I had my first shoot at PGD yesterday as part of Maryna Sedin's studio day. Very impressed. It's a great space with plenty of scope for shooting. Garry was very friendly and helpful throughout, settling up the lighting - both picking up on what I was initially thinking but also suggesting ideas.

Given the weather, Maryna & I had agreed we'd shoot outside as well as in the studio. When I mentioned this, and that the plan was to head over to the neighbouring park I'd seen on the map, Garry happily started telling me about the best places to shoot around the area.

All in all, great experience. Recommended and I won't hesitate to go back.

I attended PGD studio for the first time yesterday to shoot at one of the pool themed group shoots with Nico Dee as the model. I was immediately impressed with the set-up and how the lighting had already been organised so that the was a seemless change from one set to another. Garry had the whole day completely organised so it ran smoothly thoughout.

The whole studio is very spacious with more than enough equipment and lighting sets for anyone. I already plan to make the trip back. Highly recommended, whether you're attending a group shoot or booking the stuio for yourself.

Had (yet) another great remote shoot at PGD Studio last week (I think this was number 11 this year), with Garry working his usual "1st Assistant" role. Multiple lighting setups, multiple set moves involving lots of furniture and moving of walls, all cheerfully done and with a surprisingly high level of energy throughout. w

Nice sets, great service, and an all-around good studio--and guy--to work with.

Well what can I say! PGD modelling and photography studios is really brilliant. I love all my images , they don’t need editing at all! Got some really good new updates stuff for my portfolio! Lovely photographer really got on well with him and I’ll be happy to do another shoot with him! I’m coming back soon for more shoots :) he picked me up from the train station and helped me with directions. I felt very at home and comfortable . Xx

Had another great remote shoot at PGD Modelling and Photography Studio recently, and Garry was his usual excellent "1st Assistant". We ran through a number of different setups, with lighting, background, and set changes, and he was on top of everything.

A great remote setup, great service, and an all-around good guy to work with.

I spent a superb afternoon at PGD studios shooting a series of water related impressive, imaginative sets created by Gary. Nico Dee posed in a shower set and then as a wood nymph in an indoor temporary pool with beautiful reflections and flowers

The event was well organised with excellent communications.

Gary is a master at lighting and he created a series of different impressive light set ups to provide different atmospheres within each set

I've attended many sessions with Gary in his very large and well equipped studios.

Gary is always very warm, friendly and welcoming and is always ready to provide expert help and advice. Hot drinks are always available

Don't hesitate to attend any of Gary's events or rent time in his studio

I modelled for a PGD evening group shoot for the first time recently, it was organised for a while and pre comms were great with Allen/Sheff who contacted me about it.

I was told exactly what to bring and I worked 1-1 with Allen beforehand, I was provided food between the shoot and the workshop and teas/coffees throughout.

4 set ups were used during shooting, working through nude, topless and art nude.

All togs got their own slots to shoot, so no hectic paparazzi shots. The evening was very productive and lots of fun.

I had a great time and I love the images I've seen so far, I hope to come back at some point soon!

Over the past year I have done 10 remote shoots with PGD Studios but in June I had my first opportunity to shoot there in person during a trip to the East Midlands. I found the studio to be extremely spacious with a great of spaces and backdrops to shoot against and and extremely well equipped, boasting a wide array of lighting and some very high tech setups offering a great range of flexibility and adaptability while shooting. Garry was on hand throughout my shoot to provide technical assistance and was excellent in doing so. I thoroughly enjoyed shooting here and was able to produce some fantastic images. I would definitely recommend working at PGD Studios if you get the opportunity.

I had such a fantastic shoot at PGD studio in Leicester yesterday,it went really great. The studio is one of the best I have ever been in, fully equipped and is very comfy to use and shoot at. It was really great to meet Garry, who was also involved with shooting process putting the best light settings for us and helping out with implementing the ideas we came up with. I spent really great time shooting at Garry’s studio and would be really happy to be back there soon

I was sooo lucky to shoot on PGD studio again! It was an amazing event, organized by Garry and Karen in a style of regency and 1920 s! Everything was perfect: organization, styling, light and techniques! Garry is sooo awesome and creative person! He has sooo much of amazing ideas, he can create completely different world and gave to photographers opportunity to shoot such an intresting themes! Precomunication and preparation was great! We was shooting with my partner for two days in his studio, so Garry gave us possibility to stay in his place for two nights. He made us so cozy room with so much of nice things in it and even TV!

All event was very easy and fun! We were so happy to work with so much of really great photographers! Garry and Karen made perfect atmosphere with music, decorations very intresting and unusual light settings. Also Garry has one of the best equipment for remotes shoots and the second day were really great, cause a lot of photographers who live far had possibility to make perfect shots! The time passed very fast and I really felt that have been in different epoch for this two days. Atmosphere was very friendly and i had really great time. Thank you so much for this amazing event and hope to work again soon!🥳🤗❤️

Applied for a last minute casting with PGA modelling studios and was lucky enough to be chosen for it.

Garry was quick with his response and very informative with what was needed from me on the shoot.

When I arrived Garry was really welcoming and friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. He was great at directing me and letting me know what poses he wanted with each set.

The studio is very well equipped with lots of different props which I enjoyed shooting with.

Had a really fun shoot! Would definitely recommend.

Had another great remote session at PGD a couple of days ago.

Lots of on-the-fly set building, wall moving, light tweaking, etc by Garry, all done with his usual skill and cheer.

The remote setup is the best I've worked with. I've already scheduled a few more sessions in the next month or so--highly recommended!

I had the privilege to work in the PGD studio and meet Garry during the dance event/workshop tha t was run by Erica (Ballerina Erica Mulkern).

I had superb time there and the studio is very nice and well equiped for a lot of diffrent styles of photos.

100% recomended studio !!

Today I worked with PGD Modelling and Photography Studios for the first time.

Garry was both an excellent host but supplied brilliant technical and lighting support to the model day.

This man knows his craft and helps you deliver quality images by setting up the environment you need.

The studio is well laid out, with high calibre equipment to support you, but the biggest benefit is having a highly sociable and capable technical support.

I am sure that if you offer a concept to Garry he will help you deliver it to your expectations.

The studio is located in an area where possibilities exist to shoot outside, and is both easily accessible with excellent parking.

The studio has a wide range of shoots scheduled and runs a social side as well

So if you want a one stop location to create images give it a go.

Very Highly Recommended.

My first shoot at PGD. It was a dance group shoot with Erica Mulkern. Garry was helpfulness personified;sorting lighting, giving guidance and, above all, providing regular cups of tea. A great experience.

I hosted my own studio days at PGD and I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Garry. He was not only a lighting and tech wizard, but he was even a plumber, tea maker, hooverer (is that a word?) and just all round amazing person to work with. Nothing was too much hassle and as always it is a pleasure to work with him and at his amazing studios. I have nothing but positive things to say about Garry and PGD, if you aren't booking the studio for hire or looking at the events offered you are completely missing out! :)

Visited studio for dance duo shoot with Erica & Jarrod. First visit to the studio and Garry was a friendly, fun and professional host for the event. Just a shame not closer to home but I will definitely be keeping an eye out for what future events are on there to visit again

It was a pleasure to work once again at PGD Photography Studios, this time at Erica Mulkern's dance photography workshop. As always Garry was a welcoming host and helped create a great atmosphere throughout the photoshoot. His lighting setups are second to none and I always come away from PGD Studios with new lighting ideas and inspirations. The studio itself is a lovely working environment, and the size of the space means that there's plenty of room to work in even when there are several photographers in attendance. It's a great studio and one that I always look forward to shooting at. I recommend it highly.

This was my first time at the PGD studios for a duo dance shoot organised by Erica Mulkern and with a male dancer called Jarrod. Garry from the studio was the perfect host with refreshments available throughout the shoot.  Gary was in control of the lighting for each of the sets but allowed individual photographers to apply fine adjustments to the lighting according to their needs.  Help was on hand for those who had less experience in studio lighting.  The event was superbly coordinated between the studio and Erica which led to the smooth running of the shoot.  I thoroughly enjoyed the shoot I would recommend most highly the studio to any photographer or model.  Although, for me, it was a long journey to get to the studio, I would certainly do the journey again and look forward to future shoots at PGD.
