Hello everyone!

I'm Victoria and thank you for taking the time to look at my work.

Whilst it is on my forever growing to do list, my portfolio on here needs a little updating, however please do check out my Instagram @victoria.lucie for more up to date work in the meantime.

A little bit about me...

I am a primarily a professional actor, that has been working consistently for 8 years now and have always enjoy modelling as an extension of that (I think having acting experience helps photos come to life!). Pre-Covid, I made my West End debut playing Miss Casewell in Agatha Christie's, The Mousetrap. I have also performed in various mediums from indie film, music videos, charity videos, shorts, children's theatre, as a scare actor and so on. The list really is endless. I am also a professional singer, VOA and avid crocheter. I've now added trainee photographer to the list too!

What can you expect from me as a model?

I originally specialised in vintage fashion and portraiture, which is what I am still booked for most frequently (no complaints here!). This is because I believe my USP is creating cinematic images that tell a story. If you want someone that can bring you a range of emotions, and can tell a story with just a look - I'm the model for you. I have, over the years, been fortunate enough to work with some wonderful creatives and branch into different photographic styles including book cover work, bridal, fashion and surreal themes. I am happy working 1-2-1, or within a group setting and I am proud to say that I am Jessops' in house model for their studio lighting and portraiture course.

What I'm not...

Just because it is important to be upfront and honest - I do not shoot under any circumstances, nude, sheer or lingerie. I get asked about this a lot and while I enjoy photos of that genre it is not something I am personally interested in shooting. I also often find myself working with children and that seems inappropriate.

What I bring to a shoot

Back onto a more positive note, this is what I can offer to make our shoot as productive and joyful as possible.

I think pre-communication is hugely important and I take pride in sending as much information before the shoot as I can. I really appreciate being sent mood boards or inspirational images to help me tailor my expression and styling to your needs. I am a confident MUA and hairstylist and I have an extensive wardrobe, both vintage, modern and random! I am also currently learning to be a photographer myself, so we can definitely talk about settings and specifics if that is helpful too. I have a very fuel efficient car and a railcard to keep travel costs as low as possible, and maintain a healthy diet and exercise routine to stay alert and energetic for shoots. I enjoy collaborating with others and creating wonderful images in a light-hearted, friendly, yet professional way.

Vintage Railway shoot days

Myself and the wonderful Jack Boskett, recently held our first shoot day at Gotherington Railway, which allowed 10 photographers exclusive access to a vintage railway, with passing trains, a 60's car, a plethora wonderful locations and vintage outfits. We sold and and the feedback has been lovely. We are currently planning our next one - watch this space!

Scheduling a shoot:

I am old fashioned and use a written diary so please don't use the calendar here for schedules, just wing me a message and I'll do my best to get back to you as quickly as possible.

And finally...

I truly look forward to working with you and to continue to be a chameleon as best I can!

Victoria
