Hi!

I joined PurplePort a couple of years ago with the intention of trying out more portrait photography. Anyway, life got in the way and it never really happened. But now I’m back and ready to dive back in to things. So as we’re slowly coming out of lock-down I’m looking to find models, MUAs and other creatives for some safe socially-distanced shoots. I've just had my first photoshoot arranged through PurpePort and I'm eager to do more!

About Me

I’m Alice, 36, female, trans, based in Manchester. I’ve been into photography since my teens when I got my first 35mm SLR. Since 2016 I’ve been taking photography more seriously as a hobby and learning everything I can. I shoot a range of subjects but mostly Landscapes and Street photography. Portrait photography is pretty new to me but I’m already picking up new skills and would love to build up a portfolio.

What I'm Looking For

I’d like to build up my portfolio but also gain more experience working with models and lighting. So I'd love to work with/hire experienced models who can also do there own styling/wardrobe and makeup. I'd love to try a wide range of genres but I'm particularly keen on such styles as alternative, goth, witchy, boho, fantasy, cosplay, grunge, punk etc. I typically have lots of ideas for styles and locations but would love to hear any ideas you have. I have my own transport and happy to travel - generally around a 50 mile radius but may consider further afield for ideas that really get my interest. I have a full-time job so I’m typically only available on evenings or weekends. So if you're interested in working with me drop me a message.
