Another visit to this lovely studio. Arabella and Gary are great owners, very friendly, which is one good reason to return. It is an old lace mill, and I was also shooting out in the internal courtyard, with all the red Victorian brickwork and large windows. I shall be back.

Recently i had 3 times the opportunity to be (virtually) in Luminescence studio doing remote shoots. Two of them with the awesome, friendly and super helpful Arabella who owns this delight of a studio. What a nice place, daylight written in capitals! Gorgeous light flooding the all-white room thru the big windows. Fabulous how with lot of creativity and love for detail different sets and backgrounds are prepared before start. The offered gear for remote shooting makes working a breeze, good camera, good network without lagging and great assistance of Arabella. I will for sure continue to visit virtual this marvelous studio in the near future, and hope one day to visit this place in person too!

My 1st visit to this lovely’s Notts studio and Arabella is a very nice owner, which always helps. Bags of natural light. Very near to the city centre and my model loved it there. I shall return.

wow, what a lovely find, this is a little gem, so bright, white everywhere, but huge screen available to soften the light, fab posing box as well. The old warehouse window is a delight too.

Had another lovely studio day at Studio Luminescene! This time it was a duo day with Arabella where we wore hats and headdresses.

Arabella again blew me away with how much detail she put into the theme. She had some amazing ideas and it was wonderful to see them come to life. I especially loved posing against the flower wall she has. I absolutely loved working with her and in the space. The day flew by and throughout the whole day I felt looked after. A big thank you to Gary too for making sure I got my camomile tea.

I had an amazing studio day at Studio Luminescence!

Arabella created amazing sets for my studio day and I was blown away by how much detail, time and effort she puts into the sets. I wanted to do a flower theme and she really helped bring my theme to life.

Throughout the day I was looked after, she helped when I had remote shoots and nothing was too much trouble.

The studio is a beautiful space and the natural light just oozes through the window. It’s a great studio and hope to work there lots.

There are also other parts of the building which add even more options - the spiral stairs have lots of potential.

I enjoyed an excellent photoshoot with Arabella at Studio Luminescence. The studio has beautiful natural light and white walls - which in themselves make for a nice backdrop. The space is relatively compact but nonetheless has plenty of room for backdrops and props, and there's potential for photographing outside the studio in the communal areas as well. The studio is well-located close to the centre of Nottingham. Arabella is very friendly, helpful and supportive which makes the studio a delight to use. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic shooting at the studio with Arabella. Remote connection is a must for me to allow shooting with people around the world and it was stable and really fast.

About the studio, the biggest added value is the gorgeous natural light. It gives you fantastic images and allows to play with light and shadows.

This is a great little studio.

It is a small space, but it’s perfectly usable. Of benefit to most will be the natural light available through the main window and it’s worth noting that the window frame itself does not detract from the image; it fits in with the rest of the room.

The main room is white; floorboards and walls, allowing for creative angles and casting hard shadows onto the walls. There’s a variety of small props and backdrop stands all of which allow you to tailor the space to your needs.

There’s a separate changing room and it was great to hear of the plans for that room. It’ll be good to see it all develop.

Arabella’s an impressive host, knowing her way around modelling, photography and editing, which makes communicating your needs so much easier.

Had my First shoot at Luminescence with Arabella..This is a lovely studio which is nice and bright and very clean. The studio is very spacious..and Arabella had set-up a couple of sets for our shoot..so there is plenty of room for different sets or you can just have a nice big open space with lots of natural light in there. i highly reacommend this studio and Arabella and Gary who run it..

Had a lovely shoot at the studio, the space is bright and clean so many opportunities to create whatever you want.

I shot with both Arabella and Gary and they were so welcoming and comfortable to be with. Gary showed me round the studio and building.

Arabella showed me some of the dresses she had available, we had a lovely chat about what sort of style we were going to shoot and she showed me the little set she'd created before I arrived.

We had music on throughout shooting, did three outfits changes and most importantly had a laugh while doing it. Really nice relaxed atmosphere and would 100% go again.

This was my first time at Luminescence and I absolutely loved it! I was welcomed by the lovely Arabella and Gary and was looked after throughout my whole shoot. From comfy fluffy slippers to a toiletry box to cups of herbal tea to the collection of outfits and props, what more could a model need!

The space itself is beautiful and spacious. The natural light that oozes into the room is just wonderful. I was blown away by the sets they can create. They work really well as a team to make the model feel comfortable and to set up the space. The space was warm and cosy and the time flew by. So glad I picked this studio for my first shoot back after a break.

Highly recommended from me and hope to go back soon. Thanks guys!

What a great studio space! Clean, white and full off sumptuous wrap-around light. As an empty space, it's got so much potential, even if it's just using the incredible light in there. And of course, having the pleasure of photographing Arabella in the studio makes for a brilliant day. Look forward to getting back there soon

Studio Luminescence is a lovely little studio just a stone throw away from the centre of Nottingham. At the time of my shoot, it wasn’t officially open yet and I only had access to one of the two rooms but what a beautiful room. With clean white paint throughout and an incredible window, which let in so much natural light, it was a delight to shoot in. A variety of back drops and drapes were available to use as was studio lighting but I decided to stick to the stripped back white walls and natural light. I’m so pleased with my results and If I did need any help with anything, Arabella the wonderful host was on hand to help. This truly is a little gem of a studio and with the addition of the second room has endless potential for a variety of shoots. I really can’t recommend enough and will definitely shoot there again in the future.

I had the pleasure of shooting with Arabella in her brand new studio. The space was great. The natural light available was amazing. As always it was a joy to work with Arabella and it was so great to be in a space were anything is possible. Can’t wait to shoot there again
