I shot with Paul for the first time today. Not only was it my first time shooting with Paul, but it was my first time shooting to the level of mild erotica.

I absolutely LOVED it! And will most definitely be shooting this level with Paul again.

Paul has good clear communication in messages and in person. On arrival of the shoot we sat down to talk about his background, his aims and goals of the shoot and emphasised that if I'm not wanting to do something, no means no!

Paul is a fun, professional individual who made me feel at complete ease. He gave good direction when needed and just blew me away with his creative mind and work. Incredible!

I highly recommend Paul, especially to those wanting to try new levels with a trustworthy professional.

Meeting Paul was like meeting someone you've known for years, he has this fab vibe and you can easily fall into conversation.

The shoot was laid back but we worked a variety of sets and through a range of ideas.

Paul is a great photographer and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I had the opportunity to work with Paul during a recent weekend at his studio in Gloucester. We threw around some ideas beforehand and I was delighted to find that he was keen to shoot some really expressive portraits with oily skin and messy make-up. He allowed me to flow pose through various expressions/movements and captured some utterly stunning, emotive images. Paul has a wonderful sense of humour, a relaxed approach and warm personality - add to this his lighting skills and creativity and magic is guaranteed! Highly recommended by me and I can't wait to work with him again in September.

What a fantastic shoot I had with Paul! He gave me free reign to improvise with the studio fabrics to create wacky and dynamic fashion nudes. I enjoy freestyling, and Paul gave great feedback so the shoot flowed from one idea to the next and the pictures are absolutely top notch. I'm so glad I had the chance to work with Paul. You should definitely do so if you get the chance!

Beast Awakens

Having visited the studio a few times, as driver and general bag-shifter to my partner, and been roped in as general studio lackey and body-part accessory on other shoots, Paul finally got me properly in front of the camera, as he booked me for his first ever Cosplay mega studio day!

The whole day was well organised, the photographers who came were enthused and excited, and Paul had some great ideas on set ups and lighting for the day, as well as some quick improvisations when we would come up with things to try on the fly!

We all worked really well together and the day absolutely flew by. We've already planned to do more shoots together and I can't wait! 😄

I had an amazing time on Wednesday doing a spotlight nude photography workshop- really hope we can do another one in future if he's not sick of me!

My second, amazing, shoot with Paul!

Ahhhh Paul is ace! We have such a similar mindset when shooting, weird and wonderful! We have sooo much fun while creating random images, it’s such a laugh!

Last time we shot we were looking through the Helmet Newton book and came across a lady wearing a horse saddle….. yep! You guessed it! I went off and found a saddle! Haha! It was so much fun using it. We have so many ideas with this! Watch this space!!

We worked through lots of different sets and I’m so pleased, yet again, with what we captured. His lighting skills are just 👌🏼

Paul is not only a fantastic photographer, but a great guy. In a short space of time we have got on so well.

It’s been a long time since Paul and I first made contact, but due to the circumstances in the world, it had prevented us from shooting up until now…… oh my was it worth the wait!!

I’ve had such an awesome day shooting with Paul at F/8 Studio. We decided to wing it today, having an idea of what to shoot but no clear plan; we clicked instantly and the whole shoot just flowed, and flowed, and it was absolutely awesome!!

We had mentioned weird and wonderful during pre comms so I packed my case with various random things, along with some ‘standard’ outfits and we just ran with it.

Paul is ace, his studio is full of awesome props, and together we had such a great shoot. Paul knows his space well and is fab with his lighting. He is a great photographer and gets the best angles; something I really do love.

We had such a great shoot that we’ve already got the next one booked in!!

I worked with Paul recently at his studio in Gloucester who has also arranged my studio day that day too!

What a great end to the day it was. We had lots of ideas and Paul especially is always thinking along the creative line and knows how to get those stand out images.

Paul is full of joy and his jokes and personality always get me through the day aswell as making everything fun. Paul always remains professional and respectful during the shoot and around others.

Really pleased with the images I’ve seen and look forward to working with Paul again!

I’ve worked both at Paul’s studio and with Paul loads of times now. I wouldn’t be able to guess how many but I’ve loved every time. We got the chance to shoot together this time during my trip down to Gloucester and it was so much fun. Paul had a few different ideas he really wanted to try. It was interesting for me to watch because I got to see how he was setting up the lights each time to get the different effects. Lots of fun as usual and I cant wait to be back in the studio. I had a full day at F/8 shooting creative awesomeness with Paul.

I felt an instant rapport with him, he has a wicked sense of humour, good tea making skills (always important), is completely respectful and he has an eye for an image -oh that he does!

We shot a variety of styles and I know we created image gold in a day that went far too fast because it was too much fun.

I can't wait to do it all again in the near future!

I met with Paul a few days ago and found him very helpful, patient and experienced together and with an abundance of resources all added together to make the photo shoot event in his studio an enjoyable and informative session. I also found the 3-hour shoot just about right. Paul set a fast pace but the results were worth it and it was a three hour period well spent. Thank you Paul.
