We did a cat themed shoot and the images turned out great. It’s always a lovely day shooting with Carl , I really can’t recommend him enough. Talented photographer who is super passionate and such a lovely person too. I look forward to more shoots together and if you haven’t worked with him yet it’s a must

I had a great shoot with Carl at York Photo Studio on Saturday. I was booked last minute to attend following another model's cancellation and it was a great days shoot.

Carl was polite and friendly from the outset, contacting me before the shoot to plan some outfits he'd spotted in my portfolio and on the day we worked through a number of different looks and styles. The two hour session flew by and I would be more than happy to recommend Carl to others and work with him again. :)

This was my first time ever work with Carl who attended a studio day held at York Studio.

I absolutely loved every second of our time working together, our creative minds aligned perfectly with our 3 hours flying by with flowing conversions and lots of laughs throughout. He even managed to capture my goofy laugh old camera which is a rarity!

Looking forward to a good natter and create session again soon :)

I had another wonderful shoot with Carl at York Photo Studio and hopefully we can work together again! :)

Carl as before, was such a pleasure to work with!! And what's even more important - he smells SOOOO good!! It's not that I was smelling him throughout the shoot haha! But his cologne was so beautiful that I promised myself to get it as some point and smell as good as Carl.

Besides his lovely smell, Carl as always, was so fabulous to work with! He was so kind, polite, friendly and with such a positive outlook on life which made me feel even more positive and enthusiastic.

We did a couple of different sets and outfit changes and of course, silly, crazy faces as Carl seemed to love them the most - thank you for letting me be silly :)).

Thank you for an amazing shoot Carl and I'm looking forward to working with you again one day! :)

Had a really lovely second shoot today with Carl. Carl is always great to work with,his enthusiasm and wonderful feedback throughout the shoot really help to make it enjoyable. Carl takes an interest in what the models prefers to shoot and wear and allows them to have creative input which is fantastic,it helps to get shots that everyone involved is excited about! Carl is very organised and has great communications before the shoot starts too. I could not recommend Carl enough and I look forward to shooting with him again!

I shot with Carl today at York Photo Studio. Great pre shoot communication. We shot an All Red theme, he's full of amazing ideas and has a very good eye for detail and styling. We had such a fantastic time working together the time flew by. Carl has a good sense of humour and was very kind, he picked me up and dropped me off at the train station. I hope to work with Carl again on future projects, so we can create more beautiful art!

Shot for the first time with Carl yesterday at York studio,I was very excited for the shoot as I’d heard great things about Carl and seen his lovely work! Carl had great communications beforehand and was very enthusiastic,throughout the shoot he was very friendly and chat which made the shoot go by really well,we got some fantastic shots which I’ve seen a few of already! It was so lovely to re-connect with Carl today for a shoot, several years after we first met on a group shoot.

Carl is honestly one of the nicest photographers I’ve ever had the pleasure to know. He is laid back, chatty and full of creative ideas. Carl really knows how to build rapport with a model to capture something unique and different.

The whole shoot totally flew by and I don’t think I stopped laughing (or dancing) for more than a few minutes. I’ve already seen some amazing shots and can’t wait to work with Carl again soon x

Carl booked me for an extra hour at the end of my studio day at York Photo Studio. I was very pleased to finally meet and work with Carl, he was very welcoming, professional, and down to Earth. We only had an hour but we still got a decent variety from fashion to art nude. I was very tired but Carl was really chatty which gave me a boost! Really enjoyed the little time we had to shoot, but I’m sure next time we will have longer.

Highly recommend!
