I recently had my first shoot with Russ in their home studio, where we covered lingerie, pin-up and topless levels.

The studio space is absolutely fantastic, and an absolute dream if you're after some retro/vintage themed shots.

Russ was very welcoming and friendly, and showed me a glimpse of the post-production stages of his images, all of which looked wonderful. He was also very hospitable by offering me some homemade soup!

It was a pleasure to work with him and I would definitely recommend him and his studio to others.

Had my first shoot with Russ yesterday at my home, Comms were outstanding too, Russ rang me before he got here so I had enough time to get ready as he had prior commitments, which was massively appreciated.

Russ is what i can honestly say, a true gentleman, we did 6 outfit changes and I felt 100% at ease, Russ gave me direction without being pushy, photos were downloaded straight to my laptop to look through afterwards and they’re all fantastic!

If you get the chance to work with Russ then take it! Comes highly recommended by me.

A very cool shoot with Russ last weekend, he booked space on my themed studio day at The Boardroom studio.

Comms were good, he explained what he was looking to achieve!

On the day he arrived on time, was very friendly and chatty which is always great on a shoot!... He came with a mix of both film and digital cameras to have a bit of a play around...

The shoot flew by and we got some really cool images!... He worked with natural light and studio lighting working in the space well!...

There were some things that were a little more out of his comfort zone in regards to styling but he took it all in his stride and produced some lovely work.

I would recommend Russ to other models certainly, you'll certainly have a lively shoot full of ideas, giggles and chat!..

Thanks again Russ, hopefully we will get the chance to work together again in the future!

The Boardroom

Russel visited The Boardroom for an event with the lovely Arabella – as I recall he was on a little photography tour of his own and had a multitude of cameras and kit to play with. Both film and digital were used, and a mixture of natural light, constant and flash. Although only with us for a short time, Russel comes along with bags of energy and ideas and generating some fab shots. He was no trouble, and we’d gladly have home back here at The Boardroom. First shoot with Russ today and so made up with the imagines. He got an mua to come to the house which was great. His whole house is a great set up. Russ is really friendly and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. We even sat down after the shoot and looked at images after and had a cake and a cupper. Can’t wait to shoot again soon. My first shoot with Russ and certainly not last!

Communication prior to the shoot was perfect, when I arrived he showed me around the amazing house! ( actually so beautiful ) then coffee and we was off shooting, he shoots perfectly and makes sure every image is right!

Literally highly recommend this photographer to all models, amazing shoot and AMAZING images..

Had another great shoot with Russ after a while. He's an experienced photographer and his house studio is nicely decorated for vintage or retro shoots.

After taking a much needed break from modelling for 6 months due to my health, i was incredibly nervous about a shoot after such a break. I was in great hands with Russ, he was kind, friendly and gave amazing direction during the shoot. The images that we produced were amazing and really gave me back the confidence id lost. Cannot wait to shoot with him again in the very near future!

Russ is a very talented photographer and we had a great shoot together. He was full of ideas and different poses to try. We spoke a lot before the shoot so we both had a very clear idea on what it was we wanted to achieve and we even had time to go through the photos together at the end of the session :) would recommend.

Second shoot with Russ and just as fun and chilled as the first. Had some ideas I wanted to try out and Russ suggested some too. We absolutely smashed the images and then had time to go through them all at the end. Always get some images to post straight away and he’s quick at sending the rest. Very friendly and lovely guy, makes you feel welcome in his home and makes sure you fed after lol. Definitely shoot again soon and definitely recommend to other models xx

So I shot with Russ on Sunday and what an experience it was!!

Fabulously decorated home studio to work in, the decor is done in a great style.

Russ was very bubbly and energetic about the shoot, his enthusiasm about the shoot was immense.

He kept offering me refreshments and food, even offered me to stay over for dinner while he had his next shoot also.

We got some great pictures and he has edited the beautifully for me.
