Ms Dismay

My name is Charlie, I make all different things, modelling is just a small part of what I do. You can check out the other things I do on my website www.theseacat.com.

I am currently living in Manchester, I am however originally from Gloucestershire so I often visit, I also frequently visit, Bristol, Devon and Cornwall. I'm always happy to travel to new places too so don't be afraid to ask me if you think you're too far out of the way and I can discuss this with you.  I am a true lover of the earth and would like to bring that into some of my shoots.  I very much consider myself an 'alternative model' and like to make art that makes a statement to the viewer. I love to dress up and make costumes occasionally which I'm always happy to use for shoots. I am full of idea's, weird and wonderful, and would like to work on a few of them.

Always adventuring so happy to get muddy, wet or windswept. I am also an animal lover and happy to work with any animals. I am happiest shooting outside but enjoy working in the studio too, I also live in a gorgeous Victorian home that I'm happy to shoot at. I'm comfortable with my body and happy to work in just my skin but like to have a natural approach to my modelling,. I have full body hair, I will not shave for a shoot, so please do not ask me. 

I'm a clothing/costume maker and artist so I have a huge costume selection and am happy to create one of a kind costumes for shoots or use clothing I've made.

I am short, currently with short, red curly hair and I have quite a few tattoos and piercings. I am able to do my own make up and have a large collection of face/ body paints too that I'm happy to bring to a shoot and paint myself. 

In 2020 I had major surgery which has left me with a large scar up my stomach and a smaller one next to it. If you are interested in booking in I can send photos to show you how it looks.

I am also a model for a few life drawing classes and I'm happy to book in more sessions.

I travel by public transport and am willing to travel a few of hours if travel is paid for.

I ask for a cancellation fee if you cancel anything up to 72 hours before the shoot, the fee is £15
