I am a Torquay based studio and location photographer, however I’m not limited to any one location. I can shoot in the studio at home or anywhere on location. I am qualified in photography and design and am a member of the Association of Photographers (AOP). Experienced in shooting in all formats film and digital. The studio is equipped with strobe and tungsten lighting. More being added all the time. Our film cameras include 35mm, medium format and large format so we can really get creative. I like to get the shot in camera as much as I can with very little post production. My pet hate is sitting in front of a monitor, prefer to have camera in hand and not a mouse, but a little tweak here and there is the same as dodging and burning when printing by hand.

I am always looking for like minded professional creatives to collaborate on work. Whether it is designers, models, make up artists, art directors, stylists to further each ones creative field. For me it is adding new work, new concepts and ideas and not being frightened of trying something different. My approach to work is methodical and clinical and wanting the highest standard I can achieve. I am at best my own worst critic and will dismiss work if it is not of a publishable Standard.

Photography is my hobby and work and nothing makes me happier than having lights, camera in hand and model in front (don’t tell the wife)! I always strive to be better than my last shoot.
