We paused briefly at the FIA (Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile) headquarters in Place de la Concorde to admire this £2.5m Bugatti Chiron parked outside. I quickly nabbed a picture and disappeared before Security descended.The FIA is the governing body of world motor sport and the federation of the world’s leading motoring organisations.
