Bobbi Castle

First ever shoot with Ian and what a fab shoot that it was! I knew we would get along because we both love vintage and pin up images, which was the theme for this shoot. I came to his home studio, its a great space. Small but could easily fit me and im 5ft 11. To be honest the time just flew by for me. We where shooting on the hottest day ever recorded …. EVER. Ian was so nice and making sure I was drinking and having 5 min breaks regularly to I wasn't to hot or bothered. He had a collection of beautiful vintage outfits with matching accessories and a few props too. We where also reviewing the images to see what we had and I loved them. The ones he has already uploaded are so lovely. I would recommend him for sure and hope to work with him again sometime in the future.

Photopat recently attended one of my themed group shoots at Synergy photographic studio.

He's a total gentleman and a great part of the group. Communication is always fab during and before the shoot as well.

I had the pleasure of meeting and having my first shoot with Ian recently - he booked me for a few hours of vintage-themed fashion/lifestyle work at his home studio. What can I say - it was ridiculously fun! Ian wins ten points for not just being considerate and respectful, but also having an extensive wardrobe and props for shooting with! True dedication to the vintage 50s/60s style he was intrested in, and just a lovely, kind soul - absolutely recommended and I only hope our paths cross again soon.

Had a very enjoyable shoot with Ian this afternoon at his home studio. We had good communication before the event. He was very welcoming and hospitable. I had taken some outfits but he also had a lovely selection to chose from. Lots of period appropriate props too. Hope to shoot with Ian again in the future. I would definitely recommend a shoot with him.

My first shoot after a long break and it couldn't have been any better! I had a fantastic time working with Ian. He was very welcoming and friendly, making me feel comfortable from the beginning. He provided all the beautiful outfits and lots of props, and I was lucky enough to have one of his gorgeous cats with me in some pics. I definitely recommend a shoot with Ian.

I had a lovely first shoot with Ian at his home setup in Livingstone.

He had such a variety of outfits to fit a 1950s pin up theme aswell as 1920s style cocktail dresses which were a delight to choose from!

There were a few issues with lighting but there don't seem to be many shoots where the lights just play ball the entire time!

Ian was kind enough to pick me up from the train station and drop me back off again - even though he was within a five minute walk of it - he was a gentleman and made sure I didn't struggle with my big suitcase.

I would highly reccommend Ian for his professionalism yet laid back approach. I was provided plenty coffee and he also has two beautiful cats that I nearly packed in my suitcase to take home with me being a massive cat lady! Haha.

The two hours we had together flew by and I thoroughly enjoyed getting to choose outfits for the shoot too.

I had a lovely shoot with Ian today!

His pre-comms were excellent (I love a good moodboard!) and the shoot was lovely and chilled, with plenty of break for coffee and cat petting. I had a lot of fun trying out a style I rarely ever shoot and enjoyed getting in touch with my more demure debutante side. I felt very safe and comfortable and had a really nice time. Would very happily work with again. :)

Another fantastic shoot with Ian yesterday

I cannot recommend him enough picked me up from the train station (in his car) as it was pissing it down ! (Even thou it’s a 5 minute walk to his house !) got tea and biscuits when I arrived !

Ian also has an amazing collection of clothes to suite his style ! That work on most body types !

Ian always makes the shoots fun and even had photo references for what he was looking to shoot !

After the shoot Ian walked me to the train station and even thou my train was delayed by 35/40 minutes he waited with me to make sure I got on the train safe !!

Weather your an old or new model I highly recommend getting in contact and having a shoot with Ian!!

Been a pleasure and cannotwait for next time :) winter xx

Ian (photopat1) and I had our first shoot the other day, it was an outdoor shoot with a vaguely Halloween theme - I was wearing my Red Riding Hood costume.

Ian was very diligent and arrived early to have a look around as he didn't know the location I had chosen, it was great to be able to arrive and have a photographer ready with some ideas of their own. He was very easy to work with and didn't mind my spontaneous ideas.

It's only been a few days but I've already been getting photos back which is excellent ^_^ they're looking good so far.

All in all I'd be happy to work with Ian again and would recommend him to other models.
