nearly as amazing as her hair!

I found her really warm and friendly and she worked hard creating brilliant shapes and poses.

She had some great ideas for styling which look fantastic in the finished photos.

Some would see a lighting workshop as not the best way to start a creative journey but as mutual Instagram stalkers for the past few years, this felt like the most appropriate way to meet.

Having watched many amazing photographs appear of Marie J over the past few years, sometimes you find it hard to believe you are worthy of working together.

Marie has a wonderful attitude and great presence, her cutting-edge styling and extremely editorial look make for a creative journey, where pointing lights and pressing the shutter button are minor elements to the razor-sharp results that can be achieved.

Even though it could have been a throwaway event for Marie, she stepped up and did some immaculate makeup and arrived with a great selection of clothing which was expertly styled. Not afraid of a little discomfort her over knee shiny boots for less than £10 were not comfortable, this did not show on her face.

Marie was a great model and the images we grabbed in the group shoot were pretty good seeing as I was sharing with five other photographers. Looking forward to the next shoot together already.

Was lucky enough to work with Marie Jean at a group shoot lighting workshop at York Photo Studio (thanks KP). Great to work with, put up with my awful timekeeping (I was fashionably late dahhlings), lack of serenading and pretty mediocre sense of humour - Marie Jean was able to pull of the poses to get those great shots....shall look forwards to the similar opportunities in the future...

Marie isn’t only absolutely inspiring & beautiful, she was my stylist on the Annie Leibovitz photoshoot I did with Stesphotos (very multi talented). She is extremely lovely, she helped me with my hair & makeup as well as outfits. She directed me so well I’ve even gained a lot more confidence when we finished the shoot. She spoke to me with all the respect she could give, she offered me food & drinks in between takes & she really taught me some new amazing poses as well as helping with styling. Judging by her work, she is extremely amazing at what she does & would be an absolute inspiration to those who want a long term career in modelling.🤗❤️

My first time shooting with Marie today, always a bit nervous with a model new to you. I shouldn't of worried - she is an extremely professional model with a sense of humour who gives of her best in what she does. VERY good comms beforehand and we met up near the studio with her travelling by train from Leeds. We were concerned about delays in the potentially adverse weather conditions but she kept me informed of what trains she was on and whether it was on time (it was!). It all went to plan!!

She brought some fabulous designer dresses that had been loaned to her by the designer. :-) She was excellent to work with, changing pose automatically after each shot. She took suggestions well, and just worked extremely hard to keep up the shoot rate and was good to bounce ideas off. I can thoroughly recommend her and she should be on everybodies 'Want To Work With' list but I should warn you that she loves Jaffa Cakes!! ;-)

I have worked with Marie many times over the years and I really think she has helped me grow as a photographer. Marie is always very motivated and inspirational in planning our shoots. Her appearance is always meticulous and her range of outfits she brings along to her shoots is always themed to the shoot and of outstanding in quality.
