The Real Time clock at Schiphol Airport was created by Dutch designer Maarten Baas. The face appears to show an airport worker in overalls painting a new minute and at the end of the minute erasing it. This is recorded as a 12 hour sequence that takes 12 hours to view. The clock is to be found hanging from the ceiling of Departure Lounge 2.
