References for Romi Rogue

After yet another flakey model experience (who played super silly beggars on the day) I messaged a few possibles, and boy did I luck out with Romi Rogue. We were going to shoot together a while back but couldn't line it up. Due to it being a short notice booking, and time of year, my preferred daylight had gone. Still it gave me the opportunity to pull my after dark skills out of the dusty attic so to speak and polish them up. If Romi was a cheese, she'd be part Cheddar part Philadelphia, as she has a soft and hard side for sure ! We got on great (like I always do with folk, if they are smart enough to not prat about) and I'm well chuffed with what can be produced with a Perfectly Proportioned willing model, a bit of a glow from a real fire, a table lamp and a small ring light. Romi is a Boho / Hippie chick, and if she isn't beaming, be nicer to her ! Thanks again for taking such a last minute booking and really like the nik _ name you came out with for me :)

Pixeled Onions

Romi came over to shoot at a Liverpool appartment that i was renting for a tour. It was our first shoot but i hope not our last. Romi arrived having travelled for 2 hours from west yorkshire for a 4 hour shoot. Her makeup was great and she was ready with outfits that we had talked about.

The shoot was loads of fun and Romi is great company, i thouroughly reccomend working with Romi and i will be looking to shoot again next time i am in the Area, Thanks Romi!

Romi came along for a portrait shoot tonight at Rochdale PS. The shoot had been delayed by a week due to Romi being unwell on the original date. Romi's pre-comms were excellent and everyone present had a chance to take portraits of Romi who posed naturally both by herself and with direction. We look forward to inviting Romi back to the Society in the near future. Thanks again Romi

Romi applied for a casting I set while I was travelling to Leeds and initially I was sad to turn her down as I'd already been booked up. However, that shoot got cancelled so I got straight back on to messages to see if Romi was still available and up for a shoot.

Getting the positive response that she was still available was the best news ever after seeing her previous work and I knew that if all went ahead, I would get some amazing shots with her. I was not wrong. We shot 3 outfits at her home, in 4 styles, changing the colour and look of each set in the process. we worked with modded speed lights, gels and LCD panels to create some different looks to my normal work.

Romi was friendly, accommodating, had her ideas and knew how to pose, she did her best to get more than likely some of my favourite images to date on a shoot.

I highly recommend shooting with Romi and really hope I can shoot her again next time I'm in the area.

Shot with Romi at a networking event by Libre studio. She’s a delightful a free creative spirt who's a joy to work with. She had a suitcase literally jam packed with clothes. If only I had more time to shoot her in more outfits – oh well I’m sure it will keep for next time.

Great communications throughout, fun to work with and really knows what she is doing as a model.

This was her first time as a life model for an artist and she had no difficulty adapting to the totally different requirements of sitting for an artists and holding poses even though some were physically challenging. Took instructions well and really willing to work with the artist.

I shot a street fashion set with Romi at Libre studio, my first time working with her. Romi is highly confident, knows exactly what to do in front of the camera and above all is really great to get on with which made the shoot a dream.

Romi is a professional in what she does and takes her work (not too) seriously, bringing a personal touch also.

I would 100% recommend working with Romi and hopefully will work with her again soon.

Absolutely amazing.

Romi and I had been wanting to shoot for a long time but never got around to it. We arranged an outdoor shoot and Romi was fully onboard with my ideas and locations. Her poses were all spot on and we have created some amazing images I am super excited about.

Can not wait to shoot with Romi again!!

This was my second time working with Romi on a remote shooting project and just like the first time, I found her an absolute pleasure to work with. Her communication was spot on all the way through the process and she took on the ideas/themes we discussed to create wonderful images that fitted the brief to a tee. She's clearly a natural in front of the camera and this comes across in the fun, fantastic photos she creates. I'd highly recommend her to any and all photographers out there and I'd love to work with her again in the future as she's amazing :)
