Finally worked with Simon for the first time the other day at Basford Hurst Cottage! (Amazing place!). Pre comms were fantastic and Simon sent through ideas before the shoot which was super helpful! The shoot itself was so fun. We shot all round the cottage and came up with ideas as we went too! Simon is respectful, fun, friendly and a great, creative photographer. I really did enjoy our shoot and I hope we’re able to shoot again in the not too distant future!

Definitely recommend to anybody wishing to work with him!

Basford Hurst Cottage Photography Location

Simon came to Basford Hurst Cottage to shoot with Roxy yesterday.

Pre comms with Simon were great, he made everything very easy to organise and arrived on time ready to shoot.

Simon is polite, easy to talk to and is happy to ask if he needs anything. We had a great conversation over lunch and I thoroughly enjoyed his company.

Simon is welcome back to Basford anytime and I really hope to see him again soon! Highly recommended!! ☺️

Artemis Fauna

Simon contacted me on the off chance I was able to do a SUPER last minute shoot... Luckily for us both, I was! Yay!

Was lovely to shoot with Simon again after a four year break (and ten years since the first time!) I told him not to leave it so long next time or I might be retired ;) HA!

Time flew by and lots of great images were taken. We worked our way through lots of different genres, had plenty of tea breaks I am looking forward to seeing the results go up on PP :)

I had a lovely first shoot with Simon at the NLS, Pre comms where spot on so I knew the aim of the shoot and the items to bring to make the ideas come to life. The time with Simon flew by as he was very easy to work with, chatty and professional. The ideas kept on flowing throughout the session which ended up being a fantastic collaboration between us resulting in some brilliant shots.

I hope to work with Simon again, Highly Recommended!

Well, it's been a shoot "to do" for a while for the pair of us and finally/at last I was able to organise a shoot with the wonderful Simon as he came to my rescue following a cancellation on my recent Midlands tour/working visit to Joel Hicks Photographic. They say everything happens for a reason and it was almost like the cancellation was that means for us to finally get together and make a truly impeccable positive out of an unfortunate situation... It was better than that, it was sensational! I thoroughly enjoyed working with Simon; from the initial contact I was met with the best communications which enabled me to get things organised super efficiently for our booking - he was enthused about our shoot the minute we got it booked in and this was to continue through to our shoot on the day. Simon comes across so polite and respectful towards his models - he will encourage them positively, show lot's of courtesy for their comfort and wellbeing but at the same time you and enjoy a light hearted laugh as well. It was so easy to get along with him: in fact we had a rapport going in no time at all, plenty of chattering, cups of tea, sharing of ideas: all the good social qualities of a productive model-photographer shoot.

It was November and the chilly weather was beginning to set in but nonetheless we were able to snatch some stupendous sets around the location as well as conquer some beautiful images in the studio. The best of both worlds. :) Simon has a very exceptional eye for model photography... he will look carefully at backdrops and lighting opportunities and also work angles to try and do the model as much justice as he can possibly do. It was great because Simon clearly knows his technical stuff and spots/gives epic direction when he sees something nice yet at the same time he will allow a model to flow through their repertoire which gives you variety from the team process.

The images on the back of the camera looked gorgeous... the finished edits in their full glory even better. :) We certainly had a productive one and I cannot wait for the opportunity to shoot with Simon again.

Far Forest Studio

We were pleased to welcome Simon to the studio today for his first visit.

Pre shoot coms were excellent. He arrived on time and well prepared. He soon built up a great relationship with the model and they set about working on a variety of ideas.

He was a complete proffesional from start to finish with a nice easy going personality to match.

We would highly recommend him to any studio or model and we hope it won't be too long before we see him again.

Felt relaxed through out and the time just flew by .. he gave great direction .

We shot at far forest studio which was my 2nd time there and it was wonderful , we got some great images and hope to work with you again

What a lovely fella! Booked the studio, immediately built a great rapport with his model, great lighting techniques, I am sure he has some fabulous images. More than happy to host Simon again, he will be more than welcome. A true gent. Highly recommended.

I worked with the lovely Simon for the first time last week! Simon had very kindly booked a half day with myself on one of my studio days at Upper Mills studio. It was our first time working together and I am always a little nervous, but needn't have been as Simon is just so professional, down to earth and immensely likeable!

He came to the shoot full of enthusiasm and creativity, with a few props also which were great fun to use in the shoot. As a person he was professional, kind, very respectful and just great fun to work with. Such a lovely person and I really hope we get the opportunity to work together again. I worked with Simon almost exactly THREE years on from the first shoot yesterday! This time we shot at a small- but workable hotel room location.

We made the most of the lovely natural light, changed the room about, played with mirrors and actually got quite an impressive variety of images in a limited time, and space!

It was also lovely to catch up :) Thank you Simon, looking forward to seeing the shots and lets not leave it so long next time... ;)

Had a lovely shoot with Simon at my home. Simon is a really great guy to work with, having a professional and creative attitude towards his shoots. He's polite and considerate, chatty and friendly, giving me a helpful brief and emails before the shoot, outlining some awesome ideas. Simon works at a relaxed but productive pace and we covered a lot of his ideas-a lot more than e both had anticipated.

Simon is a friendly and easy going guy who makes the shoot relaxing and fun and communicates well with his models.

Had a really cool shoot with Simon yesterday at Uniquecapture Studio. Simon was very organised with his lighting & had planned the sets well. He was very friendly from the outset and I found him very easy to work with, very professional & a real gentleman. The 3 hours passed very quickly (despite cold temperatures) and it was exciting to work with Simon on a variety of styles including a new concept for images - really looking forward to seeing the results! Had my first home shoot with Simon Sezz today, He arrived on time in a polite and professional manner.

He had plenty of ideas and brought some items to use during the shoot. I felt at ease and found the shoot both relaxing and fun he gave clear directions when needed and was happy to use some of my ideas to. I would be happy to work with Simon again and anyone who is thinking of shooting with him should go for it!
