Worked with Jon for the first time recently and pre comms were excellent.

On arrival he warmly welcomed me into his home studio. He had been up hours preparing the set for our shoot and put a lot of effort into it.

I loved his creative ideas which flowed throughout the shoot. Using dry ice as a prop to create a smoke effect with various themes.

Had a really great time. Conversation flowed and felt comfortable throughout. Jon has real enthusiasm and energy for his photography. Would be great to work with him again.

Enjoyed a wonderful creative experience with Skulpto and in within a very modest 2 hr session the returns were both plentiful and inspirational.

The tea leaves are suggesting another creative experience in his neck of the woods. Crossing fingers it happens soon. Thanks for a fab time. Mx

I managed to squeeze in a second shoot with John before he heads off to the US for the winter, and I'm very glad I did! John arrived bearing gifts- this time, a huge hunk of homegrown squash and some prints from our last shoot. Last time he brought me a delicious jar of honey produced by his own bees. John brought some props and we made the most of the autumn sunshine to get some colourful pictures. John is very easy to work with and enjoyable to spend time with. I would recommend him to other models.

Had an amazing shoot with Jonathon yesterday! We went on adventures through the woods, he knew exactly what he wanted to do and had all the spots sussed out, with really amazing abstract ideas! We got some really cool shots and I had a great time shooting with him. Really easy to get along with and chat to and made me feel comfortable the whole time, love the creativity and would love to do another one soon! Highly recommend X

I worked with the lovely Jon again today (AKA the honey man!) and had such a blast! Jon is such a sweet, endearing character, I feel like I am shooting with a very old friend each time we meet!

We focused on a mixture of Vintage looks today, with a 1940s and 1950s flair, mixed with a dash of wigs and bold makeup! We even had the music to match and the scene was set!

Jon gives great direction, is super easy to work with and a complete gentleman. I really loved the results, especially with the very impromptu balloon reflection shots, which were so quirky and surreal!

I loved shooting in the natural light also- a perfect way to spend a few hours!

Highly recommended to all! Thank You for the honey and the squash! :P Helen x

I had a very short but sweet shoot with Jonathan at my home yesterday. He was very easy to get on with, lovely and pleasant to be around, and came prepared with lovely ideas. I am hoping to work with Jonathan again very soon!

I recently organised another AMAZING CHARITY STUDIO DAY at the fantastic Pozers studio with the proceeds going towards a little girls disabled chair.

The proceeds of the day reached a whopping ***£1300***, all thanks to the kind generosity of the photographers attending on the day and those that gave further donations via the Purpleport forums.

Jon (aka the Honey man!) was one of the photographers who very kindly bought a ticket to the event and I was so grateful!!! We had initially had a slow start and I really appreciated the support!

I absolutely love working with Jon- its like working with an old friend (well, we are friends now, I guess... :P ) and every shoot is always so enjoyable! John was also super kind to donate his wonderful honey from his beekeeping to the cause- and I am always the first to snap it up! :)

Jon is such a happy go lucky gentleman, a complete pleasure to work with!

We were also very lucky with the weather and able to take advantage of the beautiful woodland within the grounds for some natural light photography! I absolutely loved the images from the day and look forward to seeing more uploads!

Thank You for being a major part of this charity mission to buy the little girl her chair- we made it! :)

Highly recommended to all and I really hope we get the chance to work together again soon! Helen x

Jon attended our DIY Studio Lighting Workshop with Jessica Taylor. Jon got stuck in and involved in the workshop, was not afraid to ask questions and assist other photographers hold reflectors etc in place. First time we have had Jon at the studio and was a pleasure to have him there. Jon was polite and good communication to Jessica during the workshop. Look forward to seeing you again. Alastair

Wonderful first shoot with Skulpto after meeting quite a while ago at a charity photographic event. Pre communications were really good. Spontaneous shoot plan which worked out really well as we ventured to an outdoor location. Skulpto knew immediately shot selection, and the results looked really great on the back of the camera. Easy going, kind and respectful. Would recommend to anyone. Looking forward to our next shoot.

Wow, what a fantastic shoot. It's not often you get to work with someone who is as considerate, creative and easy to chat with as Jon. I felt comfortable around him from the start and it was as if we'd known eachother for years even though it was our first time shooting together. Hopefully we'll be shooting together again sometime. He has fantastic ideas and really knows what works on camera, I can't recommend him highly enough. An absolute superstar

I had an absolute fantastic shoot with Jon! It was one of those shoots that are unique and remembrable. Jon is a man of nature meaning he's great at posing models in an art nude shoot on location. He has chosen location that he made himself very familiar with. He chose his location wiseley to make sure that our results would be one of a kind. He also has an open and creative imagination. Knows exactly what he wants and he makes it happen!

Commmunication was on point, we got on down to a T! Jon is kind hearted, we had a laugh together and everything just flowed.

Would love to shoot with again. Highly recommend.

Jon had a shoot in the studio and his communications pre/shoot were very good, we lost the natural light and I helped him set up some lights. Jon and the model were able to create some beautiful images

and bar for making coffee I had very little to do. I would recommend Jon to any studio or model.

Today I had a great shoot with Jon at Valley Road studio while I was down in Gloucester. We had great creative fun, bouncing between ideas and concepts, winging it as ideas came and went. He was easy to get along with and approachable. Recommended, to new and experienced models alike.

I worked with Jon again (aka the honey man!), at the fantastic Pozers studio on a Pin up and Burlesque workshop weekend and had an absolutely lovely day!!

We had such a lovely group and were well and truly spoilt with a beautiful lunch courtesy of Alley at Pozers studio and many wardrobe changes over the course of the day.

Jon is so professional and respectful to work with and fantastic company. I always end up buying jars of honey from Jon (He is a beekeeper and I really miss keeping bees).

The day flew by in the blink of an eye, like a pin up dream! I am really looking forward to the resulting images and hope we get to work together again soon! Highly recommended to all, Helen x

I had a wonderful shoot with Skulpto yesterday. It was my first shoot in quite a while so I was a little nervous but he is friendly, respectful and he has a good sense of humour so I relaxed quite quickly.

We shot a fair variety over the course of the day for a brilliant idea he has planned and got a fair amount of really good shoots. He's full of good ideas and knows a lot of brilliant locations around the Wiltshire area.

Hope to work with him again in the future and I definately look forward to it.

I worked with Jon again, this time at Pozers studio recently for a Macmillan fundraising day organised by the AMAZING Alley at Pozers on her mammoth 30 hour photographic spree!

Seeing Jon again was like working with an old friend, he is such a kind, fun and respectful person to have around! He was extremely kind to donate a mass of homemade honey from his bees to the charitable cause.

Honey is my absolute weakness having grown up with a beekeeper also in my family- I ended up buying many of the pots which were absolutely delicious.

I thought it was such a kind and unique gesture to donate to the day!

The studio was buzzing with models, photographers, Makeup artists, cake, refreshments, local honey and produce donated to the cause and lots of donations raised through the donation box and through Alleys Gift Aid page. Nearly £2000 was raised from the cause.

I would love to work with Jon again and really enjoy his company. Highly recommended to all,
