A pleasure to work again with Paul who booked onto one of my small events at Pipewell Hall, where the models were myself and Nicole Rayner. His communication was great prior and he is always so professional, organised and considerate.

Paul has a brilliant creative eye and took some absolutely stunning images both in the beautiful grounds and striking interiors of the house. He is also welcoming of collaboration, sharing the previews so we could refine images to be their best. Really lovely to work with him again. Thanks so much for coming Paul :-)

Keira Lavelle

You can’t have a bad shoot with this guy... That’s a fact! So it goes without saying that when Paul and I got chatting about maybe shooting together on my latest tour South and the dates *just about* worked - I was a very happy Keira for sure! :D

Paul was amazing, literally amazing! It was all put together relatively last minute due to me holding off a bit with booking in advance with all the uncertainty surrounding the times etc. but Paul’s pre-shoot comms were just the bees-knees and we were still messaging/planning all the final bits even when I was well into my tour... Paul worked tireless to find an available studio at a location that worked well for both our schedules given the time restrains that we had because we were both shooting later the same day! Anyone else would have understandably given up on it due to the logistics which were pretty crazy - but this guy was a total rockstar and would not be beaten. I cannot express how thankful I am to him for all this work he did before the shoot even happened because I was already on the road and working by this point with not a lot of time/decent Internet connection to do location scouting and venue finding. We had considered location, but with the threatening weather potentially for that day, Paul wanted us to have a comfortable shoot and at least be able to retreat to some shelter if a rain shoot was on the cards. :P Next time!

As everything went: we had a cracking shoot! Paul came up with some amazing themed ideas for us to try, and executed them like a boss! He had a vision for the lighting, and even thought about outfits/accessory pieces providing me with some bits to wear and sabotage so that I didn't have to break my own stuff. :D I can’t think of anyone who puts all this thought into a shoot like Paul does - even at such last minute timings! His enthusiasm just shines through no matter what we may be shooting. Other concepts executed on the day included: me harassing a poor group of mannequins, and crazy stuff with unicorns! Haha - anyone reading this will be thinking; “what on Earth were they on?” But trust me: we got some SENSATIONAL shots! Here is a photographer who can have literally ANY idea thrown his way and he will pull the stops with the lighting, getting those killer angles no matter what, and taking the time to bag epic images. :) He really is so inspiring to work with.

I’ve pretty much said this every time we’ve shot, but the same applies so I’ll say it again: Paul’s a genuinely nice bloke who delivers the best of professional etiquette when shooting. We get on like a house on fire and also have a great laugh when shooting... Possibly having spent just as much time chattering over the years we’ve worked together as actual shooting! 🙈 But it’s a fantastic crack, the time flies and I’m always buzzing by the end of a session working with Paul. Always feel safe and happy in his company, and ALWAYS looking forward to our next shoot. ;)

Massively recommended!!!!

Thank you so much for everything Paul!

Had an amazing shoot with Paul! We focused mainly on pole and aerial work, whilst adding in some lingerie and fashion elements too.

Pre comms were really good, so we both knew what to expect prior :) From the moment I arrived Paul was super friendly, easy to chat to and get along with, and was really patient with me & understanding for my need fo take a breather from the pole every couple of minutes! Throughout the shoot he was happy to go with any ideas I had, and shoot any specific outfits that I wanted to shoot, but was also happy to give suggestions of his own for poses / things to try.

We got a little unlucky due to a power cut half way through! But we made use of what we could and still got some awesome pics despite this, due to Paul’s knowledge of lighting and setups!

Paul brought his laptop along so that we could see the pictures as we went along which was SUPER helpful, as I could see from each photo if there was anything I needed to adjust to get the right angle. As the worst thing from a models perspective, is when you’ve done a set of pictures to find that your hair is sticking up, an item of clothing is twisted, or something is wrong! So, thank you for that! Was super useful!

The pictures that I’ve seen look really god and I’m super excited to see the final edits.

Overall I THOROUGHLY enjoyed my shoot with Paul and I would HIGHLY recommend shooting with him! Professional, fun, chatty, experienced, talented, respectful, easy to get along with... what more could you want?!

Thank you for a fun shoot! Hopefully we can work together again.

I've just had a wonderful shoot with Paul today! I was over the moon when he applied for my 'art nude in magical trees' casting. He has a very impressive portfolio of images so I was very excited to be working with him, although also a little nervous! I needn't have worried as Paul soon put me at ease.

I was so pleased when Paul explained the style of images that he wanted - with the model blending in & being at one with nature. This suited the location, & my style, perfectly.

Paul was quick to come up with suggestions for poses & between us we experimented with different ideas. It was a lovely collaborative way of shooting & we worked well together I felt.

Our shoot was relaxed & Paul was very aware of my comfort (although the sun was shining the wind was very cold) & so we made sure I had frequent breaks to warm back up.

The images on the back of the camera were beautiful! I'm chuffed to bits! Paul has a great eye for a shot & what will make an image work. He really worked so well in the environment & really looked at all the possibilities & angles for each shot.

Throughout the shoot Paul was very friendly, totally respectful & professional. He was very complimentary about the shots we were getting & very encouraging.

Paul has my highest possible recommendation, if you get an opportunity to work with him take it! A fabulous photographer & great company for the day. Thank you so much Paul, I had a really super day & I very much hope to work with you again soon. Until next time!

OMG - talk about a day going down in history! :D WHAT A SHOOT THIS WAS! Seriously; from waterfalls to many urbex sites... Rocks and rock faces galore and pretty woodland bridges. I was already so excited when Paul got in touch saying he was travelling North and “maybe” we could fit a shoot in. Didn’t even need to think twice about the answer to that question - the guys a ledge! :P But my excitement grew and grew as the shoot went on and the sensational pictures rolled with a lil’ bit o’ picturesque Yorkshire magic, and a whole lot of prolific team bounce. :)

Paul and I discussed the shoot beforehand: taking into account all the safety aspects we had to be aware of. Local restrictions appearing suddenly meant that I couldn’t invite Paul to mine for a brew between sets or a proper sit-down for lunch... Frustrating for me knowing how much travelling Paul had to do and just generally wanting to show some nice Yorkshire hospitality. So we slummed it with a to-go meal deal and managed perfectly fine on the road/separate cars and all the other precautions where we needed them. Paul was super understanding and just brilliant with mutually facilitating a safe working environment. I’ve promised him an extra few physical *high-fives* when it’s all safe to do so again. He’s due a few - put it that way! :D

First location on the cards was the waterfall/feature that I had literally scouted just the day before and stumbled upon it by pure chance! So shooting with Paul was the “christening” of it haha! He did a bloody fine job too - just check out the picture on his port. Need I say more? We planned some long exposure images and got a good system for communicating the stages of the exposure (for me to hold still) without being able to hear each other over the raging torrents. So the waterfall was well and truly IN THE BAG! Then it was onwards to tend with big almighty rocks in multiple settings (cave girl/feral child meets a bit of artsyness in the same shout!) and finishing up with good ole’ dereliction. :) As one can imagine: the transformation of looks across these different sites really gave us plenty of scope to take very varying pictures. Paul is literally the epitome of versatile with his work too: he can adapt to the vibe/light available in a heartbeat and takes time to get it right and ensure the moment he captures is of lushhhhh quality.

So it’s pretty safe to say that we slayed this shoot - the day went TOO fast and every minute of it was a ball. :D We has colossal amounts of chatting to do about literally everything... Quite possibly wearing our voice boxes out, but oh well. Paul is a super fun guy with so much light about his character and positive approach. I couldn’t think of a nicer person to hang out with whilst getting to make fabulous pictures to be honest. He’s the full package: got the humour, got the friendliness, got the good communications, got the photographer skillz... And most definitely has the professional etiquette. :) Yes: someone I 100% feel safe with toodling off to remote locations. :D

Highly, highly... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Thank you so much Paul - until the next mad day haha?

I got to work with Paul for the 4th time, much more intensely on this occassion, for 6 days during a Utadventure photo trip to the Yucatán Mexico! Our locations included a cenote, beach, Mayan ruins, jungle trees and loads of stunning Hacienda's full of beautiful colours and textures.

I loved working with Paul amongst the gorgeous environments. He is a brilliant photographer with a fantastic eye, he's always complimentary, and considerate to your comfort and wellbeing. He is also so open and encouraging of collaboration and contribution of ideas, so it feels like teamwork and you can both be proud of the images created! :-)

I am over the moon by what I saw on the back of his camera, of his shots of me and of the other models. Many thanks Paul!

Another absolutely fabulous shoot with Paul!

It had been a while since we last shot which meant we had a good bit to catch up on!

This shoot Paul came to visit my home and we decided to work on some really candid/voyeur style shots!...

As like all of our previous shoots the whole thing was relaxed and we just flowed through different ideas and areas of the house.

It was great that Paul really looked at all the angles and spaces he could use.

Highly recommended, we shot some gorgeous images!....

Can't wait to shoot again in London!

See you soon!!!

Thanks again!

I had a great shoot with Paul this weekend, we worked together with Christian Red to produce some shibari themed imagery, which was a totally new style for Paul but he was keen to capture the beautiful contrasts in textures between rope and skin whilst also careful to keep it very artistic and elegant.

During the shoot we used a mixture of natural light and studio flash, creating several totally different sets! I had such a wonderful shoot and I look forward to seeing the results!

Thank you for a great shoot Paul,

Scarlot :)

I had an epic shoot with the awesome Paul and the amazing Keira Lavelle!

It was perfect - creative, random, weird and beautiful. I didn't really know what to expect as I know Keira was hatching a crazy idea and I had no idea what she mean't when she said: 'I've got about forty plastic bottles we're going to use...' I just decided to go with the flow... And I'm pretty glad I did, it was really fun witnessing this crazy shoot unfold.

Paul is wonderfully versatile and was able to successfully cover a range of different styles, from the serene, to the grungy to the plain wacky! The images on each very different set we shot, all looked utterly incredible.

Not only is Paul a fabulous photographer, he is also a wonderful person and is great fun to hang out with.

My highest possible recommendations!

Summers Abroad

Paul joined us on this years Summers Abroad photographic holiday to Las Vegas!

Having worked with Paul for quite a few years now I was really excited to have him on one of my trips abroad. I knew he would be a great addition to the group and I wasn't wrong! Paul is one of the nicest guys I've met in this industry. He is so laid back, friendly and respectful :) He is super easy to work with but he also fits perfectly into the group dynamics, we had a great time not only shooting but also socialising in the downtime (And he even came on the zip wire with us :D).

This is before of course mentioning all the beautiful images he created! Paul is always keen to chuck himself into a theme even if it isn't something he wouldn't usually shoot, but what I love is how he always manages to shoot something entirely different to everyone else too. He shot 2 absolutely stunning sets in his 1-2-1 time at the villa that no one else got and the results were utterly stunning!!

It was honestly such a pleasure having him on the trip and really hope he can join us in 2020 :D

Highly recommended by us!

I always love working with Paul! :D Whether it’s deep in the Scottish Highlands (where we’ve frequented a few times now), at a snazzy studio somewhere or on location at a totally different place... Especially when it involves a totally mad team-up with the stunning Helen Stephens for some epic duo stuff! Yep, this was hour latest creative encounter - and boy it was fantabulous. I mean, it just couldn’t be anything else really! :P

I was embarking on a tour this time to the mysterious South - Paul is literally always on the list of people to shoot with if possible when I’m travelling down-yonder because he’s just so bloomin’ awesome... But when the brainwave developed to set up a duo whilst I stayed with Helen in Hampshire; I thing we were all thinking heaven help us all haha! :D We all know one another from previous events y’understand so we pretty much knew dead certainly that the shoot was going to be packed with zanily superb inspo plus lots of laughs. :) I could have written this reference before the shoot even happened in all honesty... AND OF COURSE IT WAS INDEED ZANILY/SUPERBLY INSPIRED AND PACKED WITH LAUGHS AMID TEAMWORK OF GREATNESS. :P

The artsy-creative talk started well before the day, Paul is always amazing with communications and down for bouncing ideas around - so we really got our teeth into sharing possible concepts and ideas to do something mad with. And please don’t see it as any exaggeration when I say mad... Because after said pre-shoot discush; I was to drag 6 million plastic bottles down from Yorkshire for this very shoot. X-D Yep! That’s just how cool a dude Paul is when you actually feel like it’s a very normal thing to chat and plan such bonkers concepts with mutual confidence within the group chat that you’re all thinking very logically. :P Paul will throw himself into anything when it comes to his photography, he really is raring to go with all manner of wavelengths and brings to the mix a fabulous mastermind approach of thinking. So he rocks up on the day with industrial amounts on bubble wrap. That’s one standard of genius was! In a nutshell, Paul is a photographer who just loves executing ideas within a shoot that will create something a little different. He’s got very creditable visions of his own (both technically and where imaginative thinking is concerned) through which he routinely inputs valuable innovation into a shoot session; but he also really enjoys the models getting into the process of creating those killer shots (and he always produces em’) so it’s totally guaranteed to be all about good working relationships and productivity. :D

I can’t think of a single challenge that Paul hasn’t faced up to, where photographing models is concerned, and completely and utterly nailed it with every degree of drive. :) He’s an exceedingly good photographer (more than he gives himself credit for!) and working with him is just a true joy/buzz as a result.

Did I also mention that he’s a kind/courteous and outstandingly decent bloke who cannot offer enough respect and upbeat/positive etiquette on a shoot? Well I have now... And certainly banged on about it in my previous references (as probably every model who has shot with Paul has!) He’s a genuinely nice person who couldn’t make a model (experienced or beginner) feel more safe and happy during a shoot. :D The atmosphere never fails to be pumping with great vibes, and the laughs - never in short supply! We’re guilty of our fair share of chinwagging as any other model-photographer team is haha!

What a guy - OBVIOUSLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

Thank you so much Paul - roll on the next time!

Paul joined us for another Artemisian event in September- we hosted the trip in Tuscany once again.

Paul, as always, is an absolute pleasure to work with (and spend time with) friendly, chatty, kind, thoughtful- he has it all! Not forgetting all the fantastic images he takes too!!

A huge Tuscan villa was hired with fabulous grounds and incredible views. A always everyone walked away from the event with thousands of stunning images. We shot all sorts of genres and once again set up strong themed shoots- Gypsy, Jack Vettriano and of course, the street fashion in the most stunning local town. I'm very excited to see more results from my month away in Tuscany! I took a LOT of back of cams..!!

I'm looking forward to hosting Paul in Sicily in May 2020 for a four day trio event, and perhaps again in Lanzarote later on in the year- or on our 2021 events! Thank you so much for supporting us- can't wait to do it again soon!!

Paul joined me and Rachelle Summers on her Summers abroad trip to VEGAS! It has been an absolute blast and Pauls company was fabulous! He even joined me, Rachelle and one of the other photographers on a zip line on our final night! Paul was really great fun to be around and thats not even a start on his photography - Having seen all the shots he took this week unedited straight out of camera I was blown away!

Paul captured such a variety during each set/location and also brought a whole load of unique ideas on our one to one time. I really enjoyed the variety within his styles, Paul was happy to give a loads of different styles a try and captured beautiful shots in anything and everything he shot!

I seriously cannot wait to see his final images and I would very happily recommend him to other models, photographers and event organisers!

Thank you for such a great week!

Well the hint is in the name....yep he brought a storm in haha! but luckily the sun came out afterwards so all is forgiven ;)

So it was my first time working with Paul and he know's how to add a spark to any shoot eh! Not only is he great company and takes awesome images but he adds creative spark into his work. Paul isn't shy of getting into awkward positions to get the shot. In one case literally lying with his elbows in the pool and his camera almost touching water to get the shot!

I am soo glad Pual joined us for the end of my time at the Artemisian event in Tuscany, I loved meeting him and getting a chance to work with this true gent :) I really do hope our paths cross gain in the future!

I worked with Paul for the first time at my home the other day and had an absolute BLAST! It was our first time working together so I am always a little nervous but needn't have been as Paul was a complete gentleman, very kind, considerate and an absolute joy to work with!

Paul was very brave to book the full day together and we had such a productive, FUN shoot, full of laughter, creativity and utter madness!

I especially loved the oil and water bodyshots and the bodyscapes which looked absolutely beautiful on the back of the camera! Paul gives great direction but is equally happy for the model to lead. He is very respectful. trustworthy and kind.

I absolutely LOVED Pauls company and would love to work together again in the future. Highly recommended to all! Thank You for a lovely shoot,, Helen x
