John is one of the nicest people that I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

I thoroughly enjoyed our shoot from start to finish. I was anxious about the location we were using, my hotel room was rather small but, it did have great natural light - John was able to adapt and use the room to its full potential. He came up with ideas which suited the space and I believe that he has walked away with great pictures.

He is great company on a shoot, he is full of anecdotes and always has something interesting to say. I do hope that John continues to do portraiture so that I do get to work with him again at some point.

I would most highly recommend him without any reservations.

Shot with John again today! We went to the location around Reeth, where we shot a series of portraits and fashion shots. Having seen one of the photos from today already, I can certainly confirm I have not only enjoyed the process (yet again) but also love the image John has uploaded.

Thank you again, cannot wait to shoot again in the future, I will keep you updated on when I am around the next time!

I thoroughly enjoyed my shoot today with John. My first shoot down in Yorkshire and it was really brilliant. I would 100% recommend working with John! Such a lovely, kind and genuine gentleman and I feel we got on extremely well (maybe something to do with us both being scottish - lol, what are the chances...) I was able to get a sneak peak at some of the images on the back of Johns camera and I can truly say that I am very excited to see the outcome of today!

What a talented artist and what a lovely person! If you get the opportunity to work with John, take it! I am so glad that I did!

Worked with John yesterday and really enjoyed my day, to say the least! His pre-communications were great, he has arrived on time and was continuously making sure I am comfortable throughout the working process.

I also believe we have achieved some fantastic images despite having to adjust to the constant change of sunlight.

We have also arranged to work a few times again before I return to Oxford, and I honestly cannot wait to see what we can achieve!

Would certainly recommend John to models of all experience.

We had a little walk around urban shoot in Leeds which was a lovely catch up and many great images were created during too! I worked with John for a second time on Saturday and what a blast we had! This lovely gentleman arranged for me travel so I didn't worry about how much I could and couldn't manage to bring with me, and he also arranged a fantastic studio and kept us all fed and watered! John is very easy to work with and makes you feel relaxed and at ease throughout the shoot. We shot for the whole day this time and usually I start feeling sleepy but John kept my spirits very high and we got some incredible shots needless to say! We created an array of very versatile looks using both studio and natural light and I'm very impressed with Johns eye for detail and versatility across both lighting skills. I can't wait to work with this gem again soon and more again in the future. I really couldnt recommend John enough he's fantastic to work with, more than professional and knows how to look after his models. Others could be taking notes! We like being fed! Thankyou John!

I loved working with John! He was so fun and easy going and completely easy to get along with throughout our entire shoot, which for myself personally is actually very important! Many photographers should take note from this gentleman, yes gentleman! Because his manners and decorum are second to none. I've been modelling for quite some time now and it's always so lovely and refreshing to find genuine and kind people who fully share your love and passion for art and all things creative. I can't recommend John enough really, his work speaks for itself and it really does! He's got an eye for capturing people in the most beautiful way! I modelled for a shoot with John, Simon NG and Cameron T yesterday at Hallam Mill.

The pre-coms were great, John was even kind enough to assist with my transport on the day and the shoot was loads of fun!! We shot a variety of styles using both natural light and studio set-ups where John directed me well and happily showed me the images we were creating. He even taught me loads about different lenses etc. whilst shooting which was fascinating! :)

He was polite and respectful throughout and I'd love to work with him again - highly recommended to other models!

I had an absolutely fabulous shoot with John last week, communication up to the shoot was perfect and everything was easy to arrange and we planned the sort of styles that we would be covering in the shoot.

John arrived on time and as soon as I met him I felt totally comfortable around him, he's so friendly, chatty and down to earth.. I could have easily chatted to him for the entire shoot haha, a lovely, genuine person.

Johns images speak for themselves, he's a talented photographer who has a great creative eye for what makes a fantastic image, I really loved the images and cant speak highly enough of him.

I really enjoyed the shoot, John gave great direction but was also happy for me to freely pose away too.

Highly recommended.. Thanks so much and already looking forward to our next shoot!

Well I had a lovely shoot with John at a recent Portfolio Builder Day with Andrew Appleton and Saracen House. John was super easy to work with, very professional and the images are spot on! He's very focused, and doesn't take too many shots, but really engages in the shoot and thinks about what he is trying to achieve. What a pleasure it was to spend the day with John at a Studio Antics shoot in Oxfordshire yesterday. He picked me up from home and dropped me off to save me getting the train, and supplied a lovely lunch. We shared a really interesting conversation during the journey and once at the shoot, John was laid-back and professional throughout, with a wicked sense of humour. He never rushed me during hair/make-up changes, and always made sure I was well taken care of. Very highly recommended and I hope we can shoot again.

Had a brilliant home shoot with Rocky, he made me feel very comfortable and his ability to shoot models impressed me. When he turned up he gave me some amazing advice and great direction in the shoot.

Had my shoot with the very talented and humble John today doing some portrait shots at Middlesbrough car park! He was nice and early, very patient with me as it was freezing and windy! Demonstrated he can shoot in all conditions! Kept showing me his pictures as he was snapping to make sure I was happy and checking in with me to make sure I was ok which was nice! Really looking forward to working together again in the future! Maybe inside next time :p :)
