I had a lovely shoot today with Toby after applying for one of his casting calls last week. His pre-comms were excellent so I knew what was expected before the shoot and Toby was very welcoming when I arrived at his lovely home studio. We chatted throughout the shoot, which had a friendly relaxed atmosphere throughout, and Toby had a clear idea of what he was after and gave helpful direction. I loved seeing how the images were looking on the camera and I can’t wait to see them after the edit! Highly recommended

Had my first shoot with a Toby last month at his home studio! Was a lovely setting and made me feel at ease and really comfortable. Toby had some outfits he had already chosen before the shoot and was more than happy to take my opinion on board. A really good photographer with great instruction and made it a really fun and easy shoot! Would love to shoot a different style again soon!

Had my first shoot with Toby today at his beautiful home studio in Bristol & What a pleasure it was! I cannot recommend Toby enough! Fantastic pre shoot communications, everything planned/organized smoothly.

Also very personable on the shoot and we had some fantastic conversations during the photoshoot which helped keep things relaxed. If you shoot with Toby you will get 1.An enjoyable fun shooting! 2. Toby asked me to model for him as he had a few ideas. His preparation was superb. We were talking over 2 weeks before the shoot, had sent me ideas on Pinterest and invited me to look at his 500px account. On the day of the shoot Toby had prepared some stunning props. His studio is in his home and is superbly laid out with plenty of room and very well equipped with lighting and further props

Toby was great to work with, highly professional and very creative. He is a fabulous photographer who created some wonderful pictures. I really cannot wait to work with him again.

First shoot today with Toby and I loved it.

Toby was a pleasure to work with, full of ideas and creativity knowing exactly what he wanted to capture. As well as having direction from Toby I was able to pose freely which I feel worked great as we produced some real cool shots. It was so nice to work with someone else’s ideas and concepts I love how different and edgy the shots are compared to my usual style!

I was completely at ease throughout and time literally flew by, so much so I’d have happily continued shooting.

Hopefully it’s the first of many shoots :) thanks again Toby it was great!

This is my third shoot with Toby and I truly love working with him. Toby manages to expertly blend direction with giving me the freedom to explore my instincts. He came, as ever, with a list of objectives and stylistic goals, but also with the flexibility to tangentialise, meandering into other realms before returning to the path and moving onto the next goal. The images at the end were fantastic, and he really helped me to push past some of my personal boundaries. Thanks a million Toby! Can't wait for the next time!

Having collaborated with Toby during my first year of modelling through PurplePort and producing some fantastic images, I was thrilled when it was proposed that we shoot together again.

As before, pre-shoot comms were fantastic and we were quickly able to establish some themes to pursue during the shoot.

On shoot day, Toby was a delight, more than happy to pick me up and drop me off at the station which was so very much appreciated.

The whole shooting process was natural and truly collaborative with both parties sharing ideas and utilising wardrobe and props to craft inventive concepts. Toby had made some lovely geometric animal masks for us to use and they were amazing!

Images were sent quickly and he was good enough to send me both the full set of images and some hi-res favourites of mine from the set for my portfolio.

I would thoroughly recommend shooting with Toby and would, of course, love to collaborate again!

Got the chance to shoot with Toby recently and I had a lovely shoot. Planned the shoot at ease due to Toby kindly explaining everything and showing me pictures of the ideas he had. Toby is easy to talk too, so before we started cup of tea and plan of action. We shot in his living room/studio at home and the time flew by. I love the results and hope to shoot with again.

I had the chance to work with Toby last week on a big project of his, and it was a pleasure to be a part of it. Toby had put so much time and effort planning the shoot, collecting inspiration, creating props and costumes! His pre comms were excellent and so was the organisation of the whole day. He gave clear direction and shot some amazing images.

Toby is a great host and wonderful company, I would absolutely recommend working with him, and hope to shoot with him again soon!

It was a pleasure to work with Toby. We had a productive shoot at his home-based studio. He helped me feel at ease, played with lights, props and gels and even provided a good wardrobe of clothes to wear. He had everything planned in advance, so everything went very smooth and I really enjoyed shooting with him. I got the edited photos right away and I was very pleased with the result. I would totally recommend Toby and would love to work with him again! :)

I had such a wonderful shoot with Toby in the christmassy night time scenery of Bristol!

Despite the chilly weather I had so much fun, Toby is such a lovely guy and was kind and professional throughout the whole shoot.

We managed to get some stunning shots even with the lighting being temperamental, I was very impressed! He even arrived early to check out the areas we could use to shoot which meant we could get on with things without wandering around (very helpful!)

I can't wait to work with him again:)

I had another fantastic shoot with Toby, this time working on location in Cardiff Bay. This was an interesting shoot for both of us, as we both got to explore shooting on location. Toby has a knack for letting his models do their own thing, but also isn't afraid to give direction when he sees something he wants to capture. He was a true delight again. The results were really interesting and I'm glad to be working with him :)

I shot for the first time with Toby on Monday. The shoot was nothing like I'd ever done before, his planning was meticulous: he'd made the costumes and props and had an extensive light set up.

Toby was polite, patient and very creative! I would be more than happy to work together again!

Toby messaged me a few weeks ago to ask me if I would be interested in modelling for an Alphonse Mucha 1902 tableaux inspired 'Moon and Star Shoot'

The pre coms were exceptionally detailed and thorough in explaining his idea for the shoot and the four different characters he wanted to create.

When I turned up to the shoot in his home studio, Toby was very warm and welcoming, he made me feel relaxed and comfortable and he was accommodating and respected my privacy when changing for looks.

Toby is extremely talented and creative; I cannot express how much he inspired me through the amount of preparation work he had put into our Moon and Star Shoot, with the props and costumes he made for each character.

I would recommend working with Toby, he is very professional and friendly, he gave really good direction, and I adore the final images. I received two links from our shoot within 24 hours with Toby's chosen edits and images that I was free to choose from to ask for my own edits.

A fabulous shoot with Toby today he was just lovely and very good at what he does. Toby was available to start early and was very warm and welcoming and had a sheet full of ideas of what he wanted to shoot. I was highly impressed from the start pre comms were fabulous his attitude was very warm and I felt very comfortable throughout the shoot. Sadly it went to fast :( I was enjoying myself and the images were breath taking

But hopefully we get to shoot together again soon.
