Hello and Welcome to my Portfolio!

 

About Me: I am a Chinese model based near Fareham, Hampshire. I am 35 years old, but often get mistaken for being anywhere from a university student to mid-20's. Most photographers I have worked with would describe me as being graceful, expressive, skillful at using my hands in poses, and skillful in the water. I am a reliable model who always strives to deliver my best and have great communication skills.

 

My Look and Skills: I have very good skin, light olive coloured, and I have long, dark brown hair. No tattoos or extra piercings and all natural. I am 5'5" (165cm) and size 10. Many photographers have told me I have a great smile, and my eyes bend a little into half moons when I smile. I can do my own makeup, including fantastical looks. 

 

My Modelling Philosophy: I like to approach every shoot with a story in my mind as knowing what "character" I play helps me with posing and facial expressions. Being wildly imaginative, I can bring you ideas and am always open to hear yours!

 

Styles I Shoot:

Fine Art/Fantasy

This is one of my favourite styles to shoot as my modelling career sprung from my work as a mermaid performer. So yes! I have lots of experience modelling as a mermaid (I own 2 fabric tails and a silicone tail), but I have also done Renaissance themes (as a warrior, a lady, and a maiden) and hanfu (Chinese period costume). I own a hanfu outfit and hair accessories.

 

Underwater

This is another love of mine, and in fact, I started modelling underwater before coming on land! As a seasoned swimmer and qualified free diver, I am very comfortable in the water and can stay underwater longer than most non-freediver models. One of my best features is the ability to keep a soft, natural facial expression underwater. Themes I have modelled includes mermaids, Renaissance, pre-Raphaelite, and couples.

 

Fashion

I love the diversity fashion modelling offers. This is where I get to express my more edgy side, through "funky", sometimes contorted, poses. Themes I have modelled include boho, nature, village chic, and winter beach.

 

My Levels: I shoot up to fashion and will only consider swimwear/lingerie with photographers I have previously worked with.

 

Pricing:

Fine Art/Fantasy, Fashion, and Portrait: £25/hour, plus travel costs

Underwater: £30/hour, plus travel costs

Underwater with use of 1 fabric tail: £32/hour, plus travel costs

Underwater with use of 2 fabric tails*: £34/hour, plus travel costs

Underwater with use of silicone tail*: £39/hour, plus travel costs 

*Higher rates for mermaid tail use are due to extra time spent on upkeeping the tails as well as wear and tear. My silicone tail is 13 pounds and takes up to a week to dry after cleaning.

 

TFP: I do some TFP work, especially if the theme is something that gets me very excited!
