I've shot with this wonderful model twice at the club nights at Pathways now, both time she came with an amazing assortment of clothing to choose from and a limitless amount of creative poses and energy. Couple that with how friendly and welcoming Rahel is and the evenings flew by.

I recommend her to everyone and look forward to working with her again in the future on some more ideas.

This was my third shoot with Rahel and we did a whole afternoon and early evening shoot at a studio and numerous outdoor locations. We created some amazing images and the time just flew by... again! We have already booked more shoots for later this month and into August! Rahel is an amazing model and great company too during a shoot. Highly recommended indeed!

Booked a few weeks ahead with good comms to discuss shoot content.

With a full day at my studio we covered a number of genres agreed and despite having a bit of a cold Rahel worked extremely hard with every set, providing plenty of her own invaluable input.

Rahel is clearly an experienced model with a great work ethic, just so eager to ensure great images are captured with every shot!

Rahel poses very well with the only direction from ideas I wanted to try, which Rahel took well and often made even better!

Rahel is a dream to work with, with an obvious passion for modelling and desire to be at her best for every image.

I strongly recommend Rahel to photographers and other models, and I have already began discussions for a second shoot on location.

I had another wonderful shoot with Rahel today, a follow up on our previous Vampite themed one.

This time we had a demon theme in mind and she turned up with make up and prosthetic plans in place and ready to set up.

As before, she is not afraid of long walks in the woods over difficult terrain, does not get bothered by locals staring at her as she walks to the location in full make up with purple wig and horns and is wonderful at taking direction and also improvising her own poses to suit if not given any direction.

Definitely a recommended model for anyone.

2nd Curtain Photography

2nd shoot Today with Rahel & it just gets better. Rahel was on time for me to meet her at the station.

We went straight to the studio & discussed my usual crazy themes for the day and as ever Rahel was up for the tasks & always puts 100% effort into the shoot, to ensure we nail the shots.

Had a super time spending the day shooting with Rahel. We did a jack in the Box & a zombie theme as well as many others including getting a little wet & messy :) Rahels outfits along with her & makeup skills looks awesome.

Truely had a great time & can't wait to get started on my next crazy ideas :)

What can I say about Rahel? See is an amazing model who has an extensive acting background so she only needs little direction and she can nail what you're after first time, every time. We shot on location in icy waters and, even though she was recovering from a cold, she was more than willing to jump in for the shot. A fantastic model, who is friendly, eager to go the extra mile and, just simply, one of the best I've worked with. Highly recommended and I would work again with her in a heartbeat.

Having avoided shooting with Rahel for so long, I was making up for lost time. This was our second shoot within a month.

But that's the thing about Rahel. She's infectious. In this instance, that was pretty much the case. Having done a shoot a few days previously in our miserable summer, in the great outdoors, she'd come down with a cold.

"I never cancel" she boasted. Well, I've only engaged her twice. On both occasions, she turned up in less than optimum condition, and proceeded to outdo many healthy models. If she'd gotten worse to the point where she'd expired, I can imagine the undertaker dropping her off at our pre-arranged meeting point. And her still delivering a super performance.

Having started work on a project of mutual interest, she wanted to see the props in the flesh (so to speak), and since the weather was better than the first time we met, I thought we'd use the garden, but put up a white background. This worked fine, but the background first of all detached itself from its roll, and then proceeded to blow over at every opportunity.

No Diva this girl. Despite being right at the edge of the lawn, with weeds, thistles and nettles immediately beyond, the barefoot Rahel waded in to help firstly tape up the offending vinyl back to its roll, and then put the whole assembly upright again. Finally, we managed to weight the whole thing down with a number of loose bricks lying around.

The theme du jour was using a pack of holi powders which I'd bought more than a year ago, but couldn't find either a model or a studio that was happy to be indelibly stained.

Rahel thought it was great fun :)

Probably, we weren't using enough powder, or it was just too windy, but one way or another, I wasn't getting the coloured "flour shoot" look. So we kept trying. And trying. If I had a limitless supply of powder, we'd probably have still been going at midnight. She really, really wants you to get the shot. Her indignities count for naught as far as she's concerned.

Trying to kill two birds with one stone, (this was a BIG mistake!) I asked her if she fancied being hosed down. I could clean up the backdrop, and have her in a gentle drizzle. (The hose did have a wonderful spray feature). "Of course", she replies. Well, I did say this girl's up for anything decent. This too didn't come out the way I'd hoped, and just for good measure, made cleaning up the backdrop an hour long task. so there's room for another go there as well.

Overall, not the most productive of shoots. But we did get some fun images which we both really liked.

I really can't recommend Rahel highly enough. She's enthusiastic and fun to be with. And as you can see from her portfolio, she's easy on the eye as well.

If you're thinking about using Rahel for any sort of project within her limits, stop thinking and start doing. Actions do speak louder than words.

If this is her energy level with a heavy cold, I'm not sure I can keep up with her when well. But I'll give it a go. And so should you.

Hopefully the British summer will let us shoot outside soon.

But Rahel can always give me superlative results wherever I shoot her.

My second shoot with Rahel was last weekend. I contacted her with a specific concept in mind and she launched into the shoot with huge enthusiasm for the project. We worked together for 4 hours starting with some natural light portraiture, then moving on to work on the "flower girl" series. Over a couple of hours the images evolved and developed and Rahel had the patience of a saint!. She is a first class creative model whether she is shooting portrait, lifestyle or art nude. She has a huge variety of poses and is very easy to work with. We shot some great images. Would definitely recommend. Hopefully shoot again soon! Thanks Rahel.

So today after a few false starts I finally got to shoot Rahel, and all I can say is FANTASTIC !!! It was well worth the wait. Rahel is an extremely freindly and talented model who works amazingly without direction and worked hard to produce some brilliant images, the 2 hrs we had booked together flew by. Rahel had been on my radar almost from the first day I joined PurplePort.

Her exotic looks set her apart, for sure she produced good pictures. It was her notes that put me off using her. Anything thematic, a story. I didn't have one, so kept putting off using her, even though I'd contacted her a couple of times.

She always replied politely....

Then comes a notice that she's planning on quitting PurplePort. Aaargghhh.

By now, I'm gaining a little more confidence, and have a project that I'd like to realise. She was the only person I considered, but I didn't want to just jot it all down in an email. I wanted to meet her and discuss it.

Simplest way is to engage her. So I suggested a home shoot in my dining room, and then we could discuss my project.

The project is a different story, but her enthusiasm was genuine. An artist in her own right, she was making suggestions as fast as I could come up with problems.

As to the shoot at home. The spacial restrictions made it very difficult to do her justice. I'm posting what I can, and I like it enough to post it. She's a remarkable model, with a unique look. As exhausted as she was from returning from a trip abroad, none of that showed through. Her enthusiasm buoyed up by my favourite vitamins of caffeine and nicotine showed no sign of diminishing from start to finish.

Use 'em or lose 'em.

In this case, that's true. It'll be a loss when she quits PurplePort, so take the opportunity to shoot her while you can.

Second time of working with Rahel and I think we had a superb session, breaking new ground and completing a really successful shoot. Her professionalism is outstanding, she is always thinking & always creative adding to the scope of the work. Pre-shoot comms were excellent. She is an excellent life model and comes alive in front of the camera.

If you don`t book her before she retires you will regret it. Five stars from me. Already thinking about where I can fit her in again before she quits. Thanks Rahel :)

I had my first shoot with this natural beauty today. What an absolute pleasure it was working with her as well. She poses with ease and fluidity - She knew exactly what I was looking for before I even said it. She is polite and friendly and has a calming nature which just made the whole shoot flow. Rahel is so great to work with that we had our 6th video and stills shoot on Sunday just gone.

I had come up with a storyline for a new video project that she absolutely loved and was very keen to play the main character.

There wasn't a strict script to work with, just the detailed story. But she learnt it all and made it her own .... using her fabulous skills of improvising and paraphrasing to give believable life to the character. Her fantastic acting talent was evident throughout the whole shoot. By the end of the day, we had the whole story 'in the can'.

Had my second shoot with Rahel and had a ball. Cannot say how much of a pleasure it is to work with Rahel. She was well prepared with makeup for our themed shoot of Senora Muerta. Very little direction was needed. Cannot recommend her highly enough. Looking forward to another shoot before you retire

Had my third studio shoot with Rahel today. Showed up bubbly and ready for the off. It was a creative shoot for a client. Lots of differing lighting sets were needed and Rahel was very patient and attentive while sets were changed. We easily produced the required images and more.
