I recently had my second shoot with Carla, along with her friend Jamie. As expected, the communications before were perfect, Carla and Jamie were punctual and had a good selection of outfits to wear. I really enjoyed working with both of them and we got some great images. Thanks again. Highly recommended.

This was my first shoot with Carla and I think our shoot at Spitfire was only her second or third studio shoot.

Carla is a fun, bubbly lady but quite shy and self conscious about her appearance and lack of posing experience. In the run-up to the shoot we exchanged quite a few emails and photos/ideas and decided that “portraits” were out and that full and ¾ length shots would be the order of the day – so Carla arrived well prepared for “something different” and the results speak for themselves.

Carla is very photogenic and takes direction extremely well. Thanks to rapport, developed through excellent pre-shoot communications, there was no ice to break. She worked tirelessly with me, trying new concepts and creating some lovely, candid lifestyle/portraiture shots.

In short, I look forward to working with her again and, have no hesitation in recommending her, to other creatives.

I had the pleasure of working with Carla following her casting call for a Black & White portrait shoot. Communications beforehand were great Carla was punctual and well turned out. On this occasion, Carla was accompanied by her delightful daughter and husband who are both good company. There were lots of laughs throughout the shoot. Carla likes to be directed and takes direction well, quickly picking up on ideas. I would highly recommend working with Carla, I particularly like her bone structure and great eyes.

I had a lovely shoot with Carla on Tuesday morning. We wanted to create some black and white portraits as Carla has a great look for this. Communications was excellent from the start, with Carla providing a useful mood board reference and receptive to my ideas as well.

When I arrived at hers, she was well prepared for the shoot, with excellent makeup and a good space for us to use for the shoot.

We took photos for about an hour and half, with little breaks, and Carla worked hard throughout the shoot. It was only because I noticed she looked slightly uncomfortable that we took a longer break, she was working without a complaint!

Once both our initial nervousness wore off, I felt we worked well together and we got some excellent shots which I look forward to sharing on PP. Carla is very photogenic and poses well with direction in front of the camera.

Thanks Carla, I enjoyed our time together and love the photos we got!

Working with Carla today was both a pleasure and a privilege. She is just so enjoyable to work with. She’s modest and straightforward. Her natural looks are easy to capture, and she was happy to try different ideas. If an expression didn’t work, we just shrugged it off and tried something different. As she says on her Port page, she is comfortable being directed.

Her complexion is excellent, and her make-up was subtle but well applied. Her eyes of course are almost legendary.

Before the shoot, comms were quick and clear yet she was always open to suggestions. She was ready when I arrived and welcomed me with genuine warmth. She chose to be chaperoned, but at an unobtrusive distance. Perfectly reasonable and acceptable to me.

I am certain Carla and I will be shooting again soon and I am happy to recommend her.

Had a number of conversations with Carla following responding to casting call she had put up, I got stuck in traffic but let her know I was running a bit late but she was fine with that. Arrived and chatted for a bit before going outside with the family and getting some great shots despite her daughter not wanting to play ball with us lol

A lovely girl with natural beauty and she absorbed all the chat re photography and lighting wanting to understand more.

An absolute pleasure to work with and hopefully will get the chance to work with again soon

I responded to a casting from Carla and from the outset the communications were very good and a mood board provided. She arrived on time and ready to be shot. She was happy to discuss what she wanted and why.

Carla is a lovely girl who takes direction well and even laughed at some of my jokes which is a big plus! She is relatively new to modeling so we were able to discuss posing, how to stand, and what to do with hands etc all of which Carla understood and put into practice.

We shot a range of pictures in the studio and outside and achieved what Carla wanted from her mood board (I think).

She does not understand her own beauty and just how well she photographs. It was a real pleasure working with her and her daughter who is also a dog tamer, she had three very bouncy dogs lying down asking to be stroked.

Would I want to work with Carla again, yes I would very much like to and believe that we can create some very beautiful images. Thank you Carla and look forward to shooting again

Had a great first shoot with Carla. We shot a series of headshots and portraits at her home. In front of the camera Carla is amazing, switching from shy to confident with the click of a shutter. Keeping her engaged in conversation and showing her the photos, on my laptop as we shot, she just got better and better.

Pre shoot comms was great, we both had a clear idea of what we would shoot and it was easy to work to achieving that.

I've now got a bunch of great photos to work though, and get sent on to Carla.

I'd certainly work with Carla again.

First shoot with the lovely Carla, despite her been new to modelling she took direction well and posed well. Carla worked with me to get the photos I was looking for and was happy to wear the outfit and jewellery I brought with me. Would recommend Carla to any and all photographs both amateur and pro. Carla is delightful, with a great face and beautiful eyes. We chatted for a while before I picked up the camera and this meant she was relaxed and easy to work with when we got going. She takes direction well, is keen to try something new and doesn't have the foibles some long time models have of only giving a certain set of poses.

I am happy to recommend her and would love to work with her again.

Carla's hair, make-up and wardrobe was immaculate making it very simple to get shooting. On top of that she's very personable and easy to get along with which made the whole shoot fun and entertaining to work on.
