I Had a lovely day poseing on tutorial with Martin and Tim.

Martin is a very nice person . He kindly picked me up from train stadion and we drove to his amazing house-studio.

Martin is very proffesional , he knows everything about lightings and poses. He is also very easy going , he made me feel very comfortable and made me lunch! 😁

I Really like the pictures and I cant wait to see more.

I spent a few hours with Martin (and Lou) today at his studio, learning different lighting techniques and shooting setups. His way of teaching is both fun and informative; just what I was looking for. I came away from the session feeling inspired and felt that I'd learnt a lot in just a few hours. All I need now is to put it into practice! If you're a photographer looking to further your skills both in-camera and during post-processing, I'd highly recommend spending some time with Martin. All in all, a great day.

Second shoot with Znapps today. At first we completed some tutorial work with 3dScans using natural lighting and moving onto some studio work which was fun, informative and creative. Martin never fails to disappoint with he's astounding charisma, knowledge and understanding of photography. He is a perfectionist and I love that. I love shooting with him and hope to do many more shoots not leaving it so long next time.

After the tutorial, me and Martin did a few sets. I just find him so very interesting and he is so easy to get along with. Martin showed me he images in camera as we went along and I was extremely impressed with the results before any editing ! Martin really is inspirational and in my eyes is the best at what he does.

Just WOW!!!!

Had my first shoot with Martin few weeks ago.

Martin is one of the most amazing photographers and a person I have ever meet! He was an absolute pleasure to work with, very funny and creative as well. He was really open to suggestions and ideas. The results look AWESOME as well :) we exclusively used natural light, it was interesting to see the different ways we could do it creatively.

Overall highly recommended by me and can't wait to shoot again!

I have long been following Znapps port and images and finally plucked up the courage to contact him for post processing training. Pre comms were excellent and felt reassured that I had made the right choice for training. I turned up to a very warm welcome and felt very settled immediately, I was taken to Znapps office and he had prepared a perfect plan from my description of what I wanted in the pre comms. We spent three hours working through photoshop and his teaching is very precise and clear and was very repeatable when he ask me to carry out some of the tasks. I am so happy with meeting Znapps and working through what I have learnt.

A huge thanks to Znapps and I have already booked to work again. If you need help with Photoshop do not hesitate to ask Znapps , highly recommended

Quiet Envy

Had a brilliant shoot with Martin at his home a a few days ago.

We had planned to shoot above his usual levels to try and help him out of his comfort zone. I think we managed to get a lot more images than either of us expected from what meant to be a learning experience.

Not only is he a great photographer, he was absolutely lovely too, very talkative and offered me plenty of tea :)

I hope we'll be working together again in the future, I can't recommend him enough.

I was struggling with natural light work and decided to have a session with Martin to help me out, and what a good decision it turned out to be.

Martin took me through the issues useing natural light explaining and demonstrating how to over come them in an easy to understand way. I feel that at the end of it all I have enough confidence to enable me to start shooting this type of work.

At the end of the session Martin ran through some of his amazing Photoshop skills with a couple of images taken which was really informative.

This man is amazing!!

He knows what he's talking about and he's a true professional!! He has a fabulous eye and captures exactly what he wants.

Completely effortless... the images are perfection!

Not only is he a fabulous photographer but also a lovely man with wise words.

He cooked me a yummy stir fry for lunch and even went to Waitrose and bought me all my vegan goodies. Talk about service!!

We had such fun together. It was an honour! And I would LOVE to shoot with him again and again and again!!

Applied to martin's casting last minute this morning and I'm so glad I did! :)

I was treated with such respect making sure I was comfortable and we discussed styles of shoots at ease over a coffee :)

Martin kindly taught me things that have given me more knowledge and confidence in my ability as a model as he directed me constructively throughout the shoot which I can work on for further shoots :)

I'm looking forward to the images and working with Martin again!

I recommend him to any model he's a genuinely lovely creative :)

Well what can I say......I have been admiring Martins work for some time and knew I wanted to shoot with him from the very first time I laid my eyes on his vary impressive work.

Myself & Martin have been messaging and getting to know each other and I felt like I had known him a lot longer. I was extremely excited about our shoot.

When I arrived, Martin was an absolute gentlemen and I was made to feel at home straight away. We discussed what we wanted to achieve and got straight to it, completing some natural and studio shots. I was extremely impressed and fascinated by Martins perfectionism, knowledge and experience with photography! He is a true professional, so friendly and very informative and I found him fascinating to work with.

I feel totally honoured to have worked with him today and I know for sure that I will be far from disappointed with the images. He is by far my favourite photographer I have worked with so far!

I can only say that I am already hoping to shoot in the very near future and that Martin is certainly someone I am proud to say I have met and I intend on staying in contact with.

Thank you again for all your time and patience today Martin! You are amazing !!!!

Honoured to go along to Martins first group workshop tutorial. Only met him once before and got in contact immediately when I saw he was setting up a workshop with both a male and female model! Very friendly, professional and open to share everything he knows about photography, it was like he had been doing workshops for years!

His work is incredible and he tells everything in simple terms, something you need in such a vast challenging industry!! Very pleased with the photos from the day and look forward to working with him sometime in the near future!

I attended my first ever model and lighting workshop today with Martin from Znapps Photography , martin is extreamely warm and welcoming , is very patient and knowledgeable and tells it in layman's terms , i came away from martins with some cracking images and knowing a lot more about lighting than i went with , i have no hesitation in recommending Znapps Photography 100% as a photographer and a tutor , i will definatly be attending more of his workshops in the future , thankyou so much martin for today it has been a real pleasure meeting you

Today I attended a lighting and photoshop tutorial organised and taught by Martin (Znapps). I had an absolutely fantastic day. Martin is so very well organized, friendly, honest and genuine. All the course was documented and set out in front of us on arrival. The atmosphere was very relaxed but focused on each aspect as we moved from natural light through to studio light. It seemed that we covered quite a lot of material but it was thorough and not rushed. Each participant got adequate time to practice the techniques at each stage of the tutorial. Martin worked hard behind the scenes to ensure that everybody was picking up the tuition. He certainly is very experienced, willing to share that and brings clarity in his tuition for the learner. I certainly will want to attend more of Martin's tutorial days as I think they are worth every penny. Many thanks to you Znapps.

Last Saturday, I attended Znapps' 4 hour light tutorial workshop along with 4 other photographers. Znapps was very professional, very organised and very relaxed. He has tremendous amount of knowledge, which he is happy to share with great simplicity and is a wonderful natural teacher, who found no problem teaching people he had not met before and who had various levels of photography. Znapps gave us all the necessary information prior the workshop, with the guidelines of what we would be covering. We started with natural light and then moved on to his well equipped studio. Plenty of time was given so nobody felt under pressure, and it was easy to ask any question at any time. Znapps had booked 2 lovely models and the workshop went very smoothly. It was a great success, and a great inspiration, moving us all forward in our photography learning journey. I felt very comfortable with everyone and had a wonderful time. Many thanks, Znapps. Looking forward to your next workshop. Highly recommend to all photographers.

It is always a pleasure to work with my good friend Martin. He is such a kind and friendly person and has a talent and passion for photography which is evident from his work. I modelled for his first natural light and studio tutorial yesterday and he was a absolute natural! His knowledge of photography is amazing and as a model I was fascinated by everything he had to say - I have no doubt that the photographers who attended left with some very valuable new skills. I had my first shoot with Martin today, and what can I say? Very professional, friendly and I felt at ease straight away.

Martin is very good with direction, and worked hard to get the best out of me. The shots we took I am very happy with, and I'm pleased that I got something different for my port.

I met up with Znapps today for a tutorial session. It's not the first time we've worked together but it is the first time for a tutorial, and he is fantastic. He really knows what he's talking about and he's very patient. Hopefully i'll get another session in with him soon, and maybe bring a model, as Susan was waaay too tall! Thanks again Znapps :D

Yeyyyy ..... After chatting in the past about one day arranging a shoot i finally had the chance to work with this legend. I had been wanting to work with Znapps for a long while so when he got in touch to say that he had booked a place on a workshop i was hosting along with Chris Conway i was made up. I dont need to explain his photography as its port speaks for itself.....stunning but what his port doesnt show you is just how fantastically lovely he is. One of the good guys! He was a dream to model for, 100% respectful and full of fun, what more can you ask for huh? needless to say i would recommend him 100% and would happily work with him again at any point in the future (and hope to do so)

Martin was one of the photographers that attended a location lighting workshop that I hosted at Woodbridge Studios with model Amie Boulton last Sunday, and it was an absolute pleasure to have him there.

Although we didn't have a huge amount of time to get to know each other, I'd have no hesitation in recommending him as a photographer to anyone looking to work with him, either on a group event like this or on a 1-to-1 basis.

We're already seeing some great images from Martin, and look forward to seeing more!
