I have only recently started Photography, although I've been involved in the industry for a little while. I've had the great benefit of having some tuition from Jana in many aspects of the art.

Jana is a great teacher, she's very enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and can explain & demonstrate things extremely well.

On the couple of sessions we've had she's covered a wide variety of things both hardware and software related. These have included basic settings on the camera, the use of natural light, artificial light and the use of both flash and soft-boxes, the initial set up of both Photoshop and Lightroom, basic tools and their function, and some more advanced techniques including layers/filters/masks and skin smoothing.

Although this is all very new to me, the tuition has proved invaluable and has put me way beyond where I'd be if I hadn't been shown by such a talented photographer, post processor and artist. You only have to look at her port to see the wide variety of techniques and styles she employs in her own work to realise that she really does know what she's talking about.

I Highly recommend taking tuition from Jana, you will learn a mind blowing amount in a very short space of time Thanks Hun x :)

Working with Jana was such a pleasure. Her pre comms were great, she chose a beautiful unique location which lent itself to many styles and she had awesome ideas for shots. Jana is great company on a shoot and I felt really relaxed and comfortable. Her passion is obvious, as is her skill. I'd love to work with her again - very highly recommended!

I was thinking of working with VanEyke for a long time, as I've been always admiring her work. During our exchange of ideas for the shoot, she suggested to ask my partner to join me in front of the camera and it worked out great. We both love the images and I will definitely get him involved in my future projects. VanEyke is fantastic to work with, very talented and creative, she knows exactly what she wants to achieve and she makes sure that she does. She's also extremely quick in delivering ready images. Overall we had an awesome day and I really hope that we will work together in the future! X

I've worked with Jana quite a few times now and we've become extremely good friends, it's always a total pleasure and a blast! This time it was working alongside Dale Alexis as well... what a great combination :)

Jana's strengths lie in being able to use a location & the natural light to great effect and in being able to direct her model with clear and direct instructions to get the very best from them. She is also very good a multiple genre's and her post processing is just superb (and also quick). She is always striving to improve both her awesome photography and post processing in new and inventive directions.

Jana is great fun to work with, she is funny as hell, incredibly creative, driven but also very generous and considerate. You will never be unhappy on one of her shoots believe me!

If you want to work with a Tog who will drive you to develop your modelling and get the very best from yourself this is her!

I cannot recommend Jana highly enough. :) xxx

Today was the Day i got too finally meet and Work With

Vaneyke :)

I have wanted to shoot with Van for sometime now so when the chance came along to arrange a shoot together planned for a bright sunny hot day i jumped head over heels to take it.

She is completely Bonkers ! haha in a Good way. Abit Bossy and Demanding but so much fun to be around and shoot with, Made me feel at ease and gave direction great when she needed to do so, Her idea's are just So out there! Really amazing she knows the shot she wants to do before you have even got your KIT OFF haha

I cant add more to what is already been said about her creative talents ! With Van your bound to get some real great snaps. Thanks again for the great day and cant wait for the next time we get to shoot.

Shooting with Jana was an absolute pleasure.

Her pre shoot coms were fab and I was really excited by the locations she had picked to shoot in.

Jana knows exactly what she wants when shooting and gives great direction. Being a model as well as a photographer really works in her favour and I completely trusted her opinions.

I really enjoyed Jana's company and she is a highly talented photographer! I'd highly recommend her and would love to shoot with her again :)

I was fortunate enough to be working with VanEyke & Dale Alexis at the weekend and during the time we spent together Jana Allowed me to borrow her back up camera to start learning photography. Although I was a complete novice, she gave me quite a few very useful tips about composing shots and just watching how she works is an education in itself.

Jana is very good at positioning models to take advantage of the light and location and is very good at explaining why she's doing what she is. Thanks for your patience mate :)

Jana is one of the best photographers I've had the pleasure of meeting. Her portfolio speaks volumes about her ability, creativity, vision, and artistic talent.

We arranged a half day Photoshop training session, and I was amazed at her enthusiasm and how friendly she is.

I learnt an incredible amount in a short space of time, and left inspired enough to tackle the daunting task of re-working some of my images.

Her critique of my portfolio gave me some useful insights that I'll use in the future.

I always look forward to seeing her new work as it continually pushes the artistic boundaries.

I met VanEyke while I was shooting with another photographer and was lucky enough to be a part of her shoot AND do makeup on her too!

She is very friendly, kind and funny! Great at what she does and super quick and creative with the edits. The pictures look awesome, as did she when modelling my makeup and I can't wait to see those either!

We've been chatting about shooting for ages, so just set a date and decided on a theme later :) We settled on body (mostly head) painting, shooting in the studio with some moody lighting. VanEyke is great fun to shoot with - full of ideas and keen to experiment and just "piss about" :) She's also a cracking model, so can give direction and make interesting suggestions to get the best out of the whole team.

We captured some really striking images and I'm looking forward to round two!

I've worked with Jana quite a few times before as a model and she has reignited the artistic side of me which has been dormant for far too long!

Jana always comes up with such great concepts and ideas and on this occasion she knew exactly what she wanted... I originally was only going to do the design, but she persuaded me to do the actual body painting too. I'm so glad I did, it was a great fun experience working with Oryx and Jana on this.

The images are stunning, and the variations Jana has been able to apply are inspired.

What a super lady and awesome photographer Jana is! I've been adored her work long before we got to shoot together and what an awesome shoot we had.

Jana is absolutely brilliant and professional. She's friendly and down to earth, she brought us to awesome locations with great ideas. I got to climb up on a swing playing an innocent girl and it was a real fun when we do the death scene.

Jana communicates very well with the model, takes care of the team with some lovely biscuits and wouldn't mind us get on her car with our shoes full of mud. And of course as I expected, the final photos are incredible.

I would definitely highly recommend her and I hope to work with her again in the future :)

I worked with Jana for the first time a week ago and I found her to be very friendly, funny and lovely to work with. Jana had some Fab ideas and the pictures look amazing.

The whole day was a enjoyable and I would 100% work with her again and would definitley recommend.

I teamed up with Jana on a recent shoot, and loved every minute of it. She knows exactly what she wants, and the results speak for themselves - Amazing! As photographers, we have completely different styles, but thought it would be interesting to work together and see what we could create, and I'm so glad we made it happen. The weather wasn't great, I broke a lens, and travel was an absolute nightmare, but I still ended the day on a high and that shows just what a great experience it was. Jana had such a great attitude on the day, was full of ideas, confident, was incredibly kind, and is just great fun to be around.

We are shooting together again soon, and I would happily make it a regular thing.

i had my first shoot in 2015 and 2nd shoot with amazingly talented Jana. she is a great photographer who knows very well her job, her little direction make a photo stand out. she create great professional chemistry between model and herself.

Had another opportunity to work with Jana, this time alongside the lovely Anoushka.

The shoot started with some solo work for Anoushka, then progressed to more erotic couple shots. The pre-shoot comms were excellent as ever, and Jana had an ipad full of ideas that we worked our way through. Jana is very easy to work with, gives clear direction and is always ready to listen to suggestions.

The shoot was based at her lovely home, and it was a very relaxed affair with plenty of breaks and opportunities for a laugh :) Yes trying to hold straight face as she was contorting herself to get the best angle for the shot was quite hard at times ;)

Jana is amazing!

I had such a fun shoot with her yesterday and am already blown away by the first image she's edited!

Jana is very chatty, creative and so generous and thoughtful. Its not very often I get fed on shoots so it was a lovely surprise to be taken out for a meal :)

She made me feel at ease as soon as I arrived at the location and with her bubbly, friendly nature I felt more like I was spending the day with a good friend.

We had a great laugh and created some awesome images :)

I can't recommend her enough!

So, I've been a touch late in leaving a reference for this wonderful lady... That doesn't reflect on her in the slightest. Ages in advance Jana formed a purpose for my mini Somerset adventure ... I met her on the Friday afternoon and she quickly formed a plan... We shot well into the evening with the assistance of a charming male model... We then went to bed, got up and started again.... This time it was off to a castle....

I was very impressed with Jana's skill behind the lens- especially for someone who hasn't been doing photography for countless years - she edited up many fantastic shots and I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again... What wonderful opportunity! If you get the chance to work with her - don't even think twice!!!!
