Apple hails from Philippines and lives in Hong Kong.
The location is at Kwun Tong Promenade in Kowloon, Hong Kong. The promenade lights up after dark with different colours and puffs out smoke, making it a popular place for models and photographers.
For model photography I am used to using a studio or at least shooting in the daytime. Doing night portraits with this lovely lady turned out to be a big challenge for me! I had trouble focusing and getting the right amount of light from my flash, then using an ISO level I'm not used to I had a lot of failiures!
But some of my pictures did turn out ok, albeit after some photoshop! This is one of my favourites.
