Great shoot with Nik the other day, he knew what he wanted and how to get the right shots (as proven by the quality of the ones I've seen so far!). Made time for a cup of tea halfway through the shoot and showed me some photos on the back of the camera which was lovely :)

I had my second shoot with Nik just over a week ago and it was a great shoot. Nik was very understanding when I had to abruptly move our original shooting date which was very much appreciated! We'd discussed ideas beforehand so I knew what to bring along and Nik had clear ideas of what he wanted to achieve. The shoot went really well and was very relaxed and I'm so pleased with how the images have turned out! It would be great to work with Nik again in the future

It's my 5th shoot with Nik and I'm looking forward to the next one already!

As always, Nik comes well prepared (practically: e.g. Having a cushion handy to sit on the grass so you don't get your dress dirty as well as creatively; suggesting poses and angles). Nik always sends the images promptly and edits a lot of photos very quickly, guaranteeing post-shoot satisfaction! I could not recommend him enough!

On Wednesday 10th May I had my third shooting with Nik and the pictures that came out are wonderful as always. He always accept and appreciate my clothing choices and is really patient when shooting. He has a lot of ideas and suggestions in terms of poses and he always brings with him the printed Pinterest board for the shooting.

I would definitely recommend him and can't wait for our next shooting!

Fifth shoot with Nik today! Nik came laden down with various accessories to turn my conservatory into a little studio for the day. Great ideas that we'd chatted through beforehand, lots of fun, relaxed company & Nik's already sent me an image that looks great - all the ingredients for a super shoot & lots more plans for future ones. Can't wait, just love working with Nik - thank you! x

Had another amazing shoot with Nik, he always proposes me wonderful locations and ideas!

We shoot a gothic there in some ruins and had great fun! The weather was a bit cold but we both did our best and warmed us up with a coffee after a shooting.

Already planning our next shoot, look forward to work together again! :)

Had my first shoot with Nik today at Pittville Park & Pump Room!! We had discussed ideas beforehand and also looked on Pinterest for inspiration. Communication and organisation was great and he is a lovely guy!

Nik made me feel very comfortable as this was my first ever modelling shoot, he gave me direction and the shoot flowed with ease. We shot a variety of different styles and poses! :)

Nik bought me a cup of tea as it was rather chilly. Really looking forward to seeing the images and have already received one which I love.

I hope to work with him again in the future and I would recommend him to any model :)

Well, fourth shoot with Nik, which says it all really! I would just reiterate all I've said earlier, great company, excellent communication before, during & after the shoot. I love that he keeps in contact whilst he's editing, sending samples so I can see how it's all going. I received an image the evening after the shoot & I'm very pleased!

Hopefully we can dream up lots more ideas so that we can continue to shoot together many more times. Or at least until he has had enough of me! I just ADORE working with Nik, seriously if he approaches you for a shoot, take him up on it, can't recommend him highly enough. Let's do it again soon Nik!! Thank you so much :-) x

My third shoot with Nik & this time it was a beach adventure! Nik very kindly picked me up & whisked me off to the beach complete with black cloak, staff & lantern! We'd chatted beforehand about the ideas we had for the shoot so both knew what we were hoping to achieve.

The weather was perfect giving a lovely dark, moody atmospheric feel to the shoot, whilst not being too cold. Shooting involved lots of hand signals as I couldn't hear Nik above the sound of the sea but he was endlessly patient with me!

Again great pre-shoot comms, really lovely company, lots of fun - although I think you should do the skipping next time Nik! And I'm really pleased with the images. Looking forward to the next one!! Highly recommended of course, thank you Nik! :-) x

Just had my second shoot with Nik at my home. Prior to the shoot we'd chatted about the images we were hoping to capture & Nik sent me a Pinterest link so that I knew exactly what we were looking to achieve & I could gather my props!

Nik easily adapted to the slightly cramped conditions in my home (it's a small cottage!) & again the time just flew by & the day was nearly gone before we knew it. Again Nik was totally professional, friendly & relaxed & gave great direction so that we could achieve the style we were aiming for. The images look great on the back of the camera & I can't wait to see them. We've already had a discussion about a third shoot & I can't wait. No hesitation in recommending Nik at all, you'll have fun & get some great images. Thank you Nik :-) x

Working with Nik was a pleasure despite the weather, we planned the shooting here on PurplePort and everything worked really well.

He was really organised and took with him all the pictures that we saw on Pinterest, he was also really kind picking me up and bringing me back home, it was a lovely day, thank you Nik!

Hope to work with him again, I recommend him to every model!

I had a fabulous first shoot with Nik today! He contacted me after I'd 'loved' some of his images & suggested a shoot & I'm so glad I took him up on that offer! Pre-shoot comms were excellent, I knew exactly what I needed to bring on the day & where I needed to be. Nik had arrived ahead of time to check out the location.

This was a clothed shoot, so a little out of my comfort zone (!) but Nik soon put me at ease & gave great direction. He had plenty of ideas but was happy for me to chip in with suggestions. He knows exactly what he wants from a shot & really pays attention to detail which I feel is so important.

Nik was chatty & friendly with a great sense of humour & we got on really well straight away. The time just flew by - he's so enthusiastic & passionate about what he does. He is also totally professional & respectful & all in all an absolute delight to work with. The images looked great on the back of the camera & I've already received one as an example which I'm delighted with.

He also bought me a lovely lunch & a cuppa to warm up & we chatted & planned our next shoot.

So, I highly highly recommend Nik, great fun, a great photographer & you won't be disappointed. Can't wait for our next shoot! Thank you Nik :-) x

I had a shoot with Nik yesterday morning at Oldbury Court I really enjoyed working with him,

Hes very easy to get along with & very passionate when it comes to taking beautiful images he really nos what he's doing ,it was a really enjoyable shoot I'm new to modeling & he made me feel comfortable

we had a right laugh & he got me a hot choc to stay warm, the time pasted by very fast he's also keeping me updated with the editing process I'm very happy with how the shoot went I cant wait to see the photos. I would love to work with him again.

Nik responded to a casting call I put out and I'm so glad he did!

His communications before and after were second to none. I received emails everyday with the progress of editing and general conversation. We discussed various ideas and had to change locations a few times but this never phased him. Mood boards and print outs of them to the shoot were even brought along.

Nik as a photographer is highly professional and dedicated. He runs around from angle to angle to get the best shot he possibly can. He is great at giving direction and has a clear image in his head of what he wants. However, he has the ability to adapt to whatever moves I thrown at him on my "freestyle" including jumps and tree climbing! It was a joy watching his face light up when something worked wonders; a clear very strong passion. The pictures turned out absolutely amazing as well!

Nik as a person is very very friendly and immediately can put anyone at ease. He arrived before the scheduled time and was happy from start to finish: after 8 hours of shooting and trekking! He takes a genuine interest in the model and their background to try and use previous life experience into their modelling, for example my dancing.

I highly recommend Nik to everybody and I can't wait to shoot with him again in the future.

This was my 3rd shoot with Nik .. I asked him if he could shoot a funfair theme shoot that I did with my partner (who also saved the day to be a clown haha) and he happily agreed to do so.

I really enjoy my shoots with Nik he always has lots of ideas and really gets into the whole theme, which is great to see a photographer with a lots of passion.

I definitely recommend Nik to any model, amateur and professional to work with Nik as you won't be disappointed. Thank you Nik for a great day and I'm sure we will work together again soon. X

Well what can I say...what a lovely man...I recently had a shoot with Nik after having a very long break from modelling. Nik made me feel completely at ease and was full of great ideas for striking images.
