I had the pleasure of assisting Karl on a shoot and was fantastic kept everyone upbeat and a great atmosphere even when dealing with a few technical problems. Was a real joy and would recommend anyone of any level to work with him.

Wow! Karl , where do I start

This was my first ever shoot with him, he'd booked into my studio day and he had a new camera to try out :) I knew we would get on the second I met him, he has a warm and friendly vibe about him. Extremely funny & fun! He has such a brilliant attitude and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to everyone !

I had the best shoot I've had in such a while, we only shot for an hour but gosh did we have a laugh :)

Well lookey who we have here :) yet another shoot with the awesome one karl,third time shooting with me and he survived yet again, ;) well what can I say that I haven't said before? Karl has become a really good friend of mine and when I told him I was at the natural light spaces studio, he tried to get out of shooting me but caved in :p haha only joking,as always karl is a delight to work with and always keeps me smiling (my rep is well and truly gone now) I can't tell people enough how much you need to work with karl,my references and others here tell you exactly why that is.If you haven't worked with karl I ask you why? A legend of a guy, thank you karl for putting up with me yet again ;)

This was my first shoot with Karl as part of a group shoot at the Natural Light Spaces-4 models, 4 photographers and a MUA.Pre-comms were excellent and Karl had some fantastic ideas. Karl gave great direction, as well as listening to my mad ideas. He showed me the images as we went along and had a great sense of humour.

I hope I get a chance to work with him again! Highly recommended

I worked with Karl on a group shoot yesterday comprising four photographers and four models. He's a lovely friendly guy but the day was so manic we only managed to properly chat over a Dominos pizza lunchtime!

I can't wait to see the images and hope to get the opportunity to get to work with Karl again in the future 😊

Karl was one of 4 photographers shooting me at a groupshoot at The Natural Light Studio this weekend. As Karl has been an amazing help to us at the studio setting up both the first and second spaces (which we can't thank him enough for!) I know him pretty well and we've shot together before too. Karl is a really nice and very creative guy who shoots lovely portraits and art nude images and totally bonkers ideas like bouncing on a trampette wearing bright colours and a hard hat in the same shoot! He has a great imagination, and is considerate of his models (as I have knee issues we sorted it so I could wear a knee support for my trampette bouncing!). I'd be happy to shoot with Karl once again, and pull more funny faces at him - no I just don't learn even when he posts them on facebook :P - and happy to recommend him to others :)

I had been wanting to organise a shoot with shile road photography for a while and was very excited to be invited along to be a part of a group shoot with him and some other photographers, models and an mua this weekend.

It was a thoroughly enjoyable shoot. Shile Road had some very different ideas for each model and if the boc/pc shots are anything to go by there are some fantastic pictures in there.

I had a great time. The shoot was relaxed and a good laugh.

Pre comms were great and I cannot wait to organise another shoot with shile road and see what he has in mind for next time :)

Got to shoot with Karl at the Natural Light Studio's Open Day! We shot together a few months back, & it was great to see him again! He took some flat out stellar photos of in fashion & during my aerial performance on the hoop. It takes real talent to grab just right angles on the hoop & he nailed it! Really enjoyed chatting with him & planning out future projects! He was kind enough to show me around the Studio's outdoor shooting possibilities - what a gentleman! !00% recommend - he's amazing! Will most certainly be working with him again soon!

I am working with Karl on a project which sees us getting together once a month to shoot for an hour or so. As we are midway through the project I thought I owned Karl a little bit of feedback. Karl is one of a kind, a genuine, friendly, hilariously funny kind of guy and technically and creatively an outstanding photographer too. I really can't fault him and it is a joy to have the opportunity to work with him time and time again. I can't leave a reference without mentioning Karl's awesome taste in sweet treats and his kindness in accommodating all my pregnancy cravings with the provision of donuts, cookies, shortbread, and the list goes on!! He is an absolute gentleman and great fun too. Highly recommended for so many reasons :)

I worked with Karl just last week at the Natural Light studio for half a day.

I knew exactly what Karl wanted to shoot well in advance and had a lot of time to plan out outfits and ideas.

We pretty much fitted in all ideas Karl had and got super results for each idea!

Although Karl had very specific ideas he was up for tying out a few of my own takes too which was nice :)

The four hours totally flew by and I am very happy with the results! It was a fun shoot and Karl brought along so many tasty treats for me too! Happy days :)

Hope to do it again one day! :)

Got to work with Karl on my Studio Day at Fenland Studio. We only had an hour but got to achieve so much in such a short time.. Pre shoot communication was brill and he had a good idea of what he wanted to shoot. Would definitely recommend working with Karl.. Thank you for a great shoot..

I really enjoyed my shoot with Shile Road at The magnificent Natural Light Studio in Northampton. He has tonnes of great ideas, and changed the lighting set up lots so we had a great amount of variety. I do think he has a very unique style, and the shots turned out great! The cold winter weather didn't stop us from having alovely shoot, and I would be more than happy to shoot with him again. Great planning, communication and professionalism! Thank you Karl for a 5 star shoot. And I hope we can do again soon, Thumbs up from me!

Wow what an Amazing start to the year! Awesome shoot today with Karl at the natural light studio, this is the second time I've worked with him & he has improved massively in such a short space of time, we got through so many sets, Karl had some brill ideas that we nailed, always laughing & giggling but totally professional, so many good shots & a few final images I've received are Amazing, couldn't be happier

I had the pleasure of my last shoot of 2016 with Karl.It was really good fun evn if I did get dog crap all over my shoe and we nearly got run over by a woman walking her dog while riding on a mobility scooter!

Had another wonderful shoot with Karl a few weeks ago at my home.

As before comms were timely and detailed, he gave me some of his ideas but was also flexible depending on ideas and themes....

Greeting me with a big smile as before the whole shoot went by in a flash...

We had a great catch up and lots of giggles as before...

Also we got some awesome photographers including a couple of my cat!...

Karl is very talented and skilled with photography and lighting.... Certainly recommended from me... a really genuinely nice person..

I had my first shoot with Karl on Saturday at the Natural Light Studio and I can honestly say it was the most entertaining, amusing and "laugh out loud" shoots I've ever had!!! Karl is most definately one of a kind in the most awesome way. I had a sneaky suspicion he might be slightly off the wall before I met him as some of the ideas we'd discussed were unusual to say the least and I wasn't disappointed!!! This is a photographer who you will never tire off - both down to his personality and his creativity. We only had 2 hours together but the ideas he came up with and the things we tried were so totally different to anything I'd done before. If you want a shoot where you will laugh from start to finish and come away with some truly inspiring images Karl is your man!! Totally respectful and a perfect gentleman and the best supplier of muffins and cookies too - this photographer comes very very highly recommended!! Roll on January for shoot number 2 :)
